Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bank BRI KC Cirebon Kartini

Abstract

This study aims determine the influence of work discipline, compensation and job satisfaction towards employee performance.. This study used associative method. The population is emplyees of BANK BRI KC CIREBON KARTINI. The sample collection amount 125 respondents. Data analysis method used validity test, reliability, classical assumption, regression analysis, and t test and f.
The result of research show that partially work discipline, compensation and job satisfaction give significant effect to employee performance. By Simultaneous variable of work discipline, compensation and job satisfaction give significant effect equal to 90,3% towards employee performance and the remaining 9,7% influenced by other factors. And the implications in this research is BANK BRI KC CIREBON KARTINI must more focused on job satisfaction than work discipline and compensation cause job satisfaction has the lowest impact between the other two variables.
