The objective of this development research is to analyze the feasibility and test the effectiveness of the developed web-based interactive learning media. This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. A pretest-posttest control group design was utilized. The feasibility analysis of the media was conducted using the CVR formula and percent agreement, resulting in a CVR score of 1 on each assessment indicator with 100% agreement, indicating that the web-based interactive learning media meets the feasibility criteria as a learning aid. The effectiveness test was conducted using an independent sample t-test, which yielded a t-value of 2.791 > t-table of 2.000. It can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the control and experimental groups. This indicates that the proposed hypothesis is accepted (HA accepted and H0 rejected). Thus, it can be concluded that the use of web-based interactive learning media is effective in improving learning outcomes in the lighting and signaling system element
