This study aims to determine the effect of situational leadership organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable (Case Study of Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Perwakilan Jawa Tengah). The research method used is quantitative with the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were all employees of Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Perwakilan Jawa Tengah as part of the implementing staff. The questionnaire was tested through validity and reliability tests. Then data analysis was carried out through MRA analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that situational leadership had no significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture had no effect on employee performance, job satisfaction moderated the influence of situational leadership on employee performance, job satisfaction did not moderate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. employee performance and job satisfaction do not moderate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasional Komitmen Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi Kasus Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Perwakilan Jawa Tengah). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan instrument berupa kuisioner. Polulasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Baitul Maal Hidayatullah Perwakilan Jawa Tengah bagian staf pelaksana. Kuisioner diuji melalui uji validitas dan reabilitas. Kemudian analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis MRA, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan situsioanl tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi memimiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan situsional terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja tidak memoderasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja tidak memoderasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan
