This community service activity aims to explore the methods used by madrasah teachersin sosializing the values of dicpline and responbility to elementary school student.I n thi effor, community service activities were carried out at SD IT Ar Ridha Tanjung Pura using a Participatory Action Research (PAR), approach, activities including teachers training, implementaion of learning strategies in the classroom,evaluation of program efectivenes. The results of the analysis show the that training provided is able to improve teacher skil in integrating the values of dicipline and responbilityin learning. Apart from that, the implementation of the strategies taught show of positive impact on students discplinary behavior. This study clonludes that collaboration among teachers, student, sosializing character values can create a condusife learning enviroments support caharacter increased development and recommendations are provided chararcter development program for elemantry school/MI.
