Post-anesthetic hypotension is one of the complications that often occurs after surgery and can affect the health and recovery of patients. This program aims to improve the understanding of patients and health workers about preventing post-anesthetic hypotension through structured education. The activity was carried out at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital involving 15 respondents. The methods used included socialization, interactive education, and evaluation before and after education. The results showed an increase in patient understanding from 50% before education to 85% after education. This finding confirms that health education plays an important role in preventing post-anesthetic complications and accelerating patient recovery.
