Pajak dan Manajemen Keuangan (PAJAMKEU) Dengan e-ISSN : 3046-9848, p-ISSN : 3046-899X merupakan jurnal yang dikhususkan untuk publikasi artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia. Jurnal ini terbit 4 kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan Februari, April, Juni, Agustus, Oktober,dan Desember. Misi Pajak dan Manajemen Keuangan (PAJAMKEU) adalah untuk mendiseminasikan, mengembangkan dan memfasilitasi hasil-hasil penelitian Ilmu Manajemen, Ilmu Perpajakan dan Akuntansi, sebagai wadah bagi para dosen, guru, peneliti dan praktisi di bidang Ekonomi dan Manajemen dari seluruh Indonesia, dalam melakukan pertukaran informasi mengenai hasil penelitian terbaru yang telah dilakukan.

The theme of the International Conference is "Innovation, Technology, and Sustainable Economy Challenges, Practices, and Opportunites." In accordance with the theme carried out in this conference and callpaper, the publishing of this proceeding is intended for the dissemination of research results and studies in the fields of socio-economics, management, and accounting. Besides being a source of new information, this proceeding is also expected to be a media of communication and cooperation between academics and researchers from various universities in Indonesia that support the strengthening of the role and function of higher education in accelerating innovation and technology for the realization of organizational sustainability, both business and non-business. On this occasion, I as the rector of 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang University expressed my deepest gratitude to academics and researchers for the work and contributions of thoughts presented in the form of papers and scientific presentations.
