Proceeding of The International Conference on Business and Economics: e-ISSN: 2963-4733; p-ISSN: 2963-9794 By giving thanks to the presence of Allah SWT and because of His mercy and blessing, the International Conference Proceeding organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business, 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang University can be completed properly. This proceeding is a compilation of researchs’ articles by academics and researchers that have previously been presented on a callpaper session at the Dr. Wahidin Street, Arus Hotel on November 18, 2022, in a package with the implementation of the International Conference. The theme of the International Conference is "Innovation, Technology, and Sustainable Economy Challenges, Practices, and Opportunites." In accordance with the theme carried out in this conference and callpaper, the publishing of this proceeding is intended for the dissemination of research results and studies in the fields of socio-economics, management, and accounting. Besides being a source of new information, this proceeding is also expected to be a media of communication and cooperation between academics and researchers from various universities in Indonesia that support the strengthening of the role and function of higher education in accelerating innovation and technology for the realization of organizational sustainability, both business and non-business. On this occasion, I as the rector of 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang University expressed my deepest gratitude to academics and researchers for the work and contributions of thoughts presented in the form of papers and scientific presentations. Public Service And Governance Journal adalah jurnal berkala ilmiah yang menjadi sarana publikasi bagi akademisi, peneliti, dan praktisi di bidang administrasi publik dalam menerbitkan artikel hasil penelitian (riset) maupun artikel telaah konseptual atau riview. Ruang lingkup dibidang : Manajemen Pelayanan Publik, Kebiajakan Publik, Tata Kelola Pemerintahan. Jurnal ini terakreditasi SINTA 5 (Surat Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi Nomor 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025 tanggal 21 Maret 2025 tentang Peringkat Reakreditasi Tetap di Peringkat 5 mulai Volume 5 Nomor 2 Tahun 2024 sampai Volume 10 Nomor 1 Tahun 2029.
