Proceeding of The International Conference on Business and Economics: e-ISSN: 2963-4733; p-ISSN: 2963-9794 By giving thanks to the presence of Allah SWT and because of His mercy and blessing, the International Conference Proceeding organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business, 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang University can be completed properly. This proceeding is a compilation of researchs’ articles by academics and researchers that have previously been presented on a callpaper session at the Dr. Wahidin Street, Arus Hotel on November 18, 2022, in a package with the implementation of the International Conference. The theme of the International Conference is "Innovation, Technology, and Sustainable Economy Challenges, Practices, and Opportunites." In accordance with the theme carried out in this conference and callpaper, the publishing of this proceeding is intended for the dissemination of research results and studies in the fields of socio-economics, management, and accounting. Besides being a source of new information, this proceeding is also expected to be a media of communication and cooperation between academics and researchers from various universities in Indonesia that support the strengthening of the role and function of higher education in accelerating innovation and technology for the realization of organizational sustainability, both business and non-business. On this occasion, I as the rector of 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang University expressed my deepest gratitude to academics and researchers for the work and contributions of thoughts presented in the form of papers and scientific presentations. I also expressed my gratitude to the organizers of the event.
