Hypertension, acommonand chronic non-communicable disease, has become a global health problem and aleading cause of death. Blood pressure that exceeds normal values is known as hypertension, or high blood pressure. From this theory, this study aims to assess the relationship between obesity and family history factors that affect hypertension in women of childbearing age. This study used quantitative methods with an observational analytic design cross-sectional approach. The selected population was women aged 15 to 45 years Getakmoyan village. The result, because the ? value is greater than ? = 0.05. The results showed that 16 respondents who were obese and had hypertension had a ? value of 0.007 (? = 0.05 because the ? value was smaller than ?). Overall, lifestyle factors such as obesity and diet have a greater influence than family history on the risk of hypertension in women of childbearing age.

Pimpinella pruatjan is a native Indonesian medicinal plant increasingly threatened by overexploitation and limited cultivation techniques. This study aims to systematically review the role of tissue culture in the conservation and production of its secondary metabolites. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, data were gathered from scientific literature published in the last five years through open-access databases. The findings reveal that tissue culture techniques not only effectively regenerate purwoceng but also significantly enhance the production of bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, betaine, and sterols. This study demonstrates that biotechnology-based tissue culture is a strategic solution for conserving endangered medicinal plants while optimizing their utilization for biodiversity-based pharmaceutical industries.

Breast Self-Examination (BSE) is an important action in the early detection of breast cancer. Early detection plays a crucial role in increasing the success rate of treatment and reducing mortality from breast cancer. This study aims to determine the effect of leaflet-based health education about BSE on increasing knowledge among Women of Childbearing Age in the Tarailu Health Center Work Area, Mamuju Regency. The research method used is quantitative research with a Quasi-Experimental research design and a "One Group Pretest-Posttest" design using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 40 respondents. The results of the study show a significant increase in the respondents' knowledge after being given leaflet-based health education about BSE. Based on the paired sample t-test, a T value of -5.182 was obtained with a p-value of 0.00 < 0.005. This indicates that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning there is an effect of health education about BSE on increasing knowledge among Women of Childbearing Age in the Tarailu Health Center Work Area, Mamuju Regency, in 2024. This study provides useful information to raise awareness about the importance of breast self-examination as an early detection step for breast cancer among women of childbearing age in the area.

C-reactive protein (CRP) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) are general marker for inflammation and Arterial damage results from white blood cell invasion. This study aims to assess the level  of inflammatory markers C-Reactive Protein (CRP) and High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) in preeclamptic pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy. Fourty (40) consenting pregnant women were recruited from St. Philomina Catholic Hospital, Edo State, Nigeria. Blood samples was spun in a bucket centrifuge at 2500 RPM (rounds per minute) for 10 minutes after which plasma was collected and stored frozen in plain sample bottles and was analyzed for C-reactive protein (CRP) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels by fluorescence immuno assay. Data obtained from this study were analysed using Graph Pad Prism 9. Results generated were expressed as mean ± SEM and a P-value of ? 0.05 were considered statistically significant.  The present study showed that there was statistically significant increase in the level of C-Reactive Protein (CRP) and High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) in preeclamptic women compared to normotensive pregnant women, indicating various underlying pathophysiological processes such as inflammation.

Cardiac Troponin1 (cTn1) is a protein released into the bloodstream following cardiac damage and Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) is a hormone released by the heart in response to ventricular stretch and pressure overload. This study aims to investigate the predictive role of cTn1 and BNP in preeclamptic pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy. Forty (40) consenting pregnant women were recruited from St. Philomina Catholic Hospital, Edo State, Nigeria. Blood samples was spun in a bucket centrifuge at 2500 RPM (rounds per minute) for 10 minutes after which plasma was collected and stored frozen in plain sample bottles and was analyzed for Cardiac Troponin 1(cTn1) and Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) by fluorescence immunoassay. Data obtained from this study were analysed using Graph Pad Prism 9. Results generated were expressed as mean ± SEM and a P-value of ? 0.05 were considered statistically significant.  The present study showed that there was statistically significant increase in Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) in preeclamptic women compared to normotensive pregnant women, indicating various underlying pathophysiological processes. These findings suggest the potential predictive roles of this cardiac marker in identifying and monitoring preeclampsia.
