This study develops an ontology-based event-intelligence framework for FinTech merger-and-acquisition evidence in U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) structured disclosures. Five quarterly SEC Financial Statement Data Sets from 2025Q1 through 2026Q1 contain 32,254 filings, 7,335 registrants, and 18,312,494 numerical XBRL facts; validation adds a 1,800-filing full-text Form 8-K sample and 192 FDIC events. A deterministic ontology maps XBRL tag names, labels, and documentation to acquisition, disposition, valuation, integration, risk, and payment concepts. The method is therefore LLM-inspired semantic enrichment rather than direct LLM extraction. Logistic regression, decision tree, and random forest classifiers are evaluated in three expanding forward-quarter tests with training-only preprocessing and threshold selection. A proximal protocol retains semantically close predictors, whereas a strict protocol excludes label-generating variables and deterministic descendants. Across the rolling tests, proximal logistic-regression M&A detection attains mean F1 = 0.981941, ROC-AUC = 0.999517, and average precision = 0.998315; strict performance falls to F1 = 0.735640, ROC-AUC = 0.930870, and average precision = 0.824107. FinTech M&A F1 declines from 0.921198 to 0.449503. Strict random forests yield F1 = 0.798129 for integration risk and 0.753987 for valuation signals. In independent full text, strict main-text-plus-exhibit F1 is 0.297482; among 24 automatically linked FDIC events in rolling test quarters, 9 are detected. Near-perfect scores therefore describe ontology reconstruction, not transaction-level accuracy.

The application of organic fertilizer is an important strategy for supporting sustainable rice farming by improving soil fertility, maintaining soil quality, and reducing dependence on synthetic fertilizers. However, the adoption of organic fertilizer among rice farmers remains relatively limited, indicating the need to understand the behavioral factors influencing its utilization. Objective: This study aimed to analyze farmers’ perceptions and behavior regarding organic fertilizer use and to examine the relationship between farmers’ perceptions and organic fertilizer utilization behavior in rice cultivation in Kewayuhan Village, Pejagoan District, Kebumen Regency. Methodology: This study employed a quantitative descriptive design with a survey approach. Data were collected from 79 rice farmers selected through simple random sampling from a population of 380 active farmers. A structured questionnaire was used as the research instrument. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, and Spearman Rank correlation analysis. Findings: The results showed that farmers generally had positive perceptions of organic fertilizer, with 51.9% of respondents classified as having a high level of perception. Farmers’ behavior toward organic fertilizer utilization was also relatively favorable, although inconsistencies remained in application dosage, frequency, and continuity. The correlation analysis indicated positive associations between farmers’ perceptions and organic fertilizer utilization behavior, suggesting that more favorable perceptions tend to encourage better implementation of organic fertilizer practices. Implications: The findings indicate that improving farmers’ perceptions and knowledge should be accompanied by continuous agricultural extension, technical assistance, improved fertilizer availability, and stronger institutional support. These efforts are expected to increase the consistency of organic fertilizer application and support sustainable fertilizer management in rice farming. Originality: The originality of this study lies in integrating the cognitive, affective, and conative dimensions of farmers’ perceptions and examining their relationship with organic fertilizer utilization behavior using a non-parametric correlation approach. This study also provides specific empirical evidence from rice farmers in Kewayuhan Village, an area that has received limited attention in previous organic fertilizer adoption studies.

Heart disease remains one of the leading causes of mortality worldwide, highlighting the importance of accurate and timely prediction models to support early clinical decision-making. Objective: This study aims to compare the predictive performance of Logistic Regression and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms for heart disease classification and to identify the most appropriate model for early screening. Methodology: A quantitative comparative research design was employed using the Cleveland Heart Disease dataset from the UCI Machine Learning Repository, consisting of 303 patient records. The data were divided into training and testing sets using an 80:20 split. Logistic Regression was developed using backward stepwise selection, while KNN used standardized numerical variables with K = 15. Model performance was evaluated using accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and precision. Findings: Logistic Regression outperformed KNN by achieving an accuracy of 83.6%, sensitivity of 93.5%, specificity of 73.3%, and precision of 78.4%. In comparison, KNN achieved an accuracy of 80.3%, sensitivity of 89.5%, specificity of 65.2%, and precision of 81.0%. These results indicate that Logistic Regression provides more reliable overall performance, particularly in identifying patients with heart disease. Implications: The findings suggest that Logistic Regression is more suitable as a decision-support model for early heart disease screening due to its higher sensitivity, accuracy, and specificity. This model may support healthcare professionals in identifying at-risk patients and reducing the likelihood of missed heart disease cases. Originality: The originality of this study lies in its transparent comparison of Logistic Regression and KNN using a standardized benchmark dataset while emphasizing clinically relevant evaluation metrics, particularly sensitivity. This approach provides additional empirical evidence for selecting interpretable machine learning models in clinical prediction tasks.

This study aims to interpret the Prophetic hadiths related to mental health and examine their relevance to modern neuropsychology. It employs a qualitative approach using library research with a thematic (mawdu’i) method. The data were collected from hadiths contained in the Kutub al-Sittah, classical hadith commentaries (sharh), and relevant literature on psychology, neuropsychology, and neuroscience. The analysis involved takhrij of the hadiths, interpretation based on the explanations of classical scholars, and integration with contemporary neuropsychological theories. The findings reveal that hadiths concerning anger regulation, optimism, patience, remembrance of Allah (dhikr), and husn al-zhann (positive expectation toward Allah) embody principles of mental health that are consistent with psychological and neurobiological mechanisms. Anger regulation is associated with self-regulation and reduced amygdala activity; patience strengthens resilience by lowering cortisol levels; gratitude and optimism enhance positive emotions through dopamine activation; tawakkul reduces anxiety by optimizing prefrontal cortex function; while dhikr induces relaxation through activation of the parasympathetic nervous system. These findings indicate that the values embedded in the hadiths transform religious understanding into positive cognitive patterns and adaptive behaviors, which subsequently influence brain activity through neuroplasticity and promote mental well-being. This study concludes that hadiths serve not only as normative and spiritual guidance but also as scientifically relevant sources for the development of mental health from a neuropsychological perspective, thereby reinforcing the integration of hadith studies with modern neuroscience.

The escalating access of children to social media has significantly broadened their exposure to cyber risks, a pressing phenomenon to which the government responded by enacting Government Regulation Number 17 of 2025 concerning the Governance of Electronic System Operation for Child Protection (PP TUNAS). This study aims to analyze the innovation diffusion process of the PP TUNAS policy within the broader social system by applying Everett M. Rogers’ theoretical framework. Employing a sequential explanatory mixed-methods design, descriptive quantitative data derived from an EVIDENT Institute survey of 1,050 urban respondents serve as the foundational baseline layer. The robustness of this study relies on a qualitative approach using an interpretive policy discourse analysis grounded in Lasswell’s Communication Model (who, says what, in which channel, to whom, with what effect). This qualitative method critically deconstructs the official regulatory text of PP TUNAS and the respondents' thematic narratives to uncover the root causes of dissonance underlying the statistical figures. The findings indicate that PP TUNAS has successfully progressed through all stages of innovation diffusion. During the knowledge and persuasion phases, the public demonstrated substantial affective support (96.1%), which was followed by autonomous protective measures taken by parents in the implementation stage (91%). Nevertheless, the confirmation stage revealed distinct dissonance regarding the perceived ineffectiveness of digital platforms' age verification systems (59.3%). The qualitative analysis acutely reveals that this dissonance stems from a rupture in the communication chain at the channel level (the platform's technical delivery), even though the policy message (says what) was well-received by the communicants (to whom). The study concludes that the long-term success of PP TUNAS heavily depends on structural rectifications of the platform's technical channels alongside the reinforcement of humanistic family digital literacy programs.

Character education based on religion is highly needed to cultivate a generation that is both intelligent and noble in character. An Islamic school culture serves as a means of instilling values through habits, rules, and traditions. The thoughts of Al-Ghazali, Ibn Khaldun, Ki Hajar Dewantara, and Thomas Lickona emphasize the need to combine knowledge, deeds, exemplary behavior, and collaboration among schools, families, and communities. Previous research indicates that routine religious activities strengthen religious awareness, discipline, honesty, responsibility, and tolerance. The challenges include differences in value application at home, diverse student backgrounds, time constraints, and the negative impacts of the external environment and digital media. The novelty of this study lies in the comprehensive mapping of the relationship between Islamic culture, character, and its supporting and inhibiting factors within a single framework. The method used is library research, which is described descriptively.

The massive development of digital technology expands children's access to information while simultaneously escalating cyber risks such as online exploitation and cyberbullying. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Government Regulation Number 17 of 2025 concerning Electronic System Governance for Child Protection (PP TUNAS) in the digital space, focusing on the technical challenges of age verification and the strengthening of digital literacy. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using qualitative content analysis of relevant regulatory documents, methodologically triangulated with secondary questionnaire data from the EVIDENT Institute involving 1,050 urban respondents in DKI Jakarta. The analytical framework is examined through Edwards III's Policy Implementation Theory, which measures four main variables—communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure—supported by Ayres and Braithwaite's Responsive Regulation Theory. The findings indicate a wide operational gap between normative regulatory texts and the reality of digital platform architecture. First, in the technical resource dimension, the age verification mechanisms of most platforms still rely on vulnerable self-declaration methods, deemed ineffective by 59.3% of respondents. Second, in the communication dimension, a substantial information asymmetry emerges, with 45% of respondents in a state of pseudo-awareness. Third, there is an imbalance between the domestic parental supervision burden and the fragmentation of the educational bureaucracy, reflected in 31.8% of educational institutions that have not facilitated digital literacy socialization for the parent community. This study concludes that strengthening PP TUNAS implementation requires integrating verification systems based on national population data (NIK) and standardizing a national digital citizenship curriculum to close the digital loophole.

The escalation of digital risks confronting children has prompted the issuance of Government Regulation No. 17 of 2025 on the Governance of Electronic System Operation in Child Protection (PP TUNAS). Nevertheless, its field effectiveness remains hindered by challenges in information dissemination and the technical readiness of digital platforms. This study aims to explore in depth the perceptions, experiences, and practices of urban communities in conceptualizing PP TUNAS, while identifying the discrepancy between regulatory frameworks and the reality of child protection from a policy communication perspective. To analyze this phenomenon, a qualitative approach utilizing an interpretive case study design was employed. Primary data were gathered through semi-structured in-depth interviews with key informants—comprising parents, educators, and digital literacy advocates in urban areas—and complemented by observation alongside secondary survey data from the Evident Institute for methodological triangulation. Thematic analysis reveals that while urban communities overwhelmingly support the age-restriction mandate, their understanding remains superficially normative due to an underlying policy communication gap. Furthermore, a structural implementation gap emerged, as platform age-verification mechanisms are perceived as highly susceptible to bypass. In response to these technical shortfalls, parents and schools have independently adopted localized digital parental mediation strategies, despite lacking formal integration with the legal framework. This study concludes that the success of PP TUNAS cannot rest solely on judicial enforcement; rather, it necessitates robust platform technical infrastructure, comprehensive public policy communication strategies, and an integrated orchestration of multi-stakeholder governance.

In the era of globalization, language functions not only as a means of communication but also as a medium for negotiating identity and representing culture. This study examines the relationship between language use and cultural identity in No Na’s bilingual song “Rollerblade.” It aims to identify the types and communicative functions of code-switching based on Hoffmann’s framework, the types of code-mixing based on Muysken’s framework, and the ways in which these linguistic choices construct a cultural Third Space through Homi K. Bhabha’s postcolonial theory. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method. The data consisted of selected lyrical expressions containing Indonesian and English linguistic elements. The data were collected through purposive sampling and analyzed by classifying the forms of code-switching and code-mixing, identifying their communicative functions, and interpreting their relationship with Third Space dynamics. The findings reveal inter-sentential, intra-sentential, and tag code-switching, as well as insertion and congruent lexicalization in code-mixing. These linguistic strategies function to express group identity, provide interjections, clarify intentions, discuss particular topics, and emphasize statements. Their interaction reflects cultural mimicry, ambivalence, and subaltern agency. The findings indicate that No Na does not merely imitate Western popular culture but actively negotiates local and global identities by normalizing Indonesian cultural expressions within a global musical context. Thus, “Rollerblade” demonstrates how young people can participate in global culture while maintaining and reconstructing their local cultural identity.
