Project Based Learning
(PjBL) telah berhasil diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu model pembelajaran abad 21 yang efektif. Model ini menjadi populer di kalangan guru SD. Namun, terdapat keraguan tentang kesesuaian penerapan PjBL dalam aktivitas pembelajaran. Hal ini terjadi karena idealisme PjBL menjadi terlalu tinggi untuk siswa SD. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian adalah melakukan langkah supervisi akademik yang mampu membuktikan keraguan tersebut. Deskriptif kuantitatif menjadi jenis penelitian yang diambil untuk mendapatkan data. Subyek sasaran penelitian diambil dari empat sekolah negeri dan swasta di Kota Salatiga. Data penelitian dibagi menjadi tiga komponen, yaitu: pemahaman dasar PjBL, kesesuaian implementasi model, dan refleksi diri pasca implementasi PjBL. Dengan data yang diperoleh, disimpulkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran dengan model PjBL oleh guru SD belum sesuai. Hasil penelitian menyarankan adanya tindak lanjut berupa action research untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru SD.

Abstrak:
The research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the implementation of the career guidance program at SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga based on context, input, process and product. This research is evaluative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation studies. The analysis technique used in this research is the Miles & Hubberman qualitative analysis technique which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification. The validation test in this research was by using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this research show that: 1) context, high support from schools; goals are prepared in line with the school's vision and mission; 2) input, sufficient ratio of teachers to students, availability of budget for program implementation, programs and materials are prepared based on student and school needs, as well as availability of supporting infrastructure for the implementation of career guidance programs; 3) Process, procedures are implemented by adopting guidance and counseling services, evaluation and follow-up are not implemented enough, student involvement is good, the school community supports the implementation of career guidance and DUDI participates in program implementation. Obstacles in implementing the career guidance program are lack of time due to assignments and busy school activities; 4) The product can be stated that the budget and infrastructure are relatively sufficient, program implementation is 80%, the impact of implementing career guidance is that students get an idea of ??career direction.

Abstrak:
Pengembangan kurikulum yang efektif melibatkan proses analisis, desain, implementasi, dan evaluasi yang sistematis. Untuk memenuhi pencapaian tujuan dan keberlanjutan pendidikan di satuan pendidikan, maka, kurikulum akan ditinjau dan diubah. TK Setyo Asih, TK Bethesda dan SD Negeri Sumogawe 01 mengungkapkan berbagai permasalahan dalam proses implementasi kurikulum baru. Dasar pemikiran tersebutlah yang menjadi latar belakang pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang diinisiasi oleh tim dari Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan dan Fakultas Teologi Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pola adaptasi kurikulum baru. Hasilnya sangatlah memuaskan, guru-guru terbantu dalam pemahaman: a) Paradigma Baru Pendidikan; b) Pembuatan Tujuan dan Asesmen Pembelajaran; c)Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi; d) Penyusunan Modul Ajar; e) Profil Pelajar Pancasila; f) Perancangan dan Asesmen Project Pembelajaran; g) Integrasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila dengan Rancangan Projek Pembelajaran. Selain itu, bimbingan teknis ini menghasilkan kelengkapan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri Sumogawe 01.

Abstrak:
Teachers and principals must be competent at writing scientific articles. The ability to write scientific articles affects professional and career development. The community service activity aims to improve the ability of teachers and principals in writing classroom and school action research articles. The training participants were the teachers and principals. Training activities were conducted online. The training material focused on determining the topic, writing the introduction, methods, results, discussion, and conclusions. The results of community services through training in writing action research articles showed that aspects of material, facilities, methods, facilitators, and administrative services received appreciation from participants with a very good level of satisfaction. Participants experienced an increase in knowledge, with a pre-test score of 74 and a post-test score of 80.

Abstrak:
The background of this study is the decreasing number of students and classes in one junior high school. This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the school by developing suitable competitive strategies to improve the school quality and the number of students and classes. This research is qualitative research using the research and development (R & D) method with the Borg and Gall development model which is limited to the seventh step. The study was conducted in a junior high school. The subjects of the study were school principal, teachers, staff, and school observers. Data was collected by interview, documentation studies, questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) techniques. Data was analyzed with a qualitative descriptive analysis using Miles and Huberman model. Activities in data analysis included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The result of the study show that the school is in quadrant II which indicates that the condition of the school is quite stable, but it faces many obstacles, therefore it is necessary to carry out a diversification strategy. The proposed diversification strategy includes curriculum diversification and service expansion and continuous improvement efforts.

Abstrak:
The purpose of evaluating the Guidance and Counseling (BK) program at SMP Negeri 2 Ambarawa during the pandemic is to evaluate the context, input, process and product of the guidance and counseling program during the pandemic. This research is evaluative research. The principal provides full support in implementing counseling services during the pandemic by providing a schedule and budget allocation. The ratio of counseling teachers to students is fulfilled by the presence of school counselors with a background in counseling education. Facilities and infrastructure are in good condition, but do not yet have a special counseling room. BK services are carried out with the help of applications, namely Google classroom, and google forms used by school counselors for delivery systems in service activities with asynchronous types and in synchronous types using WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet depending on the agreement between teachers and students. The problems experienced in the implementation of online counseling services are less than optimal since not all students have devices. The essential material compiled by the MGBK is less appropriate to use, it is more appropriate to use a needs assessment of students to develop a BK program. School counselors provide time for learners to consult with flexible time, either through in-person or device-assisted.

Abstrak:
The objective of this study is to describe the management of character education, the obstacles and drawbacks of character education management which is currently being carried out in schools. This research also describes the development of a character education management model in schools based on local cultural wisdom (Samin Tribe). This research is a research and development (RnD) with a qualitative descriptive method with an ethnographic approach which is limited to the product manufacturing stage. Data were collected using document study techniques, observation, and in-depth interviews. The Miles and Huberman model was used to analyze the data. The results of the study: 1) The management of character education that has been implemented in schools shows that the development of character education has been carried out in accordance with character education according to the Ministry of National Education and government regulations, but has not been maximized. This is due to several problems such as the lack of reading resources, model guidebooks on character education, the management of character education carried out in schools has not been in accordance with the four management functions, 2) Obstacle and shortcomings of character education management, namely the management function has not been maximized, the absence of team implementation, lack of coordination meetings, lack of integration into classroom-based approaches, school culture, and society, lack of teacher insight, limited sources of reading books and model guidebooks, 3) Model development which includes character education for the Samin Tribe, then developed through four management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating which are described through the character education management model in schools based on local cultural wisdom (Samin Tribe).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dan perbedaan implementasi supervisi akademik saat pembelajaran luring dan daring yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Karangturi, Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian model data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Implementasi supervisi akademik saat pembelajaran luring menggunakan model Performance Appraisal (PA). Sedangkan saat daring, proses implementasi supervisi akademik mengalami pergeseran cara dengan melibatkan teknologi komunikasi. Dengan demikian peneliti dapat membedakan kedua hasil tersebut bahwa terdapat perbedaan implementasi supervisi akademik saat pembelajaran luring dan daring di Sekolah Karangturi, antara lain: penyederhanaan aspek penilaian, pergeseran sasaran supervisi, durasi waktu pelaksanaan, proses perencanaan yang melibatkan penggunaan teknologi komunikasi, proses pelaksanaan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan di Sekolah Karangturi, dan belum adanya umpan balik supervisi akademik saat pembelajaran daring.

Abstrak:
Community service activities are carried out at the Central Christian Education Institution, Salatiga City. The objective of this activity is to prepare teachers who are selected as prospective principals to understand the concept and implementation of school principal competency standards in the fields of managerial, supervision, and entrepreneurship. Activities are held in the form of online mode-based training. The school development plan is the final product of this training activity. This activity is expected to create prospective school leaders of the Central Christian Education Institution Salatiga who can improve the quality of education through their leadership, creativity, and innovation qualities. The results of this community service activity can improve managerial competence, supervision, and entrepreneurship for prospective principals of the Christian Education Institution Salatiga.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to develop website-based managerial supervision assessment instruments to help the duties of kindergarten supervisors in carrying out supervision managerial. This type of research refers to the Borg and Gall R&D model, modified by Sugiyono. The development research covers potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trials, product revisions. The result of this research is Website-Based Managerial Supervision of School Principal Supervision Assessment Instrument or InPeSiM, guidelines for using InPeSiM for Supervisors and Principals. Based on the results of expert validation, InPeSiM was declared to be very complete and worth testing. Whereas in the field trial, Supervisor stated that the product was very good to used in managerial supervision.
