This study discusses the Analysis of the effectiveness of the use of a letter archiving system in improving work efficiency in the Mal Uinsu office. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of a letter archiving system in improving work efficiency in the Ma laboratory Uinsu office and what obstacles were faced. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the archiving system in supporting work efficiency at the UINSU Laboratory Madrasah Aliyah includes storage, organization, borrowing, rediscovery, maintenance and destruction. The implementation of this archiving has been running quite well according to existing provisions. However, there are still some things that do not support work efficiency that must be fixed in order to facilitate the implementation of letter archiving in improving work efficiency at the UINSU Laboratory Madrasah Aliyah office.

Education is one of the main pillars in human resource development in Indonesia, however the quality of education still faces various challenges, such as unequal access and low quality of teaching. This research aims to analyze the education policies that have been implemented by the government in an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach, policy analysis is carried out to identify factors that influence policy effectiveness and its impact on society. The results of the analysis show that although there are programs such as compulsory education and increasing teacher competency, the gap between the policies formulated and their implementation is still a major problem. Therefore, a more inclusive and participatory approach is needed in formulating education policies to ensure that every policy taken is able to answer local needs and improve the overall quality of education.

Education policy functions as a framework that sets educational standards and goals, so as to ensure that all students have equal access to resources and learning opportunities. Through the development of relevant curricula and quality teacher training, education policies can improve teacher competency, which in turn has a positive impact on student learning outcomes. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of teacher competency development programs in improving performance in schools. The research was conducted using the literature study method, which involves collecting data to understand and study theories from various relevant literatures. Teacher competency development is becoming increasingly important and necessary, especially in the context of improving career paths in functional teacher positions. Without continuous self-development, a teacher will encounter difficulties, even difficult to achieve a higher functional position. The method used in this study is a literature study and qualitative analysis of various relevant sources, including journals and scientific articles. The findings show that there are three strategies: developing continuous professionals, integrating technology in the learning process, encouraging collaboration and creativity. This research is expected to provide insights for educational institutions in designing more effective development programme.

The recruitment and selection process of teachers in educational institutions plays a crucial role in determining the quality of education provided to students. In the context of an ever-evolving education system, the challenges of finding competent educators have become increasingly complex. Various studies indicate that effective recruitment can contribute to the enhancement of teaching and learning quality. Therefore, optimizing this process is essential to meet the demand for quality education. This research aims to explore and analyze optimal strategies in the recruitment and selection process of teachers based on a literature review of related books and journals. By understanding existing best practices, this study is expected to provide recommendations that can be implemented by educational institutions to improve the effectiveness of their recruitment and selection processes. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative approach with a literature analysis. Data were collected through a systematic review of books and journals discussing teacher recruitment and selection. The analysis process involved identifying key themes emerging from various sources, as well as comparing and contrasting findings from existing literature to gain a comprehensive understanding of effective practices. The findings of this study indicate that the optimization of the teacher recruitment and selection process can be achieved through several strategies, including the use of more objective assessment tools, the development of clear selection criteria, and community involvement in the recruitment process. Additionally, this research also highlights the importance of training for selection committees to enhance their ability to assess teacher candidates holistically. The recommendations generated from this study are expected to contribute positively to educational institutions in their efforts to improve the quality of educators.

This research examines the management of facilities and infrastructure at the Madrasah Aliyah Laboratory of UIN North Sumatra (UIN SU) using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The aim of the research is to identify the main obstacles in facility management and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. Through a quantitative survey, it was found that there were significant differences in perceptions between teachers and students regarding the condition of school facilities, with teachers tending to be more critical. Further analysis shows that planned and routine maintenance plays an important role in preventing further damage and reducing long-term repair costs. In addition, the level of student satisfaction with facilities and infrastructure varies by grade level, with students in higher grades showing lower levels of satisfaction. A qualitative approach through in-depth interviews revealed that budget constraints were the main obstacle in facility management. Based on these findings, several strategic recommendations were proposed, including increasing budgets and resources through collaboration with external parties, implementing continuous training programs for teachers and staff, improving communication with parents, and implementing information technology in facility management. It is hoped that the implementation of these recommendations can improve the quality of management of facilities and infrastructure, which will ultimately have a positive impact on the quality of education in this madrasa. This research makes an important contribution to the education management literature, especially in the context of madrasas in Indonesia, and becomes a reference for future research and practice.
