Abstrak:
Empowering an effective work culture is the key to improving team performance to achieve the vision and mission of the Student Activity Unit (UKM), especially UKM Sakuntala. In improving the performance of the Sakuntala UKM team, they often face several challenges in terms of communication, motivation, training, performance monitoring and giving awards. To overcome these challenges, training was carried out using counseling and question and answer methods, presenting material on the concept of effective work culture in improving team performance. The research results show that an effective work culture, such as effective communication, teamwork, and motivation, has a significant impact on the performance of the Sakuntala UKM team. Material includes Empowering an Effective Work Culture, Collaboration and Teamwork, and the Role of Leaders. The results of this outreach show that all members of UKM Sakuntala have a fairly good understanding of effective work culture and understand enough about improving teamwork. This counseling also emphasizes the importance of harmonious relationships between leaders and subordinates, as well as a conducive work environment. It is hoped that this counseling can help Sakuntala UKM members develop a more effective work culture, improve communication skills, strengthen the performance of the Sakuntala UKM team, and provide insight into facing the challenges that exist in the organization. This provides a strong foundation for empowering a more effective work culture in the future for Sakuntala.

Abstrak:
This research is motivated by the researcher's concern for the continuity of the teaching and learning process in the use of the fiqh subject learning method, especially in the practical learning material, according to the researcher's observations attached. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the demonstration learning method for tayammum practice in class IV-B students of Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah 1 Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, namely a method that aims to describe or explain events that occur in the field. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used in this study consists of data reduction, data representation, and drawing Fiqh related to the practice of Tayammum Class IV-B Madrasah Diniah Awaliyah 1 Pekanbaru can motivate students to practice Tayammum properly. The results of this study indicate that the application of the demonstration method in the subject Many students of Class IV-B Madrasah Diniah Awaliyah 1 Pekanbaru seem to still be lacking in the ability to understand the practice of Tayammum. Therefore, you need to apply a direct learning method. After enrichment, many students understand how to tayammum.

Abstrak:
This research discusses the opinions of Generation Z or what we know as Gen-Z regarding Arabic language learning at MI level. The many benefits of Arabic make Arabic a mandatory subject in several institutions. This research uses library research or bibliographic research by examining several references to assess Arabic language learning in MI based on the Gen Z perspective. Literature searches were carried out by collecting references from several previous studies. The aim of this research is to explore perspectives or perceptions regarding the importance of Arabic in Early Level institutions. The results of this research are that Gen-z believes that Arabic should be taught at MI/SDI as a unique subject that differentiates MI/SDI from other state elementary schools. Generation Z needs to learn Arabic from an early age to achieve better learning outcomes.

Abstrak:
The research is motivated by several problems of undisciplined behavior in learning, namely: (1) some students are still late for coming to school; (2) some students still cheat, often skip classes, are noisy in class, and are late in collecting assignments from the teacher; and (3) some students did not do homework from the teacher. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of group guidance using self-management techniques on the learning discipline of class XII IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes. The study used a quantitative approach with Pre-Experimental Designs of the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design type. The population of this study were all students of class XII IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes totaling 72 students, consisting of class XII IPS 1 totaling 36 students and class XII IPS 3 totaling 36 students. The research sample was students of class XII IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes, totaling 36 students. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique is a non-test with a psychological scale. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. Test the hypothesis using paired samples t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of group guidance using self-management techniques on the learning discipline of class XII IPS 1 students at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes. The magnitude of the effect is indicated by the difference in the mean pre-test and post-test, that is, the mean pre-test is 80.53 to the mean post-test is 84.89, so an average increase is obtained. mean of 4.361 or 4%. It can be concluded that there is an influence of group guidance with self-management techniques on the learning discipline of class XII IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Keuntungan Brebes.

Learning Management System (LMS) telah muncul sebagai alternatif yang menarik dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran. sebelumnya pernah muncul virus corona yang menjadi pandemic, Situasi ini memaksa perguruan tinggi untuk segera beradaptasi didalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Situasi tersebut memunculkan beberapa permasalahan pada perguruan tinggi, diantaranya kesiapan sumber daya manusia, fasilitas, dan lainnya. Penelelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan memberikan alternative metode pembelajaran dengan menerapkan LMS sebagai solusi pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif, Pada tahap awal, dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan dan tantangan yang dihadapi Kemudian, dilakukan implementasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan perangkat lunak yang sesuai. Melalui penerapan LMS, peserta didik dapat mengakses bahan pembelajaran secara online, berpartisipasi dalam diskusi daring, dan mengikuti ujian atau penilaian secara fleksibel. Pengajar juga dapat mengelola dan mengevaluasi kinerja peserta didik dengan lebih efisien. Dan lembaga pendidikan juga mendapatkan manfaat dalam mengoptimalkan sumber daya dan mengurangi biaya operasional. Hasil nya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan LMS memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas, kualitas, dan efisiensi pembelajaran.

Diabetes mellitus atau yang sering di sebut diabetes ataupun yang kita kenal dengan kencing manis merupakan sebuah penyakit yang paling banyak diderita oleh masyarakat pada zaman sekarang ini dan penyakit ini depat menyebabkan komplikasi kepada penyakit kronis lainnya, yang artinya apabila penyakit ini terus dibiarkan karna kurangnya pengetahuan dalam cara mencegah atau mengobati penyakit ini tentunya akan menyebabkan munculnya penyakit kronis lainnya. Data yang di dapatkan dari Internatonal Diabetes Federatiaon (IDF), Kawasan terbanyak yang menderita diabetes melitus adalah Asia pasifik, dengan jumlah kasus (8.5%) atau sebanyak 138 juta kasus. Pada tahun 2035 jumlah kasus Diabetes akan meningkat menjadi 205 juta kasus di rentang usia 40-59 tahun menurut IDF dan di kawasan Asia Tenggara Indonesia berada di posisi kedua teratas dengan jumlah kasus diabetes melitus sebanyak 9,116.03 kasus, dengan adanya peningkatan jumlah pasien yang sangat signifikan ini maka perlu di bangun sebuah sistem pakar yang dapat mengidentifikasi penyakit diabetes mellitus. Pada penelitian ini Metode/algoritma yang di gunakan adalah algoritma Forward Chaining karna Algoritma Forward Chaining merupakan alogoritma yang melakukan proses pencarian dari masalah atau fakta, setelah fakta tersebut di dapatkan maka menghasilkan kesimpulan dan diperoleh solusi dari permasalahan, Tujuann pembuatan aplikasi ini diharapkan mampu mendiagnosa penyakit Diabetes Mellitus seperti seorang dokter spesialis yang mendiagnosa pasiennya dengan memberikan pertannyaan, dan setiap pertannyaan akan dijadikan panduan untuk menentukan penyakit yang diderita oleh pasien. Setelah didiagnosa dengan mengajikan beberapa pertanyaan maka akan didapatkan Hasil dan ditarik sebuah kesimpulan dari diagnosa penyakit lalu akan di berikan solusi dan obat yang dapat membantu pasien dalam penyembuhan penyakitnya.
