Abstrak:
This research aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere, promotions and product diversity on purchasing decisions at Listy Mart. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this research are consumers at Listy Mart. The sample in this research was 213 consumers with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the partial t test results show that the shop atmosphere, promotion and product diversity variables influence purchasing decisions at Listy Mart. Simultaneous F test results: store atmosphere, promotions and product diversity influence purchasing decisions at Listy Mart

Abstrak:
The aim of this research is to explain the partial influence of facility and location variables on the level of consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were all TELL KOPI Kediri café consumers. The sampling technique uses the Nonprobability Sampling method using purposive sampling. The results of the research show that the facility and location variables have a partial effect on consumer satisfaction, this can be seen from the facility variable (X1) with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value (7.940) > t table value (1.661), and the variable location (X2) with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value (2.643) > t table value (1.661). Simultaneously the facility (X1) and location (X2) variables can be seen with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value (32.022) > F ¬table (3.090)

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine how the independent variables, namely Operating Cost and Operating Income, Non Performing Loan, and Loan to Deposit Ratio, influence the dependent variable, namely Company Value (Price to Book Value) in BUMN Conventional Banks listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. The type of research used is associative with a quantitative approach with a total population of 42 companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the number of samples obtained is 4 companies. This study uses panel data regression analysis techniques using the help of Eviews 10 software. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that partially operating cost and operating income affect company value (Price to Book Value), while non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratios do not affect company value. Simultaneously operating cost and operating income, non-performing loans and loan to deposit ratios have a significant effect on company value (Price to Book Value).

Abstrak:
This research is motivated by a company engaged in the field of online transportation, because in the company of human resources is a determinant of success. The purpose of this study to explain the effect of work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment on employee performance. The study was conducted on Maxim drivers in Kediri. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used purposive sampling technique. The population of this study was 1000 drivers and the sample used was 69 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test. The results obtained by this study concluded that work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Communication has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously work motivation, communication and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstrak:
This research is motivated by an agency operating in the hospitality sector, because in agencies human resources are very important in achieving success. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of teamwork, work discipline, and work ethics on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all PKWT employees, 47 employees of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri. In this research, the results showed that teamwork partially had no significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, work discipline partially had a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, and work ethics partially had an effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees.

Abstrak:
This research aims to explain and prove the hypothesis regarding the influence of compensation, physical work environment and work facilities on the work productivity employees of CV. Mukti Mulyo. Where this research uses a descriptive research model with a quantitative approach method with a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample method, with a population of 32 employees and a sample of 32 respondents or all employees used as samples. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and determination test (R2) which are processed using the SPSS version 25 data processing program. The research results obtained are that compensation has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.016 < 0.05. The physical work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.001 < 0.05. Work facilities have a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t test value of 0.022 <0.05. Compensation, physical work environment and work facilities have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F test value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstrak:
This study to determine the effect of product, proce, and location on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The location of this research was conducted at UD. Guna Karya Grogol, Kediri Regency. The objects in this research are rice cutomers from UD. Guna Karya Grogol, Kediri Regency. This research is quantitative research. Data cllection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation and literature, Data analysis was perfomed usuing validity test, realibility test, classic assumption test., multiple linear test, hypothesis test, determination test. From the result of the research that has been done, it shows that the first problem formulation regarding the product partially has a significance level effect on customers satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t count value of 2.850 with a significance level of 0,009. Price partially has a significance effect on consumer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t count value of 1.948 with a significance level of 0,044. Place partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product,price and Place on customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. F count is 3.968 with a sig level of 0.021 where the figure is <0.05.

Coffee shops that use marketing strategies to achieve customer repurchase intention by providing quality service and good taste, namely Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery. The taste of Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery is quite good, including in the processing and selection of ingredients and has a kitchen expert who knows his field. In addition, it also provides friendly service quality, but waiters are less responsive in handling consumer complaints. This research is a quantitative research. The research location is located at Nongkasky Coffee and Eatery, Kec. Wates Kab. Kediri. The population in this study was 900 consumers. The sample in this study were 60 consumers using the Malhotra sampling technique. The analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test and hypothesis test. Partially the variable of service quality (X1) has a significant effect on the variable of interest in repeating (Y). Partially taste (X2) has a significant effect on repurchase intention (Y). Simultaneously service quality (X1) and service quality (X2) affect customer repurchase intention (Y).

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the Effect of Financial Performance on Firm Value in Cosmetics Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020, partially or simultaneously the data used in this study from the financial statements of 6 companies from 7 cosmetics subsector companies published through website www.id.co.id for the period 2016 to 2020. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data was then analyzed using panel data regression through the Eviews 10 program.Based on the results of the classical assumption test, partial test and simultaneous test, it can be concluded that the results of the classical assumption test indicate that it is not eligible and there is no problem that the data is normally distributed and significant from the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The partial test shows that the current ratio (CR) has no significant effect on price to book value (PBV), return on assets (ROA) has no significant effect on price to book value (PBV), debt to equity ratio (DER) has no significant effect. on price to book value (PBV), and total asset turnover (TATO) has a significant effect on price to book value (PBV),

Abstrak:
Abstract. This study aims to find out and analyze whether there are differences in financial performance before and after Covid-19 at Primkop Kartika Wira Yudha Mechanical Brigif 16/Wira Yudha in the 2018-2021 period.
The sampling technique in this research is to use the technique of collecting financial report data documentation. Sampling in this study is the financial statements of Primkop Kartika Wira Yudha Brigif Mekanis 16/Wira Yudha. Data obtained through interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis, difference test and Wilcoxon test. The financial ratios used are Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, ROA and ROE.
The results of the study indicate that there is no significant difference between the Current Ratio (X1), Quick Ratio (X2), Cash Ratio (X3), ROA (X4) and ROE (X5) before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is because the company is still effective in managing company assets during the Covid-19 period and can still generate net profit for the cooperative

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat perbedaan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan setelah adanya Covid-19 pada Primkop Kartika Wira Yudha Brigif Mekanis 16/Wira Yudha pada periode 2018-2021.
Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik pengumpulan dokumentasi data laporan keuangan. Pengambilan sample dalam penelitian adalah laporan keuangan Primkop Kartika Wira Yudha Brigif Mekanis 16/Wira Yudha. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara beserta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif Kuantitatif, Uji Beda dan Uji Wilcoxon. Rasio keuangan yang digunakan adalah Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, ROA dan ROE.
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan secara seignifikan antara Current Ratio (X1), Quick Ratio (X2), Cash Ratio (X3), ROA (X4) dan ROE (X5) sebelum dan saat pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini disebabkan karena perusaahan masi efektif dalam mengelola aset perusaahan di masa Covid-19 dan juga masih dapat menghasilkan laba bersih pada koperasi.
