Abstrak:
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in the Indonesian economy. Among its important roles is being able to absorb labor and encourage economic growth. The development of social media in Indonesia has shown very rapid growth in recent years. Due to the important role of MSMEs and the rapid development of social media, MSME players feel the need to utilize social media for digital marketing activities. Activities are carried out by providing understanding and training on the use of social media. From the activities that have been carried out, it shows that there is an understanding of social media and its use in the hope of attracting potential buyers which will have an impact on increasing the sales turnover of MSMEs.

Abstrak:
This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, workload and compensation on employee loyalty at PT Mega Baja Pemalang. Researchers used primary data obtained through distributing questionnaire forms via Google Form to employees at PT Mega Baja Pemalang. The population in this study were employees of PT Mgea Baja Pemalang. The technique used in sampling is non-probability sampling using saturated samples (census). The analytical tool used in this research uses SPSS. The results of this research are that the work environment has no effect on employee loyalty, workload has no effect on employee loyalty, and compensation has a significant effect on employee loyalty.

Abstrak:
This research was conducted to determine the role of talent management and performance allowances in improving employee performance through organizational commitment at the Central Java Province Department of Industry and Trade. The research method uses quantitative research. The sample taken was 182 employees. Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with calculations using Smart PLS 4.0 software. The research results concluded that talent management variables have a role in improving employee performance and organizational commitment, performance allowances play a role in increasing organizational commitment but do not play a role in improving employee performance, organizational commitment plays a role in improving employee performance.

Abstrak:
Through the Governance Network, the government has a great possibility to reach problems more closely by utilizing the advantages of the network and developing innovative ideas to overcome public problems and improve the quality of services and public policies. One of the problems is the food security policy. This study uses the concept of Social Network Theory (Klijn & Koppenjan) which looks at the structure in the policy implementation network, namely the aspects of contact, trust, information sharing, and resource exchange as well as how to coordinate between actors in the food security policy implementation network in West Papua Province. The results of the study show that the relationship and participation of actors in the network have not run optimally. This can be seen from the structure in the network which includes trust, information sharing, and resource exchange has not been optimal. Meanwhile, contact from the structure in the network has been carried out well, with the formation of policy tools. Coordination in the food security policy implementation network uses the type of mutual adjustment coordination. The implementation of the Food Security Policy in the Perspective of the Governance Network has not been effective.

Abstrak:
Background: The major impact of burnout on overseas workers, such as inadequate physical and psychological working conditions, has been proven to be associated with adverse health outcomes among workers, including the emergence of various diseases, increased stress levels, reduced concentration which can lead to the occurrence of work accidents which end in decreased productivity. This impact is a small part of the concept of Occupational Diseases (PAK) which is one of the pillars of Occupational Health and Safety. Objective: to find out the factors that cause burnout in offshore workers. Method: This research is an observational analysis research with a cross-sectional approach, where the researchers only observed offshore workers on the Belait CSS-1 ship. Samples were selected using a non-probability purposive sampling technique to obtain 80 samples. Results: There is a relationship between age (p = 0.021), education (p = 0.000), marital status (p = 0.021), length of service (p = 0.038), type of work (p = 0.000), work stress (p = 0.000 ), and workload (p = 0.003) with burnout in offshore workers. Conclusion: There are various factors that can influence burnout in offshore workers such as age, education, type of work, work stress and length of service..

Abstrak:
Sistem manajemen K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) merupakan bagian dari keseluruhan manajemen, prosedur dan sumber daya yang diperlukan untuk struktur organisasi, perencanaan, tanggung jawab, pelaksanaan, pengembangan kinerja, implementasi, evaluasi dan manajemen risiko, serta aktivitas kerja dalam proyek konstruksi. Tingkat kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada proyek konstruksi gedung masih sering terabaikan, sehingga membutuhkan regulasi atau standar operasional prosedur (SOP) untuk mengurangi kecelakaan kerja yang tidak diinginkan. Proyek XYZ yang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Karawang merupakan salah satu proyek konstruksi yang perlu dilakukan analisis mengenai sistem manajemen K3. Dalam menganalisa menggunakan metode DMAIC untuk meningkatkan dan mengoptimasi terhadap analisa proyek kontruksi dengan memperhatikan yang terjadi di proyek. Hal ini bertujuan dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistem manajemen K3 metode DMAIC maka dapat dilakukan pencegahan atau perubahan regulasi mengenai potensi kecelakaan kerja, mengidentifikasi risiko dominan yang berpotensi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja serta penanggulangannya. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kuisioner didapatkan nilai sebesar 62,67% permasalahan terhadap Perencanaan K3. Selain itu, pengolahan data lebih lanjut mengungkapkan adanya potensi kerusakan pada alat, bahan dan mesin yang digunakan, seperti yang dapat dilihat pada diagram Ishikawa (fishbone diagram). Pada pendekatan DMAIC menunjukkan perlunya membuat SOP dan kemudian mensosialisasikan pelatihan bagi pekerja untuk mengurangi cedera di tempat kerja.

When launching an MSME, MSME branding is very important. MSMEs can increase sales and attract customers with their own brand. By creating websites for MSMEs, creating social media platforms, and providing meaningful logos, MSME branding allows MSMEs to be recognized by the general public. The goal is for sellers to have their own brand, and with the logo of the products being sold, they can also be recognized by the general public. As a result, the logo is extremely important in SMEs. In order for the Istana Gorengan MSME to maximize sales and introduce its products, it is required to produce content for MSMEs, create MSME social media, create MSME websites, and create a new logo for MSMEs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pemberian santunan ketika penumpang Transjakarta mengalami kecelakaan. Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris yaitu penelitian dengan membahas bagaimana pelaksanaan pemberian santunan PT. Jasa Raharja terhadap penumpang Transjakarta yang mengalami kecelakaan. Sumber bahan yang diperoleh berasal dari peraturan perundang-undangan, wawancara dengan pihak yang berkaitan untuk menjawab segala pertanyaan dalam pemenuhan penyusunan penelitian dan literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Melihat dari peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta hasil wawancara dengan staff maka dapat disimpulkan bawasannya pelaksanaan pemberian santunan PT. Jasa Raharja terhadap penumpang Transjakarta yang mengalami kecelakaan terlaksana dengan baik meskipun dalam pelaksanaannya terjadi beberapa kendala. Walaupun terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaan pemberian santunan PT. Jasa Raharja terhadap penumpang Transjakarta yang mengalami kecelakaan terdapat beberapa upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan pemberian santunan PT. Jasa Raharja terhadap penumpang Transjakarta yang mengalami kecelakaan. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala yang dialami sudah cukup mengatasi kendala yang terjadi, tetapi harus ditingkatkan kembali.
