This study examines the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work environment on employee work discipline at the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection Agency of Sukoharjo Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data collected through questionnaires. The study's population consists of 37 employees, and due to the limited number of respondents (less than 100), a saturated sampling technique was applied, ensuring the inclusion of all members in the study.The research utilizes multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²) as statistical analysis techniques. The t-test results reveal that leadership style (X1) does not have a significant effect on employee work discipline, whereas organizational culture (X2) and work environment (X3) have a significant positive influence. The F-test results confirm that the regression model used in this study is appropriate for explaining the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Additionally, the R² test results indicate the proportion of variance in employee work discipline that can be explained by the independent variables.The findings suggest that fostering a strong organizational culture and improving the work environment can enhance employee work discipline. Meanwhile, leadership style alone does not significantly impact discipline levels. The study recommends that organizations prioritize developing a supportive work culture and conducive work environment while reassessing leadership strategies to align with employee needs. These insights provide valuable implications for policymakers and organizational leaders aiming to improve workforce discipline and productivity.

<p><em>After graduating, many vocational school students take part directly in the work. One of them is vocational school students majoring in construction who can immediately work in the world of construction or projects. In the implementation of construction, many work accidents occur which are caused by human factors, because of understanding of the dangers in construction projects. It was recorded by the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) for Employment that from January to November 2022 there have been 265,334 work accidents in Indonesia. Therefore, students need to be given education about Occupational Health and Safety (K3). The aim is for the graduate to always apply K3 during construction so that graduates do not experience work accidents. Education was carried out through the presentation of material about K3 by the USM PKM team and continued with a question and answer session. Participants were very enthusiastic about participating in educational activities. It was shown from a lack of participants who asked questions to the PKM team. Apart from that, the results showed that 81% of the students thought that the PKM material was in line with community needs and that the overall PKM activities provided benefits.</em></p>

Information regarding the evaluation of reasoning skills related to online socio-scientific issues is still limited due to limited instruments. This research aims to determine the validity and reliability of an online socio-scientific issue-based critical reasoning instrument. Content validity was proven by the assessment method by five experts. Confirmatory factor analysis was carried out with the Lisrel 8.8 program to prove construct validity. Instrument testing was carried out on 145 grade 10 high school students. Convergent validity was determined through the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) calculation, and reliability was determined through Construct Reliability (CR). There are 12 items from four dimensions of critical reasoning based on online socio-scientific issues: (1) evaluating SSI information, (2) identifying SSI complexity, (3) checking the credibility of information sources, and (4) multiperspective. The results of the content validity test obtained the Aiken coefficient value in the valid category. Based on the analysis results, the GFI, RMSEA, and p-value of the instrument fit the model and have loading factors that meet the minimum criteria. In addition, the instrument meets convergent validity and internal consistency. Thus, it is concluded that the instrument is declared valid and reliable and can be used to measure critical reasoning based on online socio-scientific issues.

This service aims to provide training on the use of the educational game Rangkar Ultra (Circular Chain of Giant Snakes and Ladders) as an alternative learning media for additives at MTS Ja- Alhaq, Bengkulu City. This service involved 80 class VII students at MTS Ja-Alhaq, Bengkulu City. The service was carried out using the Technical Assistance Model method in the form of training activities and mentoring activities. The training activities were carried out by delivering material about additives in food and then providing information about the rules and regulations. how to use the educational game Rangkar Ultra. Meanwhile, mentoring activities are carried out after carrying out the previous activities, namely by practicing the educational game Rangkar Ultra to increase students' interest and motivation to learn. The result of this service activity is that students can utilize the Rangkar Ultra educational game as an innovative learning medium to increase motivation and interest in learning for class VII students at MTS Ja-Alhaq, Bengkulu City.

<p><em>Vocational High School (SMK) graduates are prepared to be able to compete in the world of work. To be able to compete, vocational school graduates are expected to have hard skills and soft skills. Likewise, Sakti Gemolong Vocational School tries to provide skills to its students through training. The problem is that to fulfill this, SMK Sakti Gemolong must collaborate with other agencies. Seeing this, the Community Service Team tried to help by providing MS Project training. The aim is to increase knowledge and skills in using project scheduling software. The target is students of Class XI Sakti Gemolong Vocational School, Department of Construction and Property Business (BKP) in Sragen. Activities are carried out in two stages, namely problem identification (preliminary survey to find out the curriculum and competencies), problem-solving approach (using presentation techniques as a lecture method, demonstration and direct practice on the computer as well as evaluation to find out the level of absorption of the material). In carrying out Community Service activities, before training a pre-test is carried out. The results obtained were that 95% of students did not understand how to use MS Project software. Meanwhile, after training, a post-test is carried out. The result was that 91% of students understood how to use MS Project software. From the evaluation results, it shows that there has been an increase in understanding and skills by 86%.</em></p>

Guna menunjang kelancaran beraktifitas untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan (Standar Nasional Indonesia T-14) .Warga Perum Royal semarang RT.05 RW.09 Pedurungan Lor. Oleh sebab itu  perencanaan, pembangunan, dan perbaikan perlu diperhatikan seefektif dan seefisien mungkin. Pembangunan ataupun perbaikan Jalan Reum Royal semarang Pedurungan Lor sangatlah penting artinya mengingat letak geografisnya hanya bisa dihubungkan dengan keberadaan jalan sebagai sarana penunjang yang sangat penting untuk pergerakan aktivitas warganya.</p><p>Memperhatikan kondisi saat ini dalam rangka menunjang kelancaran untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, kenyaman berkendara, perjalanan, dan keindahan desa maka perlu adanya infrastruktur berupa jalan yang baik . Warga Jalan Perum Royal Semarang RT.05 RW.09 ,Pedurungan Lor  mempunyai permasalahan yaitu jalan desa (RT) yang mulai rusak (berlubang) serta permukaan jalan yang tidak rata (bergelombang). Traffic Unit (Satlantas) is an implementing element whose duties are responsible for carrying out police duties including in the field of traffic, which is the elaboration of professional technical capabilities which include regulation, guarding, escort, patrolling, public education, and traffic engineering, registration and identification of drivers or motorized vehicles, investigation of traffic accidents and law enforcement in the field of traffic, to maintain security, order, and smooth traffic. This study examined and analyzed the effect of ETLE, SIM issuance policies, and discipline on reducing traffic violations in 5 areas of DKI Jakarta province. This research was conducted on 100 vehicle users using the partial least squares data analysis technique. The results showed that the implementation of ETLE implementation reduced traffic violations; SIM issuance policy reduced traffic violations, and discipline reduced traffic violations
