Sukapura batik represents the local wisdom of the Tasikmalaya Regency community, showcasing their relationship with the surrounding natural and social environments. This batik has distinct characteristics, particularly in its color palette, which features dark blue, maroon, and beige tones. Despite its long history, Sukapura batik struggles to achieve the same recognition as well-known batik from regions like Cirebon, Solo, and Pekalongan. As a result, the number of batik artisans in Sukaraja has gradually declined. This research examines the communication efforts to preserve Sukapura batik and explore its growth potential. Using a qualitative method and a case study approach, the study gathers data from participants through interviews, observations, and the analysis of written documents, both online and offline. The results showed that there are differences in marketing strategies between craftsmen in Sukapura Village and Janggala Village. Sukapura Village craftsmen still rely on traditional marketing, while the Gandok Jaya Mukti Joint Business Group (KUB) utilizes exhibitions and social media. The main challenges are low digital literacy and limited capital. Sukapura batik has the potential for development, despite challenges posed by global competition. Realizing this potential depends on support from the local government in areas such as human resource development, as well as marketing and promotion through online channels. The sustainability of Sukapura batik relies on the government's and policymakers' proactive involvement to devise and implement strategies that enhance promotional and marketing endeavors, particularly those targeting the younger generation. Efforts to raise awareness of Sukapura batik require collaboration between artisans, the government, and the community. One approach is through education and training for young batik makers, as well as providing facilities to support digital marketing.

Criminal money substitution is a very important instrument and has a crucial role in efforts to recover state losses caused by corruption crimes. Through this mechanism, the state seeks to recover losses incurred due to corruption. Although there are provisions that regulate the crime of substitute money, the implementation of the substitute money policy in Indonesia is considered ineffective in restoring state losses due to corruption. The main problem in this study is how the substitute money policy in corruption in Indonesia today and how the construction of the substitute money criminal policy in the perspective of criminal law reform. The methods used in this study are normative juridical and empirical juridical which are research methods that combine normative legal elements with the addition of empirical data. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through literature studies and field studies. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the policy is considered not to clearly explain how the mechanism for recovering state losses through the penalty of substitute money is related. In practice, currently the return of state losses through the imposition of penalty money in lieu has not been effective. This is because there are still many obstacles. Some of the obstacles in the implementation of this substitute money crime are the limitations of law enforcement officials, lack of coordination between institutions, and the inability to trace and confiscate the assets of perpetrators of corruption crimes. In addition, another obstacle faced at the time of execution is the inability of the perpetrator to return state losses caused by corruption crimes. This is what causes the maximum implementation of the substitute money criminal policy. The construction of the substitute money criminal policy in the perspective of criminal law reform, namely the substitute money policy must be able to enforce the law in Total Enforcement or at least in Full Enforcement, namely demanding the return of all state losses caused by corruption crimes as a whole without any legal loopholes that allow convicts to evade.

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) refers to the practices and processes that guide a company's operations and decision-making, significantly influencing its financial performance. This study employs secondary and quantitative data, utilizing the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, with sources obtained from the Google Scholar website. The research focuses on the impact of the Independent Board of Commissioners, the Audit Committee, and Managerial Ownership on financial performance. The findings indicate that effective corporate governance, particularly the presence of an independent Board of Commissioners, positively influences financial performance as assessed by Return on Assets (ROA). Additionally, the Audit Committee is shown to have a significant and positive effect on financial performance. In contrast, while Managerial Ownership does not appear to impact financial performance when evaluated through ROA, it does exhibit a positive correlation when assessed using Tobin's Q. This suggests that higher managerial ownership can enhance market perceptions of the company's long-term value and stability. The study concludes that the successful implementation of Good Corporate Governance practices can lead to improved financial performance for companies. Conversely, inadequate execution of these governance principles may result in diminished financial performance and overall company value. Therefore, it is crucial for organizations to prioritize and effectively implement GCG to foster better financial outcomes and enhance their market standing. This research underscores the importance of governance structures in shaping financial results and highlights the need for companies to focus on governance practices to achieve sustainable growth and value creation. Ultimately, the study emphasizes that a strong commitment to GCG can lead to increased investor confidence and long-term success in the competitive business landscape.

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of optimal hydration on brain activity and mental health in students and workers through a biopsychological approach. Five participants (three students and two workers) participated in a hydration intervention by drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day for seven days. The design used was a one-group pretest-posttest, with measurements using the PANAS (Positive Affect Negative Affect Schedule) scale and daily reflection. The results showed an increase in positive emotion scores and a decrease in negative emotion scores after the intervention was carried out in both groups. Participants' daily reflections supported these findings, although some experienced discomfort such as bloating or nausea. Biopsychologically, adequate hydration can contribute to cognitive function, emotional control, and daily productivity. This study confirms that regular drinking habits are a simple but effective strategy in improving mental health and brain function in both students and workers.

Anemia is a condition where a person's body experiences a decrease or the number of red blood cells in the body is below normal limits. this can occur due to a lack of hemoglobin in the body, thereby affecting the amount of red blood cell production. in indonesia, the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is still quite common. one way to prevent anemia in pregnant women is to consume iron (fe) tablets. however, the compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets is still low, which is caused by various factors such as knowledge and regularity which will later influence the formation of health behavior. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and the regularity of pregnant women consuming iron (FE) tablets at PMB Winanti, S.Tr.Keb. This research is research that uses a cross sectional approach. this research uses a non-probability method, namely sampling with 62 respondents. data analysis used in the research includes univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The results of the study showed that the majority of respondents had sufficient knowledge, namely 45.2%, and had a balanced regularity, namely regular 50.0% and irregular 50.0%. this was proven by the chi-square statistical test showing the relationship between knowledge and regularity of pregnant women in consuming iron (fe) tablets with a result of 54.8% obtained a p value of 0.023 (p<0.05). From the results of this study, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and the regularity of pregnant women consuming iron tablets.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational involvement on students’ learning behavior at Universitas Negeri Medan. The research is motivated by the observation that student participation in campus organizations may have both positive and negative impacts on academic learning. A quantitative method with an ex post facto approach was employed. A total of 163 students were randomly selected from the population of active members across 12 Student Activity Units (UKM). Data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that students' level of organizational activity was generally high, with the majority classified under the "high" category. Meanwhile, the learning behavior of students actively involved in organizations was categorized as "fairly good", with an average score of 79. Based on regression analysis, a negative and significant effect of 15.8% was found between organizational involvement and learning behavior. This means that the more active students are in organizational activities, the more likely their learning behavior declines. These findings highlight the importance of time management and academic awareness to help students balance organizational commitments with their learning responsibilities.

This study explores the management strategy of Sikkola Rakyat to increase student engagement in learning. Important issues related to student participation in Sikkola Rakyat are discussed, and an innovative model for an inclusive participatory management system is proposed. It is hoped that this model can make a major contribution to improving the quality of education by empowering students, strengthening community collaboration, and creating a more effective and sustainable learning atmosphere. The approach used in this study is qualitative with the Miles and Huberman model. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. Observations were carried out directly at Sikkola Rakyat to see how education management takes place. Interviews were conducted with the Head of Education Division at Sikkola Rakyat and the Partnership Manager at Sikkola Rakyat Pusat at the Jalur Hijau learning house. The research findings indicate that Sikkola Rakyat implements student-focused learning strategies, including interactive methods, ice breaking, and giving small awards to motivate children. The decision-making process is internal but remains open to feedback from the community. Teaching methods are adjusted to the age of the child, and teaching materials are adapted according to the abilities of the students. Volunteers are trained through regular micro teaching as well as social observation and analysis stages. Although the facilities are limited, the learning atmosphere remains fun by using games, quizzes, prizes, and casual discussions. There are positive changes in children after they join Sikkola Rakyat, such as the implementation of the "3 magic words." Cooperation with the community and parents needs to be further strengthened. Overall, Sikkola Rakyat has successfully implemented participatory, responsive, and sustainable education strategies, as well as integrating learning, human resource development (volunteers), and community empowerment synergistically.
