Legal protection for victims of sexual abuse of minors is very important to guarantee children's rights and provide justice for them. Sexual abuse of children is an act of violence that can have serious impacts on the psychological, social, and physical development of children. Therefore, the state, through various legal policies, plays a role in protecting children from the threat of sexual abuse. In Indonesia, various regulations have been set to provide protection, such as the Child Protection Law, which regulates children's rights to protection from sexual violence. In addition, clear legal mechanisms and psychological assistance processes are also very necessary to ensure the recovery of victims after the incident. The importance of a child-friendly justice system is also highlighted in legal protection efforts, considering that victims often feel intimidated and marginalized in the legal process. A court process that is sensitive to the psychological condition of children will help reduce further trauma for victims. Legal protection also includes imposing strict sanctions on perpetrators to provide a deterrent effect, as well as educating the public about the importance of protecting children from sexual abuse. The government and related institutions must work together to strengthen this protection system.
 

The existence of Village-Owned Enterprises or called VOE in improving the village economy has not fully carried out its role. Considering its legality as a legal entity, it is important to implement the principles of management as stipulated in Government Regulation Number 11 of 2021. This community service aims to optimize the role of VOE by providing a legal understanding of the implementation of Taman Jaya VOE governance in order to improve the economy of Taman Village. The service is carried out through socialization, by the method of presenting legislative materials which is the basis for managing VOE to managers, village officials, and the community as the target of the activity. Accordingly, the results of this community service activity, the principles of VOE management that has been regulated in laws and regulations be able to implemented properly.

Indonesia is an archipelagic country which has different legal characteristics, namely community life in villages which is closely related to family ties, which does not rule out the possibility that problems will arise such as the problem of dividing inherited land which often causes disputes within the family. This journal discusses legal solutions to the infringement of inherited land rights by non-heirs. The author emphasizes that seizure of inherited land by non-heirs can cause disputes and conflicts, as well as impact personal interests. Empirical juridical research method, using a statutory approach. The aim of this research is to find out the regulations for the distribution of inherited land rights and to understand the legal consequences of encroachment on inherited land rights by third parties. The results of this research show that the division of inheritance rights over land is regulated by the inheritance law that applies in Indonesia, there are three systems of inheritance law, namely Customary Inheritance Law, Islamic Inheritance Law, and Civil Inheritance Law, and the regulation of the distribution of inheritance rights over inheritance that applies in Indonesia. The legal consequence of encroachment on inheritance rights by a third party is that the heirs receive compensation for material and immaterial losses resulting from unlawful acts calculated in the form of money or by replacing goods or objects that have been damaged or confiscated, according to the value of the goods.

In addition, of course, the development of the era of economic and financial digitalization has had an impact on Indonesia's progress. Often companies have confusion in investing in securities, in this article the author wants to further discuss the role of the money supply and the time value of money in investing in securities. Of course, in making an investment decision, a company must carry out financial analysis related to stocks, bonds and capital markets. The method used is qualitative by collecting, analyzing and processing data from accurate and reliable sources such as books, journals and government websites. The results of this study indicate that by analyzing the money supply and the time value of money, it will influence companies in making investment decisions on securities using fundamental analysis.

In carrying out its obligations to issue marketable securities, sometimes there are some mistakes that are actually unintentional by the issuer, such as in writing the nominal amount, date, etc. where the issuer realizes that his mistakes after the issuance of the marketable securities can certainly harm the issuer, then the issuer can make rebuttal. This study aims to find out how the role of countermeasures or countermeasures in protecting mistakes made by marketable securities. Based on the research results, it is known that countermeasures or rebuttal can be a special right of the issuer of marketable securities because it can protect the issuer of securities from not paying for the marketable securities issued.

The results of this study explain that the responbility of the holding company to its subsidiaries in group companies is a legal relationship related to the parent and subsidiary companyes. This legal relationship after the merger, the parent company has the authority as the majority shareholder of the subsidiary. Therefore the parent company will control the operation of the subsidiary. The parent and subsidiary companies have different articles of a of association are a positive law where if the articles of association are violated it will result in the cancellation of the transaction. If the subsidiary is sued and the subsidiary violates the law, the party who is aggrieved will be sued, namely the subsidiary because based on the law, the subsidiary has its own responbilities in running the company.

A limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as PT) is a capital partnership established under an agreement. This means that in the establishment of a PT there are two or more people in an establishment. In practice there are married couples who establish a joint PT. And in principle, the married couple has joint property after marriage, which means they are considered as one party or one property together. With these circumstances, it is considered not to meet the requirements for the establishment of PT. Law No. 40 of 2007 also does not regulate the exact provisions related to who can become shareholders. For this event, the author is interested in discussing about: (1) What is the validity of a Limited Liability Company established by husband and wife? (2) What are the legal consequences for a limited liability company established by husband and wife? The approach method used in this study is normative juridical, legislative research approach and literature study is carried out by studying literature books and scientific papers related to this issue. The implication is that if the husband and wife do not make a marriage agreement, it will make the husband and wife a subject of law, and be personally responsible for the engagement and losses incurred by the Company and make the liability of the PT unlimited.

Bisnis keluarga adalah jenis usaha unik yang menghadapi sejumlah tantangan dan peluang. Tiga isu utama yang sering muncul dalam bisnis keluarga adalah prinsip kepemimpinan, kepemilikan, dan manajemen. oleh karena itu anggota keluarga sebagai pemegang ssaham memiliki peranan oenting dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dalam konteks ini, pemegang saham minoritas dalam perusahaan keluarga sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam memperoleh perlindungan hukum yang memadai. Keterbatasan perlindungan hukum ini dapat berdampak pada hak-hak pemegang saham minoritas dan integritas operasional perusahaan keluarga secara keseluruhan. Dalam jurnal ini membahas bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang saham minoritas dalam perusahaan keluarga yaitu di PT Citra Muamalat Mandiri dikaitkan dengan prinsip-prinsip manajement perusahaan keluarga. Oleh karena itu Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif empiris dengan pendekatan deduktif.
Pengumpulan data berupa teori-teori berbagai sumber dan kemudian menghasilkan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PT Citra Muamalat Mandiri dalam melindungi pemegang saham minoritas sudah sesuai dengan UU yang berlaku.
 

Salah satu prinsip perlindungan hukum terhadap pengelolaan perseroan terbuka yaitu transparansi dalam pengelolaannya. Kewajiban disclosure atau transparansi (keterbukaan informasi) dalam pengelolaan suatu perseroan merupakan hal pokok yang harus dilakukan untuk mewujudkan prinsip Good Corporate Governance. Ketidakadilan yang dialami pemegang saham minoritas tersebut memberikan dampak yang merugikan bagi para pemegang saham, maka demokrasi perusahaan perlu juga ditumbuhkan dengan memberi kemungkinan kepada pemegang saham minoritas untuk memiliki upaya perlindungan hukum. Oleh karena itu perlindungan hukum terhadap pemegang saham minoritas pada perseroan terbuka harus diutamakan dan menjadi target utama dalam regulasi hukum. Penelitian hukum ini meneliti bagaimana memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang saham minoritas perusahaan terbuka. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang saham minoritas perusahaan terbuka terkait dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan bagaimana upaya hukum pemegang saham minoritas terkait dengan perlindungan hukum tersebut. Kajian hukum ini didasarkan pada pendekatan hukum normatif, yaitu kajian yang mengkaji seperangkat peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan suatu pokok bahasan.
