In today's digital era, the application of digital marketing is the main key in increasing the sales volume of various products, including ornamental corals. This research aims to find out how CV Rezky Bahari Makassar applies digital marketing to increase sales of ornamental corals. Through a qualitative approach of exploratory case study type, data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. data analysis methods using descriptive qualitative. The results showed that CV. Rezky Bahari Makassar has implemented various digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Website and Email Marketing, Integrated digital marketing strategies focus on attractive visual content, technological innovations such as 360-degree videos and direct interaction with customers to increase the visibility and accessibility of its products to consumers. The implementation of this strategy resulted in a significant increase in sales of ornamental corals. Despite facing challenges such as a decline in revenue due to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, the company managed to return to a positive growth path through digital marketing strategies, with sales revenue reaching its highest peak in 2023. This research provides insights into effective digital marketing practices in the ornamental coral industry and suggests that the integration of various digital channels can result in increased sales.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership on teacher performance with organizational culture as an intervening variable at SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal study design. The population in this study consists of the school principal and all 30 teachers at SMP N 12 Sungai Penuh. The sample uses total sampling, where the author takes 100% of the existing population at SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh, totaling 30 teachers. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques utilized SEM PLS. The results show that teacher performance at SMP Negeri 12 Sungai Penuh is strong (125.33) with excellence in pedagogical and personality competencies. The principal's leadership is also strong (124.87) with communication as the best aspect, along with a strong organizational culture (124.83) in results orientation and stabilization. The research findings indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a path coefficient of 0.423 (T-Statistics 5.096, P-Values 0.000). Leadership also significantly impacts organizational culture with a coefficient of 0.736 (T-Statistics 12.912, P-Values 0.000). Additionally, organizational culture positively influences teacher performance with a coefficient of 0.565 (T-Statistics 7.244, P-Values 0.000). Leadership also affects teacher performance through organizational culture as an intervening variable with an indirect path coefficient of 0.416 (T-Statistics 6.500, P-Values 0.000). This proves that organizational culture serves as a partial mediator in the relationship between leadership and teacher performance.

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of workload on employee performance with incentives as an intervening variable on employees of Bank BTN Jambi Branch Office. The method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis with a sample of 50 respondents. Data were collected using a Likert Scale-based questionnaire, and the analysis was carried out using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on incentives, incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and incentives are able to mediate the effect of workload on employee performance.

Overview: Normal Hemoglobin levels during pregnancy are very important in preventing anemia and complications that can occur during pregnancy. Moringa capsules contain iron, vitamin C, and antioxidants that can support the absorption of iron in the body, Fe tablets that support oxygen transport and the formation of red blood cells. Objective: Analyzing the effect of giving moringa leaf capsules and iron tablets on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. Research Method: This study used a Quasi-experimental design method. This study was conducted in the Ambal II Kebumen Health Center Working Area with a sample of 30 respondents. In this study, 2 groups were used, namely those who received intervention (moringa leaf capsules and Fe tablets) and the control group (Fe only). Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Research Results: Showed that there was a difference in Hemoglobin levels in the Moringa leaf and Fe groups with a p value = 0.008 and as many as 14 pregnant women experienced an increase in Hb. While in the control group the analysis results showed a difference with a p value = 0.007. However, as many as 13 mothers experienced a decrease in Hb levels. Conclusion: giving moringa capsules and Fe tablets has better effectiveness in increasing Hb levels compared to just Fe tablets alone.

This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, age, education and nutritional status with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Soppeng district in 2024. The study design used Cross Sectional. Pregnant women at La Temmamala Hospital were 50 people. Based on the results of the Chi-square statistical test, the p Value = 0.273> ? = 0.05 was obtained, so H0 was accepted and Ha was rejected, thus it can be concluded that there is no relationship between knowledge and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at La Temmamala Hospital, Soppeng Regency. Based on the results of the Fisher's Exact Test statistical test, the p Value = 1,000 > ? = 0.05 was obtained, so H0 was accepted and Ha was rejected, thus it can be concluded that there is no relationship between age and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at La Temmamala Hospital, Soppeng Regency. Immunization via injection can cause immediate pain in children. Pain that occurs as a result of immunization injections, if not managed properly, can have a negative impact on the child's emotional aspects such as crying and fear. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The sample involved in this research was 64 respondents, selected using Probability Sampling techniques. The research results show that based on the Paired T-Test statistical test, the p-Value value for the influence of the 5S Method (Swaddling, Side-Stomach, Shushing, Swinging, Sucking) is 0.000. Because p < 0.05, the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the Null Hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the 5S Method (Swaddling, Side-Stomach, Shushing, Swinging, Sucking) has a significant influence on the Infant's Pain Response After Basic Immunization at the Dahlia Makassar Community Health Center. The suggestion is that the 5s method be an alternative for treating pain experienced by babies as an effort to minimize pharmacological therapy.
