The community service program entitled Bunga Rampai Desain represents the contribution of the Visual Communication Design Study Program at STEKOM University in promoting public literacy on art and design as educational, social, and cultural mediums. Held at Tan Art Space Gallery in Semarang, the program integrated an exhibition of visual works such as posters, installations, photography, and graphic design with interactive workshops and open discussions. The implementation involved students, academics, artists, and local communities to create a participatory and collaborative ecosystem. Evaluation results indicate a significant increase in public appreciation of visual arts, as well as the emergence of interdisciplinary engagement. Students gained direct experience in curating, event management, and public visual communication. These findings affirm that visual-based approaches can serve as effective strategies in community engagement programs, particularly in fostering critical awareness and sustaining creative dialogue. The program provides a model for future replication and development of similar initiatives

Multinational corporations (MNCs) face significant ethical challenges when operating across diverse cultural environments, where differing norms and values can create conflicts in decision-making processes. This study examines how cultural dimensions, such as power distance and collectivism, influence ethical decision-making within MNCs, with a specific focus on operations in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, the research integrates thematic analysis of case studies and interviews with corporate managers. Data were also triangulated with organizational documents and industry reports. The findings reveal that high power-distance cultures, such as Indonesia, favor centralized decision-making, with ethical dilemmas typically resolved by senior leadership. While this hierarchical approach ensures efficiency, it often compromises transparency and accountability. Conversely, the collectivist orientation emphasizes group consensus and community engagement, fostering inclusivity but occasionally delaying resolution. For instance, case studies on bribery, environmental violations, and gender equality initiatives demonstrate the critical role of cultural adaptation in achieving ethical outcomes. Notably, participatory approaches involving local stakeholders improved trust and alignment with community expectations, enhancing reputational outcomes by 20% compared to centralized strategies. The study concludes that effective ethical frameworks for MNCs must balance global standards with cultural sensitivities. Recommendations include the adoption of culturally adaptive ethical policies, inclusive leadership training, and robust stakeholder engagement strategies. These findings offer valuable insights for MNCs aiming to navigate ethical complexities in culturally heterogeneous environments, contributing to both theoretical and practical advancements in global business ethics

This study focuses on the design and implementation of interactive multimedia in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) subjects by applying the Exploratory Tutorial method. Along with technological advances and the need for more interesting learning methods, interactive multimedia is considered to be able to improve the understanding of ICT concepts more efficiently. The Exploratory Tutorial method was chosen because of its ability to provide an in-depth learning experience through an exploration approach and structured tutorials. This study includes design stages that include needs analysis, content design, and development of interactive multimedia applications, followed by an implementation stage that includes testing and evaluating the effectiveness of the application in improving student understanding. The findings of this study indicate that interactive multimedia built using the Exploratory Tutorial method can improve student engagement and understanding of ICT subjects, as well as provide useful feedback for the development of teaching materials in the future.

,. Fire disasters are disasters that occur more often than other disasters such as floods, landslides, earthquakes or tsunamis. This disaster can happen at any time and no one knows for sure when this disaster will come. The impact of a fire disaster is not only material but can result in the loss of human life. Factors that cause fire disasters often occur due to human negligence and fires often occur in houses where the occupants are abandoned. The research carried out this time focuses on creating a fire detection system using ESP32 and Arduino. The system uses three sensors, namely a temperature sensor, a gas sensor and a fire sensor. Temperature sensors are useful for monitoring room temperature conditions, fire sensors are useful for detecting the presence of fire in a fire disaster and gas sensors are useful for detecting the presence of smoke that appears as a result of a fire disaster. This system uses Arduino Uno and ESP32 microcontrollers. The results of the fire detection system are expected to reduce the occurrence of fire accidents and also losses caused by fire accidents

The main threat by comparable methods lately is the temporary downtime for accurate-current network dispatch errors. Throughout a temporary outage, Power Electronic based power sources stop operating, giving rise to possible security defiance towards the network, in this research, the potentially viable choice to serve continuous work temporarily for the scheme is provided with consideration of identifying upgrades to existing photovoltaic generators (photovoltaic generators discrete) and an upgrade in the separate establishment of existing “photovoltaic” and “Energy Storage Systems” discrete hybrid photovoltaics. This study aims to find a series of power sources with Power Electronic interfaces that are connected to a low “Short Circuit Ratio” network and “Low Inertia” grid to operate without a moment's stoppage.
The proposed method was proved by adopting PSS/e on a method where power electronics-occupying assets produce the majority of energy. Inverter models along with temporary shutdown through an equal 3-period fault were advanced in PSS/e. together with increasing infiltration of “Power Electronics” established multitude and resources, progressive completion is needed to improve network stability in low a) areas and low inertia networks. The requirements for progressive solvent arose out of the steady variation in the paradigm of the power grid from the dominant systems of traditional electric machines to the high penetration of systems based on power electronics. A technical comparison was made between distinct categories of resolution (divergent photovoltaic and divergent hybrid photovoltaic) to operate a photovoltaic generator's weak “Short Circuit Ratios” also “Low Inertia” grating (grid).
The results of this study indicate that the proposed solution is calculated nether disparate running term and error class adopting the Electromagnetic Transient model. Moreover, to analyze distinct solvents, a specialized proportion is served on discrete hybrid photovoltaic generators. The proposed solution is the development of conventional increase as well as contemporary condensers, deter capacitors, and reducers to advanced photovoltaic generators and hybrid photovoltaic generators to provide voltage support to ensure continuous working through lopsided dispatch streak disturbances, and another solution is photovoltaic-energy generation. Integrated storage system connected to High Voltage dc and high voltage ac transmission network.

The special component of malicious software analysis is advanced malicious software analysis which implicates interested the main framework of malicious software that can be executed after executing it and aggressive malicious software investigation depend on inquisitive of the practice of malicious software after running it in a composed habitat. Advanced malicious software analysis is usually performed by contemporary anti-malicious software operating systems using signature-based analysis.
The purpose of this research is to propose also decide a DNN for the progressive identification of portable files to study the features of portable executable malicious software to minimize the occurrence of distorted likeness when aware of advanced malicious software. The model proposed in this study is a NN with a Dropout model contrary to a resolution tree model to examine how well it performs in detecting real malicious PE files. Setup-skeptic methods are used to extract features from files. The dataset is used to train the proposed approach and measure outcomes by alternative common malicious software datasets.
The results from this study illustrate that the use of simple DNNs to study PE vector elements is not only efficient but more fewer system comprehensive than the traditional interested disclosure approach. The model proposed in this study achieves an A-UC of ninety-nine point eight with ninety accurate specifics at one percent inaccurate specific on the R-OC curve. For shows that this model has the potential to complement or replace conventional anti-malicious software operating systems so for future research, it is proposed to implement this model practically.

This research is to clarify how to test the thesis topic similarity, make it easy to check the topic thesis, whether it has been made by a student before. In this regard, an important issue that can be raised is how to make a thesis topic similarity test the manual way to be automated. The purpose of this study is a research method similarity of thesis topics using the TF-IDF method. In this research the system has two stages of process, the first mining the text that is categorizing the thesis that has been categorized using the TF-IDF algorithm, which is to read the appearance of each word in the contents of the document. The second stage results from the TF-IDF algorithm are reprocessed with the VSM algorithm. The end result of this program will get the names of documents that have a degree of similarity with keywords.
