This study aims to examine the role of baju bodo as a symbol of the cultural identity of the Bugis-Makassar community and its preservation efforts in the modern era. Baju bodo is one of the oldest traditional clothes in Indonesia that has high historical, symbolic, and philosophical value. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that baju bodo not only functions as a body cover, but also represents social status, local aesthetic values, and cultural wisdom that is passed down from generation to generation. The transformation of the design, color, and material of baju bodo is an adaptive strategy to remain relevant amidst the development of the times without eliminating its traditional meaning. This innovation allows baju bodo to be used in modern contexts such as formal events, education, and fashion shows. This study emphasizes the importance of collaboration between cultural communities, government, and local designers to maintain the sustainability of cultural heritage. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic Work Ethics and Work Environment on the Performance of Generation Z Employees Through Work Motivation as a Mediating Variable. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample in this study consisted of 149 respondents who were Generation Z employees who were Muslim. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Etika Kerja Islam dan Lingkungan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Islamic Work Ethics has a positive and significant influence on Work Motivation, but the work environment does not have an influence on Work Motivation. Work Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, but Work Motivation is not proven to be a mediating variable between Islamic Work Ethics and Work Environment on Employee Performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Natural Resource Profit Sharing Funds (DBH SDA) and investment on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) through regional expenditure in Kutai Timur Regency. The research employs path analysis with a multiple linear regression model using time series data from 2013-2022. The results indicate that DBH SDA has a significant positive effect on regional expenditure but a significant negative effect on GRDP. Conversely, investment has an insignificant negative effect on regional expenditure but a significant positive effect on GRDP. Furthermore, regional expenditure significantly and positively influences GRDP. Additional analysis reveals that the impact of DBH SDA on GRDP is more substantial through regional expenditure, while the direct effect of investment on GRDP is more pronounced. This study highlights the importance of efficient DBH SDA management and the optimization of investments to support regional economic growth.

Nowadays, changes occur very quickly, especially in the field of technology, which requires companies to be able to adapt to these changes. Training and development is one of the most effective ways to continuously improve the knowledge and skills possessed by employees. When conducting training, of course the company must do it correctly so that it is in line with the company's goals and is on target. Training needs analysis is one of the most important stages before holding training because this stage determines which employees will take part in the training and what kind of training will be held. This research uses a qualitative approach using a case study design to obtain in-depth data. Data collection techniques for this research used interview, observation and documentation methods. The primary data source comes from interviews with 3 sources and observations and the secondary data source comes from the employee competency GAP report as the main data for training need analysis. The results of this research show that there are still several employees whose competencies do not meet the requirements required by the company. Therefore, companies should be able to continue to update employee competency GAP reports so that training needs analysis can continue to be up to date and can carry out training according to targets and objectives.

This research uses literature studies to collect data from journals, articles and online sources, in order to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the strategic management of online shopping platforms. The results of this SWOT analysis are then used to formulate strategy recommendations that can improve the platform's operations and competitive position in the e-commerce market.

The Ciptaker Law functions to increase investment and create new jobs, but is controversial because of workers' rights. Analysis of the relationship between the Ciptaker Law and employee welfare needs to pay attention to the concept of Competency-Based Employment, which allows companies to appoint and terminate employment based on employee capabilities and performance. However, this threatens the rights of employees, especially regarding termination and wages. The Ciptaker Law also expands the types of work for foreign workers in Indonesia.
