Abstrak:
The objective of this study is to examine and evaluate the influence of job training and career development on employee performance, as well as to identify which of the two variables has the most dominant effect, specifically at the Department of Communication and Information Technology in Makassar City. This research applies a quantitative approach, utilizing multiple regression analysis with the support of SPSS software version 26.0. The purpose of this analysis is to identify key factors influencing employee performance. The findings reveal that job training has a significant and positive impact on employee performance within the department. In other words, job training contributes to enhancing employee performance, accounting for 62.3% of the observed improvements, while the remaining 37.7% is attributed to other variables not examined in this study. This indicates that job training plays a crucial role in improving performance. Similarly, career development also shows a significant positive effect on employee performance. The analysis suggests that career development is responsible for 77.8% of the improvement in employee performance, with the remaining 22.2% influenced by other external factors. This highlights the importance of career development initiatives in driving employee success.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher teaching skills on student learning outcomes in integrated social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 4 Batuda'a Pantai, Gorontalo Regency. The research approach used in this study is a Quantitative approach using Descriptive research method The results showed that there was a Positive (5.376 > 2.004) and Significant (0.000 < 0.005) Influence between Teacher Teaching Skills on Student Learning Outcomes in Integrated Social Studies Subjects at SMP Negeri 4 Batuda'a Pantai Gorontalo Regency. The coefficient of determination from the previously obtained regression model is 0.344, this value means that 34.4% of the variability in student learning outcomes can be explained by the teaching skills of teachers in integrated social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 4 Batuda'a Pantai. In other words, the better the teacher's skills in managing the learning process, such as explaining material, guiding discussions, providing reinforcement, and managing the class, the higher the possibility of students achieving optimal learning outcomes.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and students' social interactions in students' learning motivation at Smal Negeri 1 Tilalmutal Kalbupalten Boallemo. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using a descriptive research method. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to students of XI IPS D at Smal Negeri 1 Tilalmutal Kalbupalten Boallemo. The number of samples in this study was 58 respondents with a random sampling technique. The data collection techniques in this study were: Observation, Questionnaires and Documentation.The results of this study indicate that the X1 variable of Parenting Patterns and the X2 variable of Social Interaction have an effect on Student Learning Motivation at SMAL Negeri 1 Tilalmutal by 43.6%. While the rest is influenced by traffic variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstrak:
This study aimed to determine how much income affects teacher work discipline in all MTS throughout south Bolaang Mongondow, A quantitative approach was adopted, utilizing a descriptive quantitative method with a sample size of 38 teachers. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using simple regression analysis. The study's results reveal a positive and significant relationship between income and teacher work discipline in all MTS throughout South Bolaang Mongondow. The coefficient of determination obtained from the regression model is 0,587, indicating that 58.7% of the variability in work discipline is explained by income. In other words, higher income correlates with iproved work discipline among teachers. Meanwhile, 41.3% of the variation in teacher word discipline is attributed to other factors not examined in this study.

Pada masa dominasi positivisme dalam ilmu pengetahuan, pendekatan irfani dianggap kurang dapat diterima. Namun, perkembangan filsafat ilmu modern, seperti gagasan Paul Feyerabend, membuka peluang bagi berbagai metode untuk digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kajian literatur dipilih sebagai metode utama oleh peneliti. Irfani dapat dicapai oleh siapa saja yang menjalani perjalanan spiritual. Lebih dari sekadar pendekatan epistemologis, irfani merupakan pengalaman batin yang mendalam, yang dianggap sebagai bagian penting dari kekayaan spiritual Islam dan perlu dihargai untuk memperbaiki praktik keislaman itu sendiri. Melalui metode irfani, individu didorong untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah Yang Maha Benar (al-Haqq). Realitas bukan sekadar sesuatu yang ditemukan, melainkan sesuatu yang dicapai. Pemahaman tentang realitas tercapai ketika para ‘arif melakukan perjalanan spiritual untuk mendekat kepada Yang Mahabenar, baik melalui cara ittihad dan hulul, maupun melalui maqom mukasyafah (penyingkapan) terhadap hakikat-Nya. Dengan membersihkan jiwa, para ‘arif memperoleh pemahaman tentang-Nya, yang kemudian memungkinkan mereka untuk mengerti realitas yang dapat dijangkau oleh panca indera dan nalar. Dalam tradisi pemikiran Islam, epistemologi irfani adalah studi tentang pengetahuan yang diperoleh melalui pengalaman spiritual atau batiniah yang mendalam, dengan fokus pada makrifah atau pencerahan sebagai bentuk pengetahuan tertinggi. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji konsep epistemologi irfani dalam konteks tradisi pemikiran Islam, menggali teori-teori utama, dan menyoroti kontribusi tokoh-tokoh penting dalam pengembangannya, seperti Ibn Arabi, Al-Ghazali, dan Jalaluddin Rumi. Epistemologi irfani berbeda dengan epistemologi rasionalis dan empiris karena bergantung pada pengalaman mistik dan intuisi yang melampaui batasan logika dan indera manusia. Epistemologi irfani menawarkan pendekatan komprehensif dalam memahami apa itu pengetahuan, Tuhan, dan eksistensi manusia dengan mengintegrasikan perspektif rasional dan spiritual.

Abstrak:
Dalam penulisan di artikel ini, tentu penulis dalam penelitian menggunakan studi literatur atau telaah pada kajian referensi dari buku dan tulisan karya ilmiyah yang mempunyai keterkaitan dengan topik yang diangkat yaitu pada Wilayah Kajian Filsafat Ilmu (Integrasi Islam dan sains). Kajian dalam penelitian ini tentu mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana topik yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan saat ini sehingga bisa menghasilkan pengetahuan baru dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap suatu ilmu pengetahuan yang dapat bermanfaat bagi khalayak. Hasil penelitian dari kajian Filsafat Ilmu (Integrasi Islam dan Sains) yaitu; (1) dalam kajian filsafat dan ilmu ditemukan bahwa keduanya mempunyai kesamaan, namun perbedaannya dapat ditemukan dari sudut pandang probolitas, reduksi, dan hepotesis; (2) Dasar-dasar dalam menginterasikan Islam dan Sains adalah harus menggunakan pendekatan epistemologi guna menemukan titik temu tentang paradigma, objek, metode, dan kriterian yang digunakan oleh keduanya dalam memperoleh pengetahuan. (3) berbicara pada masalah hubungan antara dunia Islam setelah kejayaan (1350 M) dan Sains di Barat setelah revolusi ilmiyah (1543-1600 M) adalah upaya dalam menghubungkan dua hal yang dianggap memiliki hubungan diametral dan pradoks. Dengan demikian, adanya perbedaan yang ada di antara keduanya dianggap sebagai integrasi dalam menemukan ilmu pengetahuan yang bersifat dogma dan paradigma.

Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep integralisme ilmu dalam Islam, yang menekankan keterpaduan antara ilmu agama dan ilmu dunia untuk menciptakan harmoni spiritual dan rasional. Dalam pandangan Islam, kedua jenis ilmu ini tidak dipisahkan, melainkan dianggap bersumber dari Tuhan, dengan tujuan untuk kemaslahatan umat dan mendekatkan manusia kepada-Nya. Pendekatan ini berbeda dengan paradigma Barat, yang sejak masa Renaissance cenderung memisahkan agama dan sains melalui sekularisme. Melalui metode penelitian kepustakaan, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi prinsip-prinsip, implementasi, dan tantangan integrasi ilmu dalam pendidikan Islam kontemporer. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan integralisme ilmu berpotensi menghasilkan individu yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, tetapi juga memiliki landasan spiritual yang kokoh. Pendekatan ini juga menjawab tantangan globalisasi dengan menawarkan solusi pendidikan yang berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman, tanpa mengabaikan perkembangan sains dan teknologi modern.

Abstrak:
This study discusses the implementation of productive waqf in an effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the education system in Madrasah Diniyah. The purpose of the study is to identify and evaluate the implementation of productive waqf in supporting the improvement of education in madrasahs. This research approach implements qualitative with a case study design. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that productive waqf plays an important role in improving the financial independence of madrasahs, thus contributing to a more optimal allocation of resources for operations, teacher welfare, and improving educational facilities. In addition, the strategic use of waqf funds for technology development and infrastructure improvements has been shown to have a positive impact on improving student academic achievement and increasing teacher professional capacity. This evaluation highlights the importance of efficient resource management and the integration of modern educational technology in improving the overall quality of the education system.

Abstrak:
The aim of this research is to find out what obstacles are faced by PT. Lotus Prakasa Lines Surabaya in implementing ship crew recruitment strategies. This implementation was carried out at the PT. Lotus Prakasa Lines Surabaya office, during which the author carried out ground practice (PRADA) from August 2023 to February 2024. The source of data obtained was primary data which was directly obtained from the research site by means of observation, direct interviews with company employees as well as secondary data sources, namely literature related to the title of the thesis. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of ship crew recruitment at PT Lotus Prakasa Lines Surabaya contained several obstacles which resulted in the ship crew recruitment process being slow. At PT Lotus Prakasa Lines Surabaya, among other things, crew selection that is in accordance with the owner's request is not yet timely, certificates and crew documents that have expired or are close to expiring before the contract expires, and communication between Lotus and the owner is slow due to the time difference between Indonesia and overseas.

Abstrak:
Information regarding the evaluation of reasoning skills related to online socio-scientific issues is still limited due to limited instruments. This research aims to determine the validity and reliability of an online socio-scientific issue-based critical reasoning instrument. Content validity was proven by the assessment method by five experts. Confirmatory factor analysis was carried out with the Lisrel 8.8 program to prove construct validity. Instrument testing was carried out on 145 grade 10 high school students. Convergent validity was determined through the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) calculation, and reliability was determined through Construct Reliability (CR). There are 12 items from four dimensions of critical reasoning based on online socio-scientific issues: (1) evaluating SSI information, (2) identifying SSI complexity, (3) checking the credibility of information sources, and (4) multiperspective. The results of the content validity test obtained the Aiken coefficient value in the valid category. Based on the analysis results, the GFI, RMSEA, and p-value of the instrument fit the model and have loading factors that meet the minimum criteria. In addition, the instrument meets convergent validity and internal consistency. Thus, it is concluded that the instrument is declared valid and reliable and can be used to measure critical reasoning based on online socio-scientific issues.
