Bullying is a recurring issue and has become a widespread concern, particularly among children and adolescents in school environments. Schools, which should ideally be safe spaces for learning, building friendships, and experiencing personal growth, often turn into places of fear and psychological distress for some students. This is largely due to the frequent violation of human rights (HR) that often goes unaddressed or is underestimated. Bullying can take many forms, including verbal, psychological, physical abuse, and increasingly, cyberbullying. Each of these forms can cause serious harm not only to the victims—who may suffer from emotional and mental trauma—but also to the perpetrators, who may experience long-term psychological consequences and develop deviant or aggressive behavior patterns. In Indonesia, bullying remains a significant issue and a major concern in the education sector. Nearly every school has faced incidents of bullying in one form or another. Cyberbullying, in particular, is harder to monitor and control since it often occurs outside the school’s jurisdiction and is carried out through social media platforms. Efforts to tackle bullying must go beyond merely protecting and supporting the victims. A comprehensive approach is necessary, one that also focuses on preventive education. Students, teachers, and parents must be consistently educated on the negative impacts of bullying, the importance of empathy, and a deeper understanding of human rights. Moreover, strict and clear sanctions must be imposed on perpetrators as a form of legal enforcement and deterrence. With a holistic strategy that involves all elements of the school and the wider community, it is hoped that educational institutions can truly become safe, inclusive, and supportive environments. Such conditions are essential for fostering not only academic growth but also the psychological well-being and character development of the nation's children.

This study aims to analyze the impact of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on Employee Green Behavior (EGB), mediated by Green Work Engagement (GWE) and moderated by Individual Green Values. GHRM plays a crucial role in encouraging employees to engage in environmentally friendly practices, yet its impact on EGB is not always consistent. Using a quantitative-explanatory approach, data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale distributed to 66 employees involved in sustainability programs at the resort. The results of this study indicate that GHRM and GWE can influence the EGB, GWE can mediates the relationship between GHRM and EGB, IGV can moderates the relationship between GHRM and EGB. Future studies are encouraged to examine the role of employee ambidexterity as a moderating factor in the relationship between GHRM and GWE on EGB. Moreover, it is recommended that future research adopts a longitudinal design and a mixed-methods approach to provide more in-depth insights into employee environmental behavior.

This study aims to systematically examine the relationship between budget participation and organizational culture on improving managerial performance in the government sector. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with PRISMA guidelines, a total of ten relevant national and international scientific articles in the period 2020 - 2025 were analyzed thematically and comparatively. The results showed that budget participation generally contributes positively to managerial performance, especially when supported by an adaptive, collaborative and inclusive organizational culture. Organizational culture plays an important role as a reinforcing factor, which can maximize the effectiveness of the participatory budgeting process. However, there were also variations in results that were influenced by organizational characteristics, leadership styles, and internal cultural readiness. This study concludes that the synergy between participatory systems and organizational culture is a key prerequisite for creating superior managerial performance in government environments. The findings provide strategic implications for policy makers in designing more participatory budget governance and building an organizational culture that supports bureaucratic transformation.

Masih banyak rumah tangga yang belum menerapkan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), khususnya pada lansia. Penerapan PHBS pada lansia dinilai belum memadai, yakni sebesar 53,34%, terutama disebabkan oleh rendahnya tingkat kebersihan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan promosi penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) pada lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cebongan. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, telah dilakukan edukasi tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) kepada 31 lansia melalui kegiatan ceramah, demonstrasi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil pra kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta telah menerapkan PHBS, namun pemahaman tentang dimensi PHBS masih perlu ditingkatkan. Setelah kegiatan, peserta menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dalam menerapkan PHBS, khususnya dalam praktik cuci tangan. Berdasarkan data kuesioner, sebanyak 30 dari 31 lansia (96,8%) menyatakan selalu menerapkan PHBS, namun perlu dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan edukasi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan lansia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan media video animasi dalam pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) dapat meningkatkan minat belajar dan memperkuat karakter religius siswa kelas VII MTs Nurul Islam Slatri, serta faktor-faktor penentu minat dan implikasi terhadap karakter religius dalam pendidikan agama islam (PAI) diluar sekolah dan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik alanisis data yang digunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri atas pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media video animasi mampu menyajikan materi SKI secara lebih menarik, visual, dan kontekstual sehingga mempermudah siswa memahami sejarah dan keteladanan tokoh Islam. Video animasi yang mengandung pesan moral dan religius secara tidak langsung mendorong siswa untuk meneladani nilai-nilai islami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kejujuran. Penggunaan media ini juga menumbuhkan antusiasme dan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran, yang merupakan indikator meningkatnya minat belajar. Hal ini menguatkan pentingnya inovasi media dalam pembelajaran PAI yang tidak hanya fokus pada pengetahuan, tetapi juga pembentukan karakter.

This research aims to determine the influence of the implementation of regional government information systems, human resource competence, organizational commitment, and internal control on the quality of financial reports. The study employs a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents, and data were processed using SPSS version 27. The findings reveal that human resource competence and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on the quality of financial reports. In contrast, the implementation of regional government information systems and internal control do not show a significant effect. These results indicate that improving the quality of financial reports in regional governments is more dependent on the quality of human resources and the level of organizational commitment rather than the sole reliance on information systems or internal control mechanisms. The study provides insights for policymakers to prioritize competence development and foster a culture of organizational accountability to enhance financial reporting outcomes.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Sarang Burung Village Government's financial performance for the fiscal year 2020–2023 in the Jambi Luar Kota District of the Muaro Jambi Regency. Six financial ratios—the Degree of Decentralization Ratio, Village Financial Independence Ratio, Village Financial Dependency Ratio, PADes Effectiveness Ratio, Expenditure Efficiency Ratio, and Revenue Growth Ratio—will be used in this study to examine Sarang Burung Village's financial performance. The Realization Report of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) of Sarang Burung Village, Jambi Luar Kota District, Muaro Jambi Regency, for the fiscal years 2020–2023 is the source of secondary data used in this quantitative descriptive study. The study's findings indicate that the Sarang Burung Village Government's financial performance is classified as extremely poor based on the Degree of Decentralization Ratio, very low for the Village Financial Independence Ratio, very high for the Village Financial Dependency Ratio, ineffective for the PADes Effectiveness Ratio, less efficient for the Spending Efficiency Ratio, and not good for the PADes Growth Ratio. The SWOT Analysis employs the S-T strategy, which leverages internal strengths to counter external threats.

Gratitude is an attitude that is highly emphasized and appreciated. An attitude of gratitude means recognizing ang appreciating all the blessings given by God. Teenagers who are able to be grateful for their lives will have an impact on their happiness and peace of mind. The sample in this study was 65 junior high school studendts. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of gratitude on happiness in adolescents. This research uses a quantitative approach with simple regression test aanalysis using SPPS 26.00 with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires for the gratitude scale. From the results of research data analysis, is shows that there is an influence of gratitude on happiness in teenagers of 16.9%, which is in the medion category, which means that the higher the feeling of gratitude, the more happiness will increase. So it can be concluded thatther is an influence of gratitude on happiness in teenagers.
 
 

This study investigates the complexity of contextual meaning in political texts posted by public figures on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter). Grounded in Halliday and Hasan’s theory of situational context and Searle’s speech act theory, the research analyzes how political utterances function through locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary acts. The data, drawn from tweets during the 2024 Indonesian presidential election period, were collected using documentation and structured observation methods. The findings indicate that political texts on X are highly layered, combining explicit facts with implicit criticism, ideological stance, and persuasive strategies. Through representative, expressive, and directive speech acts, public figures construct meaning that influences public perception, evokes emotional responses, and fosters political alignment. This study contributes to the understanding of digital political discourse by highlighting how pragmatic strategies shape the interpretation of meaning in online political communication.

This research aims to determine the effect of SOBER X Teen psychoeducation in controlling cybersex behavior among adolescents The research design is a one group pretest and posttest design The subjects consisted of 68 8th grade junior high school students aged 13-15 years, both male and female The measurement tool used was the cybersex scale Data analysis was conducted using paired sample t-test to observe the differences in cybersex behavior before and after receiving psychoeducation The research results indicate that the p-value = 0000, which is less than 005, meaning that there is an influence of SOBER X Teen psychoeducation on adolescents' understanding of cybersex The implication of this study is that SOBER X Teen psychoeducation can be used as a method to control cybersex behavior in adolescents.
