Abstrak:
The rapid development of technology has changed the way people live, as well as the lives of students. Online shop is one of the platforms to make it easier for consumers to shop 24 hours a day without having to face to face. Online stores implement several price discount strategies, free shipping to attract consumers. The purpose of this research is to understand how price discounts, free shipping, and viral marketing affect students' decisions to buy in online stores. The method used was quantitative with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The total population in this study is 1484 students. To collect researchers, use a questionnaire distributed online through a google form in the Student Association group on the whatshapp application. 153 people were the researcher's sample for this study. According to the findings of the t-test study, the price discount variable has a significant value 0,003 0,05 and calculation values 3,004 t-table 1,97601. This shows that students' decision to buy from online retailers is somewhat influenced by the variable of price discounts. With t-count value 0,702 t-table 1,97601 and significant value 0,484 0,05, The free delivery variable has no influence on students' decision to buy at online retailers. With a value of sig. 0,000 0,05, and t-count 4,156 t-table 1,97601, Viral marketing variables are known to have an influence on students' online shopping decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously the variables of discounts, free shipping and viral marketing have an effect on students' purchase decisions in online stores and the value of f-calculation 19,404 f table 2,67 and niliai significance of 0,000 0,05.

The business field that is currently popular in the community, especially in Malang, is the culinary field. The purchasing power of the people in Malang is quite high, because many people like to gather so that cafes and restaurants can be used as recommendations for comfortable places to be used as a gathering place with family and friends. To find out the parameters of Feasibility of Business Products Samosa Chiken Hortikultura Curry Khas Malang City and implement the results of the feasibility of Feasibility of Business Products Samosa Chiken Hortikultura Curry Khas Malang running well. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach referring to a research approach based on positivistic understanding this research was conducted at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University Malang (studio garuda). Data analysis techniques by detailing Investment Costs and Raw Material Requirements, How to Determine the HPP of Samosa Products, how to see the mark up value, how to determine BEP, profit / loss calculations, see the flow of cash flow must be positive, NPV calculation, IRR calculation, Payback Period. Based on the analysis of business feasibility by detailing investment costs and raw material requirements, it is known that it is Rp.70,006,310, HPP of Rp.7,958, Mark Up value of 0.45 (45%), BEP value per unit of Rp. 8,230 (pack / year) and for BEP price of Rp. 94,649,139, R / C of 1.45, positive cash flow of Rp.140,306,362, NPV calculation of Rp. 461,754,801, IRR calculation of 46%, Payback period.

A series of activities that have been carried out are assistance in making debit payment methods (QRIS), marketing products through digital applications, attractive packaging and making menu innovations. This Innovation Programme activity aims to increase the competitiveness of Ibu Listy's Crispy Oriental MSMEs with the debit payment method (QRIS), reach a wider market through digital marketing and new menu innovations that are rarely owned. This activity focuses on one of the business actors in Baru Ilir Village.

Abstrak:
Salah satu potensi Desa Cisaat yang turut menjadi perhatian Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Subang termasuk diantaranya adalah membatik. Membatik menjadi kegiatan yang difokuskan oleh pemerintah daerah setempat belakangan ini, hal ini dibuktikan dengan didirikannya rumah batik di Desa Cisaat. Pendirian rumah batik tersebut tidak lain sebagai bentuk realisasi atas tujuan pemerintah daerah untuk menjadikan Desa Cisaat sebagai desa wisata batik. Melalui rumah batik ini, sebagian besar penduduk mengasah keterampilan mereka dalam mengukir motif batik khas Desa Cisaat yang identik dengan kekayaan alam di lingkungan sekitar mereka. Ada pun melalui kesenian batik tersebut, nama Desa Cisaat pun berhasil unggul, bahkan hingga ke kancah internasional. Dalam penciptaan motif batik, sebagian besar warga terinspirasi dari kekayaan alam yang tersedia di Desa Cisaat, seperti perkebunan nanas dan teh. Motif-motif tersebut berhasil menarik daya beli masyarakat, khususnya wisatawan Desa Cisaat. Keunggulan diatas tidak lantas luput dari kekurangan yang ada, dengan ragam motif yang terbatas dengan objek yang itu-itu saja, dikhawatirkan kesenian batik Desa Cisaat akan mengalami kejenuhan. Untuk itu, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan terhadap komunitas Desa Cisaat, Kecamatan Ciater, Kabupaten Subang, dalam hal peningkatan ragam motif batik, terkhususnya untuk generasi milenial. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan strategi media promosi untuk memasarkan kerajinan batik warga Desa Cisaat, melalui pemasaran digital, mengingat kondisi warga Cisaat yang masih minim pengetahuan akan hal tersebut. Kegiatan ini menargetkan luaran, diantaranya menciptakan ragam motif batik baru, berupa motif batik petani dan kesenian tradisional. Selain itu, luaran lainnya yaitu pendaftaran motif batik itu sendiri. Begitu juga melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan pihak masyarakat desa dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan media sosial sebagai media pemasaran, memahami tata cara pembuatan konten marketing yang unik, mampu mendesain brosur yang menarik untuk mempromosikan keunggulan desa, dan melibatkan influencer sebagai salah satu media promosi.

In this day and age, which is already familiar to Indonesian consumers with digital payment systems, there are so many applications that we can find that regulate digital payment systems, namely one of the delayed payment systems (PayLater), one of which is a well-known application that in Indonesia, GOJEK provides a Gopay Later payment system for customers who use the application to try it. In this era, all payment access is very easy. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the community understands the paylater payment system. This research method uses qualitative research methods using library research, with secondary data collection methods sourced from journals and websites. The results of this study show that almost all online shopping applications have a pay later (paylater) feature, so that people are increasingly aware of developments in the field of fintech technology. So that users of this feature feel that they can make transactions easier because they get lots of promos (cashback) and also free shipping.

Abstrak:
Penerapan akuntansi pada pelaku UMKM sangat penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui perkembangan usaha. Persepsi pelaku terhadap penerapan ini juga penting karena berkaitand dengan keseriusan pelaku UMKM untuk melaksanakan sistem tersebut. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian tentang persepsi pelaku UMKM ini adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara sebagai data utama. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan penelitian maka persepsi pelaku UMKM terhadap penerapan akuntansi sangat positif. Banyak UMKM yang menjadi UMKM binaan koperasi menjadikan sistem akuntansi sebagai alat evaluasi untuk pengambilan kebijakan kedepan dan sebagai alat untuk mengukur kemajuan usaha.
