Abstrak:
This article aims to describe the implementation of the Madrasah Education Section's Educator and Education Personnel Management Information System (SIMPATIKA) at the Palangka Raya City Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The main focus in this research includes: implementation, effectiveness of use, and inhibiting factors of SIMPATIKA implementation. This research was conducted qualitatively with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of SIMPATIKA has been carried out by the Madrasah Education Section at the Palangka Raya City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, which is managed by SIMPATIKA Special operators.2) The effectiveness of using SIMPATIKA as a madrasah data management system has not been fully realized.3) The inhibiting factors of SIMPATIKA implementation are mainly caused by the ignorance of some teachers in accessing the management information system for educators and education personnel (PTK). This has led to the delegation of SIMPATIKA account management to madrasah operators, whereas the account should be managed individually by each educator. The proposed solution is to hold technical guidance on the SIMPATIKA management information system, and provide an understanding of the rights and responsibilities in using individual SIMPATIKA accounts..

Abstrak:
Purpose: This study aims to analyze public sentiment towards the Indonesian Electoral Commission (KPU) performance and evaluate a modified Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model effectiveness in sentiment analysis.
Methods: This research employs several methods to achieve its objectives. First, data collection was conducted using web crawling techniques to gather public opinions on the performance of the Indonesian Electoral Commission for the 2024 elections, with a specific focus on platform X. A total of 5,782 data points were collected and underwent preprocessing before sentiment analysis was performed. This study uses the CNN method due to its exceptional ability to recognize patterns and features in text data through its convolutional layers. CNN is highly effective in sentiment analysis tasks because of its ability to capture local context and spatial features from text data, which is crucial for understanding the nuances of sentiment in comments. The modified CNN model was then trained and evaluated using a labeled dataset, where each comment was classified into positive, negative, or neutral sentiment categories. Modifying the CNN model involved adjusting its architecture and parameters, as well as adding layers such as batch normalization and dropout to optimize its performance. The effectiveness of the modified CNN model was assessed based on metrics such as classification accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. Through this methodological approach, the research aims to gain insights into public sentiment towards the KPU performance in the 2024 elections and to evaluate the effectiveness of the modified CNN model in sentiment analysis.
Result: The research revealed several significant findings. Firstly, most comments expressed concerns regarding performance aspects of KPU’s, including transparency, fairness, and integrity. Neutral sentiment dominated the discourse, with approximately 23.66% of comments conveying dissatisfaction or skepticism towards KPU's handling of the elections. Additionally, sentiments expressed on social media platform X mirrored those found across other platforms, indicating a consistent perception of KPU performance among users. Furthermore, the evaluation of the modified CNN model demonstrated a substantial improvement in accuracy, achieving an impressive 93% accuracy rate compared to the pre-modification model's accuracy of 77%. These results suggest that the modifications made to the CNN model effectively enhanced its performance in sentiment analysis tasks related to KPU performance during the 2024 elections. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of public sentiment toward KPU performance and underscore the importance of leveraging advanced technology, such as modified CNN models, for sentiment analysis.
Novelty: This study contributes novelty in several ways. Firstly, it provides insights into public sentiment towards the performance of the KPU during the 2024 General Elections, which is crucial for understanding the perception of democracy in Indonesia. Second, the study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining web crawling techniques for data collection and a modified CNN model for sentiment analysis, which offers a comprehensive and advanced methodology for analyzing sentiments on social media platforms. Thirdly, the evaluation of the modified CNN model demonstrates a significant improvement in accuracy, indicating the approach's efficacy in analyzing sentiments related to KPU performance. This study offers valuable contributions to academic research and practical applications in sentiment analysis, particularly in democratic processes and institutional performance evaluation.

<p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p class="Abstract">The development of electrical energy sources has been the primary focus in recent decades, driven by the increasing global demand for electricity. This phenomenon marks a global shift towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly energy sources. One key aspect of this development is related to various technologies in power generation, including synchronous generators. Synchronous generators play a crucial role in the electrical energy infrastructure due to their ability to produce power stably and efficiently, meeting the demand for reliable and high-quality electricity supply. In the context of the role of synchronous generators, it is important to understand how these generators react to variable capacitive loading. This capacitive loading can affect the overall efficiency and performance of the power generation system. In this situation, the influence of capacitive loading is particularly evident in the formation of reactive power. The reactive power generated can significantly affect the speed and frequency of synchronous generators. Furthermore, the effects of capacitive loading can also be felt in the voltage of the system. Voltage fluctuations may occur, often requiring compensation in the form of field current to maintain system stability. Therefore, a deep understanding of how synchronous generators respond to capacitive loading is crucial to ensuring optimal performance of the power generation system as a whole, as well as in formulating strategies to improve the efficiency and reliability of electrical energy in the future. </p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keywords: </em><em>Capacitive, Excitation System, Resistive, Synchronous Generator.</em></p><p> </p><p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p class="Abstract">Perkembangan sumber energi listrik telah menjadi fokus utama dalam beberapa dekade terakhir seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan energi listrik di seluruh dunia. Fenomena ini menandai pergeseran global menuju sumber energi yang lebih berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan. Salah satu aspek utama dari perkembangan ini adalah terkait dengan berbagai teknologi dalam pembangkit listrik, di antaranya adalah generator sinkron. Generator sinkron memiliki peran penting dalam infrastruktur energi listrik karena kemampuannya untuk menghasilkan daya secara stabil dan efisien, memenuhi tuntutan masyarakat akan pasokan listrik yang andal dan berkualitas. Dalam konteks peran generator sinkron, penting untuk memahami bagaimana generator tersebut bereaksi terhadap pembebanan kapasitif yang variatif. Pembebanan kapasitif ini dapat memengaruhi efisiensi dan kinerja keseluruhan dari sistem pembangkit listrik. Dalam situasi ini, pengaruh dari pembebanan kapasitif terutama terlihat dalam pembentukan daya reaktif. Daya reaktif yang dihasilkan dapat mempengaruhi putaran dan frekuensi generator sinkron secara signifikan. Selain itu, efek dari pembebanan kapasitif juga dapat dirasakan pada tegangan dalam sistem. Fluktuasi tegangan dapat terjadi, yang sering kali memerlukan kompensasi dalam bentuk arus medan agar stabilitas sistem tetap terjaga. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bagaimana generator sinkron dengan pembebanan kapasitif menjadi sangat penting dalam memastikan kinerja yang optimal dari sistem pembangkit listrik secara keseluruhan, serta dalam merumuskan strategi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keandalan energi listrik di masa depan.</p>

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as a performance management tool in the Employee Cooperative of PT Kedawung Setia Industrial, Tbk. Qualitative research methods were used with interviews, questionnaires, observation, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The application of BSC in the Employee Cooperative of PT Kedawung Setia Industrial, Tbk helps measure and monitor overall performance, ensuring that financial, customer, internal business, and learning and growth perspectives become the main focus. The results showed that the performance of the Employee Cooperative of PT Kedawung Setia Industrial, Tbk, when viewed through the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard, can be categorized as quite good. The active involvement of the management, members, and related parties in the implementation of BSC is the key to success in improving the performance of the PT Kedawung Setia Industrial, Tbk Employee Cooperative. This research contributes to the understanding of the concept of performance management in the context of cooperatives and provides a basis for further development in improving the effectiveness of cooperative performance management. The findings of this study have practical and theoretical implications that can help decision makers in cooperatives and researchers in the field of cooperative management.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of regional tax revenues and regional retribution on local origional income with population as a moderation variable in the Lamongan Regency Government in 2015-2022. This research is included in quantitative research with the type of data used, namely secondary data obtained from the Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) of East Java Province Representative and Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Lamongan Regency. The population in this study is all reports containing the types of regional taxes, regional retribution, local original income and population of Lamongan Regency for 2015-2022 totalling 334 data. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the final number of samples used which is 240 data. The data analysis method used is descriptive data analysis with the help of SmartPLS statistical tools. The results of this study show that regional taxes and regional retribution have a positive and significant effect on local original income, population is able to moderate the relationship of regional taxes to local original income with weak categories, and population is able to moderate the relationship of regional retribution to local original income with strong categories.

The ability of MSMEs to implement digital concepts in their business is becoming increasingly crucial, since changes in buying and selling transaction techniques, lifestyle changes, and developments over time all contribute to the digitalization of MSMEs. Although the majority of MSMEs in Gayungan District, Surabaya City, still employ traditional business practices, the sub-district has a lot of potential for MSMEs and has a number of frequent clients. In this exercise, information is shared through conversation, Q&A sessions, and hands-on practice with digital business software. Digital marketing through the use of marketplaces and online services through applications or websites is the method of business digitalization that is employed. Participants in this activity will be able to employ digital applications, like online marketplaces and services, in their business operations and comprehend their advantages.

UPT SMP NEGERI 4 is one of the educational units with a junior high school level which is addressed at Kel. Kranggan, Kec. Kranggan, Mojokerto City, East Java. In carrying out its activities, UPT SMP NEGERI 4 is under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture. This study aims to analyze the extent to which accountability information systems are implemented in the management of school operational assistance funds at SMP Negeri 4 Mojokerto City. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews and observation. The data analysis techniques used are: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data display, 4) inference and verification. The results showed that the school's accounting information system and division of tasks had not been effective. Accountability for the management of BOS funds is good enough. Although some RKAS budgets have not been allocated properly. However, the procedure for reporting BOS funds complies with the Technical Instructions

Abstrak:
Electroplating was the process of coating metal surfaces using the electrochemical method. We used alkaline zinc (Zn2+) plating that was anti-corrosion coating, cheapest, evenly adhesion, as well as better-looking crushing. This study aims to test and measure the thickness of the layer on spark plugs with variations in different electrical currents 300, 400, and 500A and increased hours during the coating process, investigate the corrosion resistance of white rust on the surface and analyze the changes in alkaline zinc concentration and temperature that affect the thickness of the layer, respectively. The results, such as 1st sample 13 pcs, 300A, and thickness of 7.26-micron with white rust 9 pcs. 2nd sample 13 pcs, 400A, and thickness of 9.15-micron white rust 5 pcs. 3rd sample 13 pcs, 500A, and thickness of 12.75-micron white rust 3 pcs. The high electric current (500A) and 45 hours of the experiment would influence the lowest white rust corrosion level. The high alkaline zinc solution with an optimum 36°C solution temperature and 500A electric current would undoubtedly deposit the white rust until 3 pcs.
