Abstrak:
The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was experienced by business actors, especially MSME business actors and had a huge impact on business actors who had just started a business. The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world has made many changes, including the changing behavior of consumers. MSME actors must be able to adapt to existing conditions. Consumers prefer to make purchases onlineonline according to their circumstances and needs during a pandemic, but this right is also inseparable with regard to the quality of the product to be purchased, whether it meets their needs or not. The research objectives were to find out and analyze the influence of: social media on buying interest, product quality on buying interest, and social media and product quality on buying interest in UMKM Mitra Mandiri Brebes. The research population referred toFriends of the Umkm Mitra Mandiri account as of October 15, 2023 totaling 201 friends. Sampling using the Slovin formula with techniquesincidental as many as 67 respondents. The data uses primary data from the answers to the questionnaire. Hypothesis testing uses SPSS. The theoretical basis used is social media, product quality, and buying interest. The results showed social media partially has a significant effect on purchase intention, product quality partially has a significant effect on purchase intention, and social media and product quality simultaneously influence purchase intention

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the influence of individual competence, work attitude, and internal communication on employee performance at PT Kido Mulia Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the importance of competent human resources, a positive work attitude, and effective internal communication in improving employee productivity. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample consisted of 99 respondents who are employees of PT KMI, selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that, partially, the variable of individual competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value greater than the t-table value and a significance level below 0.05. Similarly, work attitude and internal communication variables also have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.736 indicates that 73.6% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 26.4% is explained by other variables outside the model. The managerial implication of this research emphasizes the importance for company management to enhance employee competence through training programs, foster a positive work culture, and strengthen effective internal communication systems. These actions are expected to support the sustainable improvement of employee performance.

Abstrak:
This research aims to evaluate the impact of the MSME mini festival activities on the development of an entrepreneurial spirit in Datar Village, Warungpring District, Pemalang Regency. This mini festival is designed to promote local Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) products and provide a platform for MSME players to interact with visitors and participants. By involving various activities, such as product exhibitions, entrepreneurial workshops, and art performances, this festival is expected to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit, improve business skills, and expand the market for MSME products. The research methodology includes qualitative and quantitative approaches with data collection through surveys, interviews and observations. The survey was conducted to measure changes in motivation and entrepreneurial skills of MSME actors before and after the festival. Interviews were conducted with MSME actors, visitors and festival committee members to gain insight into the impact of the festival. Observations were carried out during the festival to assess the interactions and activities that took place. The research results show that the mini festival has a significant positive impact on the development of an entrepreneurial spirit among MSME players. This festival succeeded in increasing the motivation of MSME players to innovate and develop their products, with an average increase in motivation. Apart from that, the business skills of MSME players also experienced improvements, especially in terms of marketing and financial management. The mini festival also succeeded in expanding the market for MSME products and increasing the visibility of local products.

Abstrak:
The development of MSMEs is currently influential in increasing people's income, facilitating and accelerating the process of improving the economy. MSME actors in Ciawi village are still done manually by taking orders offline. This is done because they still have little energy and limitations to market these products, and lack of mastery of information and communication technology-based marketing strategies. This community service aims to provide the community with the importance of brand strength of a product brand (brand equity) of SMEs, and how to introduce the brand so that it is known to all levels of society. Most of the GENERAL actors in Ciawi village have not used good and attractive packaging, do not know a place where they can become legal entrepreneurs and develop better through MSME groups in the Brebes Regency area. Furthermore, the team formulated problem analysis and solutions related to problems in the field by providing branding equity training which was attended by 20 participants. In addition, training on making packaging that is more attractive, to support buying interest and selling power. Marketing strategy introduced by utilizing the use of social media to support business development activities.

Abstrak:
The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected many various fields, including the people's economy. The affected economic sectors include Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), both culinary and handicraft businesses and. Their income is declining. This is due to the decline in people's purchasing power. Various efforts were made to deal with the possible business risks faced. However, MSME actors are still faced with various problems, both technical and nontechnical. This condition is a challenge in order to prepare for capital expenditures and the flow of the impact of the pandemic. Various strategies are carried out in order to keep the business running. If the Covid-19 pandemic continues, it is not impossible that some business actors will be able to go out of business to close their businesses. This prediction certainly threatens the Indonesian national economy. This study aims to find out what factors affect the income of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study was 30 members of the Club MSME actors in Banjaratma Village. This research. The results of the factor analysis stated that in this study, 10 factors were found that influenced the decline in MSME income during the Covid-19 pandemic in Banjartma Village. These factors are: social distancing factors, PSBB factors, raw material factors, sales factors, technology factors, fund assistance factors, influencer factors, banking factors, consumption factors, and structural policy factors

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of interest rates and timeframes on bad debts. This research was conducted at the Sharia Cooperative of the Kertasinduyasa Society, Brebes with a population of 50 respondents. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who had bad debts in the cooperative. The data analysis used is an instrument test which includes validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroskedasticity test, hypothesis test which includes t test and f test and determination test. From the results of the test conducted, it was concluded that there was a significant influence of the interest rate variable on the bad loan variable with a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05, while the time period variable had no significant effect on the bad credit variable with a significance value of 0.872 > 0.05.

Abstrak:
The decision to purchase household products of residents of Songgom, Songgom District, Brebes Regency decreased. The number of components that consumers consider in choosing an item is due to business developments in the trade sector. This makes buyers more specific in determining purchase decisions, for example at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (Alfamart). This research was conducted in Alfamart, Songgom District, Brebes Regency. The existence of business competition makes Alfamart Songgom need to improve promotional procedures in increasing the number of buyers. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Songgom. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to consumers at Alfamart Songgom. The population in this study were visitors or buyers at Alfamart Songgom. The number of samples in this test was 145 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula. The data analysis procedures used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests. The results of the t test obtained a promotion variable sig value of 0.001 < a α value (0.05), a service quality variable of 0.010 < a α value (0.05, so it was declared to have a partial effect. The results of the F test obtained a sig value. of 0.000 < 0.05, explaining that promotion and service quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Songgom.

Abstrak:
The development of industrial enterprises today is increasingly demanding quality human resources. PT Selim Elektro is a company engaged in the assembly of electronic cables that produce wire harnesses, especially in the Brebes region. The problem that arises today at PT Selim Elektro is about the performance of employees who have not been optimal. Employee performance is the main focus that must be improved immediately so that work targets are achieved and increased. The success of an enterprise cannot be achieved if it relies solely on individual efforts, but requires cooperation between employees and the organization of learners within the company. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence teamwork and learning organizations have on the performance of PT Selim Elektro employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The method of sampling in a random way, as well as the number of samples were established by the Slovin formula, a total of 91 employees. The data analysis tools in this study used the analysis of t-test tests, F tests, and multiple linear regression tests, which were tested by instruments with previous validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show that teamwork and learning organizations can affect the improvement of the performance of PT Sellim Elektro employees. The amount of influence of teamwork variables and learning organization variables on employee performance variables was 54.3%, and the rest by other variables not examined
