This study aims to analyze the endurance and stamina on the performance of a specific football athlete tarkam. Modern football demands peak physical condition, where endurance and stamina are key success factors. Endurance enables athletes to maintain game intensity for a full 90 minutes and recover quickly, while stamina supports repetitive sprints and physical duels. The research method employed is a qualitative case study approach, involving interviews, and data analysis from the selected football athlete. The findings indicate that high levels of endurance and stamina positively correlate with improved athlete performance, including passing accuracy, running speed, and decision-making ability under pressure. Conversely, fatigue resulting from low endurance and stamina negatively impacts game quality. The implications of this research highlight the importance of integrated training programs to enhance endurance and stamina for optimizing football athlete performance

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and principal supervision on teacher performance at SMK YPE Sumpiuh. This study uses a quantitative method. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The sample of this study is the entire teacher population of SMK YPE Sumpiuh, which totals 30 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling or the entire population is used as a sample member for the reason that the population is less than 100 people. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression as well as validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study show that the work motivation and supervision of the principal have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The regression coefficient showed a value of 0.401 for work motivation and 0.930 for principal supervision. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.751 shows that these two variables are able to explain 75.1% of the variation in teacher performance, while other variables influence 24.9%. This study confirms that high work motivation and effective supervision from school principals can significantly improve teacher performance. Thus, school principals are advised to increase supervision and give appreciation to teachers' performance to encourage work morale and improve the quality of teaching in schools.

The widespread use of smartphones has given rise to the phenomenon of phubbing, where individuals prioritize their devices over face-to-face interactions. The purpose of this study is to explore phubbing as a communication ethics challenge and its impact on emotional well-being in personal relationships. The method used in this study is a literature review involving national and international indexed journals obtained through Google Scholar, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and ERIC (Educational Resources Information Center), Taylor & Francis, Springer, Elsevier with a span of 2017-2024. The findings of this study reveal that phubing can have a negative impact on interpersonal relationships and individual psychological well-being. This behavior can damage communication, reduce the quality of personal relationships, and trigger psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, and feelings of loneliness. Therefore, interventions in guidance and counseling are needed to deal with phubbing more comprehensivel.

: Cupak Village is a village that has tremendous potential that can be developed. In addition to the cool air, there are several potentials, including (1) religious tourism at Dewi Kilisuci's hermitage site, (2) Sendang Widodaren, Sendang Drajad, and Mount Pucangan; (3) Agricultural tourism which produces Porang as a flour ingredient, Gadung for chips, Corn as food security; (4) accompanied by the manufacture of handicrafts from local raw materials such as woven pandanus. (5) Production of charcoal which can be developed into Carkol as an export commodity. (6) Camping ground. However, the problem faced is the lack of awareness of local residents in the use of tourism. Cupak Village also has abundant agricultural income but its income level can still be developed through socialization so it is hoped that this activity can immediately encourage tourism in Cupak Village and it is hoped that it can also increase Cupak Village's agricultural income. The purpose of this activity is to get an overview of the qualifications of Cupak Village Human Resources in utilizing tourism potential, processing agricultural products, managing businesses, and overcoming existing problems. Every organization in a government agency has a mission to achieve. Achievement of goals and objectives that have been set through a performance accountability system which is a general indicator for measuring mission achievement. This research aims to adhere to accountability, internal control siste and accounting information siste on organizational performance in government agencies. This study used a quantitative method with primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency located in the City of Surabaya. The data analysis technique used is progra SPSS version 20. The results of this study show that accountability has a significant positive effect on organizational performance, the internal control system has no positive and significant effect on organizational performance, the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and accountability, the internal control system and the accounting information system together have a significant positsive effect on organizational performance. 

This study specializes in analyzing the short story Kairos kopi by Putu Ayub using an objective approach to obtain the structure in the short story in the form of intrinsic elements namely theme, point of view, plot, setting, character, characterization, style of language, and message in the short story. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. As for descriptive qualitative is a study devoted to research thoroughly, broadly, and deeply. The results are in the quality of words, sentences and their meanings without comparing the results of this study with the results of other studies. The source of the data obtained is by reading carefully, critically the short story Kairos Kopi by Putu Ayub. Based on the results of the theme used in the short story, which is about struggle, that if we want to start something new we must not be pessimistic. This is consistent with the character in the short story, namely (I) who has a pessimistic character
