Complications from pregnancy and childbirth as the highest cause of maternal death can be prevented by routine and regular pregnancy checks through antenatal care (ANC). ANC is also carried out with the aim of anticipating high risks during pregnancy. Analysis of the situation that education about pregnancy checks is only centralized at the Community Health Center. A broader outreach media is needed in providing education about pregnancy checks, so that the health level of pregnant women in particular, and society in general, can be better. This community service program seeks to expand the reach of pregnancy examination information media in the community. Efforts are made to create this information media involving cross-program collaboration, for example village officials, places of worship, schools and economic commercial places in Sungai Turak village. Activities will be carried out in December 2023 - January 2024 in the working area of the Sungai Turak Community Health Center. The posters that have been produced are then pasted in public places, Community Health Centers, Posyandu, village offices, village shops and prayer rooms.

Pregnant women's class activities aim to increase knowledge, change mothers' attitudes and behavior so that they understand about pregnancy checks, childbirth, postpartum and newborn care for optimal growth and development. The class for pregnant women coordinated by the Sungai Turak village health center was felt to be less than optimal, where the level of attendance and motivation of mothers in attending the class for pregnant women was felt to be lacking. In January 2024, community service was carried out, in the form of optimizing classes for pregnant women as an effort to increase knowledge of pregnant women and families in the working area of the Sungai Turak Community Health Center. Health cadres should approach pregnant women in their area, to discuss when they can take part in pregnant women's class activities, to then coordinate with the facilitator team. The effort made was to create educational posters about the benefits of attending classes for pregnant women. It is hoped that with attractive posters, pregnant women's interest in taking part in classes for pregnant women will increase. Coinciding with the class schedule for pregnant women, more intensive outreach was carried out, accompanied by posters displayed at the Community Health Center and Posyandu. Thanks to these efforts, the number of pregnant women who attended increased to 24 pregnant women.

One of the health services needed by pregnant women is maternal and child health counseling. The pregnant women class is a means to learn together about health for pregnant women, in the form of face-to-face in groups that aim to improve mothers' knowledge and skills regarding pregnancy, pregnancy care, childbirth, postpartum care, newborn care, myths, infectious diseases and birth certificates. Other facilities are also needed that can support the implementation of classes for pregnant women. Based on the results of discussions with village officials, it was decided to include some proposals for pregnant women classes in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APB).

Posters will be placed at community health centers, posyandu and village offices, as well as in shops frequently visited by the public.

According to UNICEF, early marriage is marriage performed on adolescents who are less than 18 years old. Marriages that take place under the age of 18 contravene the rights to education, pleasure, health and freedom of expression. Low knowledge of adolescents about early marriage is a problem for adolescents in the incidence of early marriage. Data from the National Socioeconomic Survey (SUSENAS) in 2020 recorded that 1 in 9 women aged 20-24 years married while still a child and South Kalimantan was ranked first in Indonesia. The purpose of the study was to find out the picture of knowledge of students of SMA Negeri I Halong, Balangan Regency about Early Marriage. The research method used a descriptive survey, with the sampling used was a total sampling of 48 class X and XI students. The results of the study of students of SMA Negeri I Halong who had good knowledge about early marriage were 16 people (33.33%), enough knowledge 26 people (54.16%) and less than 6 people (12.5%). The conclusion of this study is an overview of the level of knowledge of female students of SMA Negeri I Halong about early marriage respondents from 48 moderately knowledgeable.

Menopausal women have a higher risk of hypertension than those who have not been menopausal. Hypertension can damage organs and cause stroke, kidney failure and heart attack. The purpose of the study was to determine the incidence of hypertension in menopausal women in the Working Area of the Lok Batu Health Center. This research method uses quantitative analytical surveys with a cross sectional approach. The population is all menopausal women in the Working Area of Lok Batu Health Center as many as 156 people with purposive sampling techniques as many as 61 respondents. Chi square data analysis technique. The results showed that the majority of the incidence of level 2 hypertension was 33 respondents (54.1%), hormonal birth control history was 42 respondents (68.9%), normal BMI was 33 respondents (54.1%), basic education was 57 respondents (93.4%), working as many as 40 respondents (65.6%). The results of statistical tests using chi square had no relationship between family planning history p = 0.531 (p > 0.05), body mass index p = 0.458 (p > 0.05), education p = 0.403 (p > 0.05) and work p = 0.399 (p > 0.05) with the incidence of hypertension in menopausal women in the working area of the Lok Batu Health Center.
