In the growing digital era, the use of TikTok by local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises has become a significant concern in an effort to expand markets and increase sales. This article analyzes the challenges and strategies that can be adopted by  in facing e-commerce dynamics and utilizing the TikTok Platform as E-Commerce effectively. The research method used is using a qualitative approach method by conducting literature studies and literature studies. The method for data collection is obtained from the official website (e-commerce usage data) and studying theories from various literatures related to the research. The results show the importance of efficient advertising budget management, optimization of logistics and delivery, improved skills in content creation, strategic collaboration, and campaign performance monitoring as key steps in facing challenges and taking advantage of opportunities in TikTok Commerce. Adolescents need to know about reproductive health in order to have correct information about the reproductive process and the various factors that surround it.  With the correct information, it is hoped that teenagers will have responsible attitudes and behavior regarding the reproductive process. Adolescent reproductive health problems apart from having a physical impact, can also affect mental and emotional health, economic conditions and social welfare in the long term. Long-term impacts not only affect the teenagers themselves, but also their families, communities and the nation in the end.

This research was conducted at the Jatingaleh Pharmacy, Semarang, currently the pharmacy is still experiencing difficulties in terms of processing drug supplies, the obstacles experienced include recording drug supplies manually, which is recorded in a ledger then inputted into a computer. The system also has not been able to generate reports of drugs that are about to expire.
This study aims to provide solutions to problems related to the drug supply system, and can produce reports of drugs that will enter expiration at the Jatingaleh Pharmacy Semarang. This research method uses a Research and Development (R&D) model approach with 6 stages, namely Research and information collecting, planning, developing preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, and main field testing. This system was created using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language using SQL Server 2000 database and based on Multiuser.
With the system design from this study, it is able to handle problems at the pharmacy, and can facilitate the performance of the pharmacy staff so that the work becomes faster and more efficient.

Hypertension is a condition in which a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal which is prone to occur in the elderly, thereby reducing the quality of life of the elderly. Gardening therapy is one of the modalities of therapy that aims to improve the quality of life. This case study aims to describe the application of gardening modality therapy to improve the quality of life of the elderly with hypertension. This case study method uses a descriptive method involving 2 subjects with cooperative elderly criteria, the elderly aged > 60 years and having a history of hypertension (systolic blood pressure 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure > 90mmHg). The results of this case study indicate an improvement in the quality of life of the elderly. between before and after gardening therapy was carried out for 2 weeks. Subject I experienced an increase in quality of life from sufficient, namely 85 to good, namely 98. Meanwhile, subject II increased quality of life from sufficient, namely 86 to good, namely 105. The conclusion of this case study is that gardening therapy is effective in improving the quality of life of the elderly with hypertension in both subjects. This study aims to determine the effect of service delivery and digitization on customer satisfaction at PT ISS Indonesia. The population in this study are consumers who use the services of PT ISS Indonesia for cleaning services, security services, pest control and other services. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling taken as many as 95 respondents. The data obtained through the questionnaire was quantified using a Likert scale of 1-5 with a choice rating of strongly agree to strongly disagree to be tested for validity and reliability.
