This study aims to analyze the effect of brand awareness, celebrity endorser, and product quality on the purchase decision of Emina cosmetic products among university students in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan. The background of this research is driven by the significant growth of the local cosmetic industry and the high adoption of Emina products among young consumers, especially students. As a popular local cosmetic brand, Emina has successfully captured the attention of its young audience with approaches that resonate with their characteristics. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors influencing their purchasing decisions. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey technique involving 100 purposively selected respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the study show that, simultaneously, all three independent variables (brand awareness, celebrity endorser, and product quality) significantly affect the purchase decision of Emina products. However, when analyzed separately, only celebrity endorser and product quality have a positive and significant influence, while brand awareness does not show a significant impact on the purchase decision. Product quality proves to have the most dominant influence in driving the purchase decision, indicating that consumers prioritize product quality over other factors. The findings provide important recommendations for marketing strategies, particularly for Emina, to focus on emotional value-based promotions that resonate with the young audience. In addition, the selection of relevant celebrity endorsers and consistency in maintaining product quality are crucial factors to consider. This research is expected to contribute to the development of evidence-based marketing strategies in the local cosmetic industry, particularly in non-metropolitan areas, which face unique challenges in increasing product adoption.

The common problems faced by students include feeling bored, lacking concentration, and being unmotivated in learning due to the lack of collaboration among students and monotonous learning activities. Therefore, this study aims to implement ice-breaking techniques in Islamic Religious Education to improve students' learning outcomes. This research was conducted using Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. Each cycle followed four stages: Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. Data collection techniques included tests in the form of questions and non-test techniques such as interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of the Classroom Action Research, it was concluded that the implementation of ice-breaking techniques in Islamic Religious Education positively influenced students' learning motivation, leading to improved learning outcomes among fifth-grade students at UPT SPF SD Inpres Perumnas 1 Makassar. The study results showed that in the pre-test, the students' average score was 68.9 (Low), with six students achieving mastery, resulting in a 30% mastery level (Low). In the first cycle, applying the ice-breaking technique to students' understanding of Islamic Religious Education resulted in an average test score of 79 (Moderate), with 13 students achieving mastery, reaching a 65% mastery level (Low). In the second cycle, the implementation of ice-breaking techniques led to an improvement in students' learning outcomes, with an average score of 89.6 (High), and 18 students achieving mastery, reaching a 90% mastery level (High). The success indicators in this study, using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, demonstrated an improvement in students' understanding, as evidenced by the increase in mastery learning percentages from the pre-test, first cycle, and second cycle, ultimately reaching 80% of the total number of fifth-grade students as the final learning achievement.

Abstrak:
This study's objective is to study how using animated movie might help students improve their writing skills. One class served as the research sample for the pre-experimental methodology used in this study. In the first year of the MA Muhajirin, As'adiyah Kampiri, served as the research sample. Twenty students made up the study's sample. In order to select the sample for the study, the researcher employed the cluster random sampling technique and chose X A. Their understanding of the subject matter for text writing was made simple and enjoyable by the audio and visual mix. It was also acceptable for junior high school kids to get excited and interested in writing in order to hone their descriptive text-writing abilities. Writing tests were used to gather data on the students' descriptive writing abilities, which were then evaluated using SPSS 20. There were noticeable improvements, as seen by the pre-test and post-test results. The pupils' experimental post-test score of (82.11) was greater than their pre-test score, which served as evidence (52.63). The results also revealed that the probability value (0.00) was less than the level of significance (0.05). Based on the findings, the researcher concluded that using animation movies could help students in their first year of MA strengthen their descriptive writing skills. As'adiyah Kampiri Muhajirin.
