The sea fence in Tangerang Regency, Banten, has become a complex issue involving violations of spatial law, environmental impacts, and the rights of coastal communities. This research analyzes the social and environmental impacts of the case and examines the protection and restoration of victims' rights based on a greenvictimology perspective. Using an empirical juridical approach, data collection was conducted through interviews with fishermen and legal aid organizations, as well as secondary data from legal literature. The results showed that sea fences disrupt fishermen's activities, damage marine ecosystems, and violate regional spatial regulations. Ecological impacts include changes in ocean currents, decreased water quality, disruption of fish migration, damage to coral reefs, and coastal abrasion. Protection and restoration of victims' rights in the Pagar Laut case to date have not been fully fulfilled and realized by the responsible parties. This can be seen from the absence of concrete policies and concrete actions in the form of providing compensation or compensation to fishermen who are directly affected by the installation of the Sea Fence which hampers their access and space for fishing activities. In addition, efforts to restore the marine environment have also not been carried out optimally, especially in terms of dismantling sea fences that have not been carried out thoroughly and assistance programs from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries have not been implemented.

This research aims to increase UMKM opportunities in Mojopilang Village. In this increasingly modern and sophisticated era, technology, especially social media, is growing rapidly and making things easier for its users. This is very profitable for looking for business opportunities, one of which is affiliate. This research uses an outreach method which includes training on how to create an affiliate account, mentoring to ensure that the training carried out can be applied, correct make-up procedures to maximize affiliate content, as well as evaluation in the form of questions and answers. This activity was carried out on December 13 2024, involving village communities, especially women and Mayjen Sungkono University students. Initial observation results show that several people in Mojopilang Village have the mindset that if they want to open a business, they must spend capital and have very little knowledge about affiliates. Through this outreach about affiliate make up, it is hoped that the village community, especially women, will understand and be interested in doing affiliate work, especially in the field of make up. The results of this evaluation can be seen from the enthusiasm of the socialization participants who were excited about the material presented and some of them even wanted to try becoming affiliates.

The farmer's chicken supply chain is a complex system that involves various stages starting from selecting chicken seeds, rearing, feeding, health management, to distribution of the final product to the market. Distribution Channels are closely related to the Supply Chain process, both of which are important in a business, both large and small businesses. The aim of this research is to determine the Broiler Chicken Supply Chain at Kemiri Village Broiler Farms, Jenangan District, Ponorogo Regency. The research method used is observation, interviews and documentation. This broiler farm is under contract with PT. Bintang Tama to supply feed, vitamin medicine, chicken seeds, and also chicken brokers/collectors. Chicken seeds come from PT.Bintang Tama Sentosa after which the chickens are bred for 28 days to 35 days according to the contract with the broker/collector, in 1 harvest/livestock from 3000 seedlings to harvest, the estimated death is 200 deaths, this process cannot be separated from the control carried out by the livestock manager. Chicken farming here is managed well, starting with providing different feeds. Meat chicken seeds are fed with the types of feed, namely pre starter, starter, and finisher, this feed is given at 3 different/not the same age periods for the chickens in 1 harvest. Terdapat beberapa negara yang menggunakan dual banking system dalam kawasan Asia Tenggara, yaitu Indonesia dan Malaysia. Maka dari itu, penulis ingin membandingkan antara dual banking system Indonesia dan Malaysia. Tidak semua negara di dunia menggunakan dual banking system ini, maka dari itu menurut penulis itu merupakan hal yang menarik dan akan menambah pengetahuan para pembaca. Dalam penulisan jurnal ini, penulis menerapkan pendekatan penulisan hukum normatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yang memusatkan pada analisis data sekunder. Bahan hukum yang dipakai yaitu bahan hukum primer dan sekunder serta menggunakan teknik analisa kualitatif. WalaYupun kedua negara tersebut menggunakan dual banking system tetapi setelah melakukan perbandingan, terdapat 4 perbedaan yaitu mengenai sejarah terbentuknya dual banking system, regulasi perbankan syariah, struktur pengembangan strategi perbankan syariah, serta akad yang dipakai pada perbankan syariah. Persamaannya dapat dilihat pada sistem kelembagaan perbankan syariah dan lembaga pengawas bank syariah.  Dapat disimpulkan bahwa negara-negara dengan sistem perbankan ganda tersebut memiliki perkembangan dan peraturan yang berbeda untuk mengimplementasikan sistem ini.

Tujuan dari penelitian jurnal ini untuk mengetahui gaya bahasa dan makna yang terdapat pada lirik lagu “Dunia Tipu-Tipu” Yura Yunita. Riset terhadap penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data, yaitu dengan mendengarkan lagu yang akan dianalisis, memahami isi lirik tersebut kemudian, mencari kata-kata yang mengandung majas atau gaya bahasa lalu mendeskripsikan makna dari lagu ini yang tertuju kepada teman, keluarga dan orang terdekat maka dari itu kami menemukan beberapa majas yang ada didalam lirik lagu tersebut, penelitian yang kami dapatkan adalah beberapa majas yaitu majas hiperbola, majas paradoks, majas eufimisme, majas metafora, dan majas personifikasi.
