Abstrak:
This study aims to identify the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes in the admission of new students at MDTA AL IRFAN, including factors that support and inhibit the process. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study revealed that the management of new student admissions at MDTA AL IRFAN has shown positive performance. This was achieved through structured planning, efficient implementation, and continuous evaluation. Factors such as visionary leadership, collaboration with external parties, and community support are important aspects in the success of new student admissions. However, obstacles such as limited resources and the dynamics of changes in the external environment need to be addressed strategically so that MDTA AL IRFAN can continue to develop as an excellent Islamic educational institution that is in demand by the community.

Risk management is very important for MSMEs because risk management is useful for gathering information about possible risks that will occur, as well as for developing strategies that need to be implemented at Anukula Resto MSMEs, where Anukula Resto itself is an MSME that is engaged in selling food and drinks such as ice the 2000s and kebabs. mirasa burger. This research aims to determine the implementation of risk management and describe or illustrate the activities of the MSMEs Anukula Resto Serang. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using risk analysis in management. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of risk management at Anukula Resto MSMEs has been implemented well for financial risks, marketing risks, while for HRM risks it is still not good. It is proven that there are still errors in the calculations carried out by HR at the Anukula Resto UMKM. Therefore, it is important for Anukula Resto MSMEs to improve and implement risk management well in order to minimize risks that occur in the future.

The development of the digital world today is very rapid, in fact progress every year cannot be avoided in the online world. This really affects all sectors, including the business world and the economic sector. One of the digital-based business sectors is e-commerce. The word e-commerce actually comes from English, namely electronic commerce or electronic commerce. And like trade that is carried out directly or face to face, e-commerce also includes the process of promoting, purchasing and marketing products. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research. If the definition of a descriptive method is as follows: a method used to study a group of people, an object, a set of conditions, a system of thought, or a category of events at that time. a systematic, fact-based and precise description, picture or painting of the facts, character and connections of the phenomena studied. During the research and up to the interview and observation stage, the informant did not object to providing information to the researcher. The informants in this research are as follows:Abah (informan) The first informant was an informant named Abah. This Abah was the first informant that researchers were able to interview and observe directly at the location. This is done directly so that you know and see directly how to make it, the process and the final result of the boboko craft. Based on the results of the discussion and explanation above, it can be concluded that, E-commerce is a very easy sale nowadays, which can be accessed by everyone throughout the world who understands the challenges of e-commerce. Abstrak:
This research aims to investigate and analyze the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitude and locus of control variables on personal financial management behavior of undergraduate students in the Management Study Program at Primagraha University class of 2021. This research applies a quantitative approach using primary data with a non-probability sampling method using purposive techniques sampling.. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to 50 undergraduate students of the Management Study Program at Primagraha University class of 2021. The test results show that financial knowledge towards personal financial management behavior shows a calculated t value = -4.683 and a sig probability value of 0,000. The financial attitude variable towards personal financial management behavior shows a t value = 8.956 and a sig probability value of 0,000. And the locus of control variable on personal financial management behavior shows a t value = 3.180 and a sig probability value of 0,003. The results of this research partially show that the variables financial knowledge, financial attitude, and locus of control have a significant influence on personal financial management behavior.

Primagraha University, like other private educational institutions, is faced with the task of attracting the attention of prospective new students amidst increasingly fierce competition. The use of social media as an educational marketing tool provides a unique opportunity to interact directly with prospective students, build brand awareness, and promote university excellence. Education marketing is a strategic approach in managing information and image of educational institutions to attract new students. This research aims to describe an overview of the management of educational marketing strategies using social media at Primagraha University. This type of research uses Field Research. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, documentation and social media content analysis. The most effective social media used in the educational marketing process include 3, namely: Instagram, YouTube, and websites. The content presented is in the form of academic activities, promotions, information regarding new student admissions, campus activities, and student achievements. The research results show that implementing marketing strategies using social media has a very good impact on the interest of new students.

Abstrak:
The development of the business world has increased rapidly in the modern era like today. This causes intense competition between business actors in developing their products in the face of developments in the business world. Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs now play a very important role in the growth of the economy in Indonesia. Mrs. Maubah's porridge business is one of the MSMEs in Cilegon City, Banten which operates in the food sector. This business can provide jobs for the local community. My mother's porridge business itself is a type of food business which sells various variations of porridge and various other fried foods. This research aims to find out what marketing strategies are implemented by Ibu Majadi's porridge business to increase sales. Carrying out a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis in determining the marketing strategy. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to describe the situation of phenomena in the field. Researchers used data collection methods in research, namely observation and interviews. To find out how the strategy is used, the Swot Analysis Method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was concluded that the results of the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary), for the strength and weakness variables, each obtained a strength value of 1.89, while a value of 1.00 was obtained for weaknesses. This means that the strengths of Mrs. Matahu's porridge business are greater than the weaknesses. Meanwhile, the value obtained for the EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) Matrix was 1.47 for opportunities, while the value for threats was 0.64. This means that for Mrs. Matahu's porridge business, the opportunity value is greater than the threat value. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that Ibu Ma's porridge business has strengths and opportunities so that it will be able to take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support the policy of growing aggression.

Digital marketing has changed MSME players to continue to develop their business so that they are not left behind and are able to utilize this digital media, as an effort to market their products so that consumers are more familiar with the products produced by these MSMEs. Batik Tedjo is one of the MSMEs that plays a role in preserving written batik, which is one of the cultural heritages of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine how Batik Tedjo SMEs implement digital marketing and whether the implementation of digital marketing has obstacles. The problems faced by Batik Tedjo MSME players in implementing digital marketing show that there are problems in the form of a lack of understanding of social media operators at Batik Tedjo and the imbalance of consumer demand with human resources or a very minimal number of employees in managing Batik products which are quite a lot every month, reaching 200-300 pcs. Abstrak:
This study is motivated by the competition of seblak business actors in the Tirtayasa area. This study aims to determine how influential the Electronic Word of Mouth variable is on price perceptions, on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were all buyers who bought Seblak in the Tirtayasa area. The research methodology used quantitative with respondents in this study were the Tirtayasa community, 64 community respondents who had bought Seblak Tirtayasa were obtained. Then the data was obtained using a questionnaire. The results showed that Electronic Word of Mouth (X1) 57.8% has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) 73.4% price perception (X2) 57.8% has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).
