This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Merangin Regency Government in the 2017-2023 budget year using the financial ratio analysis method. The ratios used include the regional financial independence ratio, the effectiveness and efficiency ratio of Regional Original Income (PAD), the activity ratio (spending harmony), the growth ratio, and the budget solvency ratio. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the realization report of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of Merangin Regency during the study period. The results of the analysis show that the financial performance of Merangin Regency fluctuates from year to year. The PAD effectiveness and efficiency ratio shows a fairly good level of effectiveness, although its efficiency still needs to be improved. The regional financial independence ratio is still relatively low, indicating a fairly high dependence on transfer funds from the central government. The activity ratio shows that the allocation of spending is still used more for operational spending than capital spending, which has an impact on the region's ability to build long-term infrastructure. This study provides recommendations for the Merangin Regency Government to improve its strategy in optimizing PAD and managing the budget more efficiently and oriented towards sustainable development..

Diarrhea can be defined as a condition in which a person defecates with more liquid feces than usual and with a frequency of three or more times in 24 hours. Diarrhea is closely related to the occurrence of stunting cases. Diarrhea generally attacks toddlers because their immune systems are still weak and vulnerable. WHO and UNICEF policies in the treatment of diarrhea are the provision of oralit and zinc, based on research over 20 years. Iron plays a role in various physiological processes of the body, one of which is the immune system. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and compliance with zinc intake with the incidence of recurrent diarrhea in toddlers at the Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar Academic Hospital. The research design used was a non-experimental analytical cross-sectional study, namely a study conducted observationally to see the relationship between hemoglobin levels and compliance with zinc intake with the incidence of recurrent diarrhea, without providing treatment to the research subjects. The sample in the study was toddlers who experienced recurrent diarrhea at the Jaury Jusuf Putera Makassar Academic Hospital in March - May 2024 as many as 32 people. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between hemoglobin levels and the incidence of recurrent diarrhea (p = 0.015). And there was a relationship between compliance with zinc consumption and the incidence of recurrent diarrhea (p = 0.004). It is recommended that health workers provide more education and control over the use of zinc drugs given in the management of diarrhea, as well as educate to maintain normal hemoglobin levels in toddlers. So that it can reduce the prevalence of recurrent diarrhea.

Pengamanan data dalam era digital menjadi semakin penting dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan untuk melindungi informasi sensitif. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan algoritma Hill Cipher yang dimodifikasi dengan operasi modulo pada karakter ASCII untuk memperluas cakupan aplikasi metode kriptografi ini. Hill Cipher, yang secara klasik menggunakan alfabet dengan operasi modulo 26, dibatasi hanya pada huruf-huruf alfabet. Modifikasi yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan operasi modulo 256, yang mencakup seluruh karakter ASCII (0–255), termasuk huruf, angka, simbol, dan karakter khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan matriks kunci berukuran 2 x 2 yang memastikan keamanan melalui perhitungan determinan yang tidak nol dan coprime dengan 256. Proses enkripsi dilakukan dengan mengalikan vektor yang mewakili nilai ASCII dari plaintext dengan matriks kunci, diikuti oleh operasi modulo 256 untuk memastikan hasilnya berada dalam rentang karakter ASCII yang valid. Hasil enkripsi berupa ciphertext kemudian dideskripsi dengan invers matriks kunci yang diperoleh melalui operasi invers modulo 256. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Hill Cipher yang dimodifikasi dapat diterapkan secara efektif untuk pengamanan data modern berbasis teks, menghasilkan ciphertext yang aman dan plaintext yang dapat didekripsi dengan akurat.

Training activities and assistance with business facilities is one of the programs of the Jombang Regency Social Service, this activity is intended for participants of the Family Hope Program (PKH), while the aim to be achieved from this activity is to increase household income. The target of this program is to help overcome problems in the businesses of PKH Program beneficiary groups, including product innovation, use of technology and assistance with facilities to increase the quantity and quality of production so that sales turnover increases.  Method kThis service activity was carried out by providing training to PKH program participants in Menturus Village, Kec. Kudu, Kab. Jombang. Training activities using practical methods for making various soy-based cracker products and various flavor variants (spicy, balado, original onion and fruit flavors), production techniques using lecture methods to deliver material on marketing strategies for new products accompanied by workshops on strategy applications for entering new markets, and direct questions and answers, as well as the practice of making soybean crackers

Lactation management is needed to support the successful management of breastfeeding. Failure of the breastfeeding process is often caused by some mothers who do not understand the correct way to breastfeed. Based on UNICEF data, only 30% of post partum primiparous mothers provide exclusive breast milk, this shows that babies in Indonesia still receive non-exclusive breast milk. The aim of this service is to increase knowledge about lactation management which consists of how to breastfeed, the benefits of breastfeeding, the correct breastfeeding position. The activity was carried out at the Bara Baraya Community Health Center, Makassar City on December 9 2022. The method used in this service was lecture and question and answer which began with a pre-test then providing information and then a post-test with a total of 7 participants. The results of the activity showed that those who had good knowledge before the counseling were carried out were 3 people (42.85%) and after the counseling it increased to 7 people (100%), this shows that the counseling was effective in lactation management for Primiparous Postpartum Mothers

A company is one of the types of business entities protected by law as the place where the production process of a good or service is used to meet the needs of society. To the company’s goals, it requires the contribution of good employees. Cultivating a high working spirit should be considered by the company’s managers as an obligation whose nature is constant. Especially with regard to the workload that can cause work stress, communication between employees that can lead to an increase or decrease in working spirit. The aim of this survey is to know the impact of workload, work stress, and communication on employee work spirit. This research population is the entire staff of PT Iron Steel Metalindo of Mojokerto district. The sample was 78 using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use double linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. Research findings show that workload variables have a negative and significant influence on the work spirit, work stress has a negative, significant impact on the working spirit, and communication has a positive and significant effect on the job spirit.
