The problem experienced by teachers is that teachers have limitations in conducting assessments during learning due to the lack of teacher insight in accessing creative and interactive assessment support applications by utilizing technology. The main problem in learning based on LCD projector technology in schools is the incompatibility between innovative learning methods and assessments that are still commonplace. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of interactive assessments based on quizizz. The type of research is descriptive qualitative, the research subjects are homeroom teachers and students. Data collection methods through observation, interviews, documentation of learning outcomes, recordings of the learning process, journals and books. The results of the study showed that there was an assessment of the development of elementary school children's learning. The results of the study showed a significant positive influence from the use of quizizz on increasing learning motivation and achieving minimum student competencies. The impact after the evaluation activity of using the quizizz paper mode application was carried out increased student learning motivation and student participation during the activity.
 

This study discusses the Decision of the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) Number 16/KPPU-M/2023 regarding the delay in notification of the takeover of PT Kadi Indonesia Manufaktur shares by Nippo Corporation. The acquisition transaction was legally effective on June 3, 2021, but was only notified to the KPPU on October 18, 2021, which exceeded the 60-day working limit according to KPPU Regulation Number 3 of 2020. The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal principles used by the KPPU and assess the application of Article 29 of Law Number 5 of 1999 in conjunction with Article 5 of Government Regulation Number 57 of 2010. The method used is normative juridical with a case study approach. The results of the study show that the KPPU applies the repressive principle, namely that legal action is taken after the violation occurs. Although no bad intentions were found on the part of Nippo Corporation, elements of violation were considered proven, including asset values ​​exceeding the threshold and negligence in fulfilling administrative obligations. As a result, KPPU imposed an administrative sanction in the form of a fine of Rp1 billion. This finding emphasizes the importance of business actors' compliance with the provisions of acquisition notifications and shows the need to strengthen socialization and preventive warnings to prevent similar violations in the future.

With a high level of self-efficacy, students can face quarter-life crisis easily. People who have self-efficacy will focus and do their tasks without any problems in difficult situations. Students who have self-efficacy are more confident and able to reach their full potential. In addition, it helps students acquire the skills needed for future success. The purpose of this study was to empirically investigate the relationship between self-efficacy of final year students at Padang State University and quarter-life crisis. This study combines cluster sampling strategy with quantitative approach. A total of 292 final year students at Padang State University became the research sample. With an error rate of 5%, this sample was taken using Isaac and Michael table. The data analysis method used is Pearson Product Moment. The results showed that quarter-life crisis and self-efficacy of final year students at Padang State University were each in the moderate range with a proportion of self-efficacy of 39.7% and quarter-life crisis of 28.4%. The research hypothesis stating that there is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and quarter life crisis in final year students at Padang State University is accepted based on the hypothesis test which produces a value of r = -0.469 with a significance level of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05).

This research aims to examine the relationship between emotional maturity and adjustment in migrant students at Universitas Negeri Padang. The subjects in this research were migrant students at Universitas Negeri Padang. The number of subjects taken in this research was 109 students. The method used in this research is nonprobability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The measuring instruments used in this research are the emotional maturity scale and the self-adjustment scale. The data obtained in this research were analyzed using the Pearson correlation technique. The results of this study show that there is no significant relationship between emotional maturity and self-adjustment, as shown by the value of r = 0.117 with p = 0.227 (p> 0.05). This shows that there is no relationship between emotional maturity and self-adjustment in Padang State University Migrant Students.

Open communication, empathy, and constructive conflict management were found to be key factors in building positive work relationships between employees and managers. Employees who feel valued and listened to tend to be more engaged in their work, increasing motivation and morale, which ultimately impacts the performance of the team and the organization as a whole. In addition, effective conflict management can strengthen interpersonal relationships and create a work atmosphere that is more conducive to collaboration and innovation. This study also shows that poorly managed conflict can damage work relationships and reduce productivity. In such situations, a tense work environment can lower employee morale, increase turnover rates, and hinder the achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, organizations need to actively develop strategies that support clear and effective communication, as well as pay attention to employee emotional well-being. Building an inclusive work culture and providing constructive conflict resolution mechanisms are essential to maintaining the stability and sustainability of productivity in the long term.

Di tengah-tengah pengguna teknologi di Indonesia, masih banyak bidang usaha yang belum memaksimalkan kemajuan teknologi untuk usahanya, salah satunya adalah usaha depot air bersih Berkah Dalem yang terletak di Mijen, Kebonagung, Jawa Tengah. Pada permasalahan yang ada pada penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa sistem penerimaan pesanan pada depot air bersih Berkah Dalem masih menggunakan cara manual yang kurang efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem pemesanan air bersih berbasis website dan membuat data informasi penjualan dan pemesanan yang dapat diakses dengan mudah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan menggunakan XAMPP. Hasil yang dicapai adalah perancangan sistem pemesanan berbasis website telah melewati uji kelayakan penggunaan sistem dengan data bahwa semua pengujian status diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang berhasil dan dapat diaplikasikan pada usaha depot air bersih.

This research presents an analysis of increasing student engagement through the use of TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) in the teaching and learning process. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores the implementation of TPACK by teachers and its impact on student interaction, active participation, and academic achievement. Findings show that the implementation of TPACK facilitates the appropriate use of technology in learning contexts, enriches students' learning experiences, and encourages more active student involvement in the learning process. This analysis also reveals challenges and opportunities related to the integration of TPACK in curriculum and teacher training. In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of TPACK in supporting student-centered learning and offers practical insights for educators in planning learning that is innovative and relevant to student needs.

This study aimed to investigate the use of digital information and communication technology in the form of crypto assets as proceeds of crime in money laundering action, due to the multi-layered security of the blockchain. This phenomenon was presented on a global scale in transnational crimes, providing challenges for Indonesian law enforcement officials in hunting the crypto assets scattered outside its legal jurisdiction. The results showed that Police Investigators and General Prosecutors utilizing penal and non-penal approaches in performing the crypto assets tracing, seizing and recovering, which shows the importance of maintaining formal and informal cooperation with other countries through the Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs) and Interpol, besides developing domestic regulations in controlling the crypto assets physical trading. Due to legal uncertainty of storing and releasing crypto assets, the investigators and the prosecutors faced disagreement in determine the procedures, which then affected the asset recovery process of Indra Kesuma case. This study proposed potential models for effective management on confiscated crypto assets that law enforcement officials could adopt in recovering these assets such as seizure orders, confiscation orders, and pre-confiscation sale. This was a legal study conducted by collecting data through literature reviews and interviews.

LAN Computer Network or Local Area Network is a computer network consisting of several computers connected to each other in a relatively small area such as a building, campus or office. This research was conducted to see how a LAN network works to deliver data or information. This research is a type of descriptive research. The methods used in this research are literature study and simulation methods. The simulation is carried out using the Cisco network application. As a result, the Cisco application can project the working principles of a LAN network.

The Healthy living community movement as known as GERMAS is a systematic and planned program that symergized with several ministries and institution. This program aims to increase people’s willingness and awareness to adopt a clean and healthy lifestyle and behavior, such as : physical activity, consuming fruits, and vegetables, and also regularly check up. This program (community service) was carried out in kota tangerang selatan, attended by 200 participants from various elements of the surrounding community, and reached an agreement to commit to healthy living, one of which was signing a healhy living commitment.
