This community service program was implemented to strengthen the digital literacy and competencies of health cadres in Simogirang Village, Prambon Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency, particularly in the recording and management of Posyandu (integrated health service post) data. The initiative responded to ongoing issues stemming from manual documentation methods, which were prone to human error, inefficiency, and lack of integration with regional health information systems. To address these challenges, the program delivered an IT-based training module using a combination of direct instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on simulations. The training emphasized the use of accessible and cost-effective tools such as Google Forms and Google Sheets, designed in alignment with the principles of adult learning (andragogy) and Kurt Lewin’s change management model to facilitate behavioral adaptation and technology acceptance among the participants. A total of 25 health cadres participated in the program. Pre- and post-training evaluations demonstrated significant improvement in digital skills, with 80% of participants achieving a minimum of 85% accuracy in completing digital forms and managing records. In addition, a prototype digital system based on Google Workspace was successfully piloted in two Posyandu locations. This system enhanced the timeliness, accuracy, and integration of health data reporting to local health centers (Puskesmas), offering a scalable and sustainable solution for grassroots healthcare data management. Despite the positive outcomes, the program also identified key challenges, notably limited internet infrastructure and varying levels of prior digital exposure among cadres. These findings underscore the need for continuous mentoring, support from local government stakeholders, and potential investment in digital infrastructure. Overall, the initiative contributes to Indonesia’s broader goals of digital transformation in public health, particularly at the village level.

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini tidak bisa lepas dengan dunia pendidikan. Berbicara tentang dunia pendidikan tidak lepas dengan peran siswa, mahasiswa, guru dan dosen. Untuk siswa dan mahasiswa mulai banyak keluhan dengan kurang menariknya pembelajaran yang mereka dapatan. Keluhan ini tentunya mengusik pada guru dan dosen sebagai pemberi materi. Untuk itu perlu adanya pendampingan kepada guru dan dosen dalam penyampaian materi pada siswa dan mahasiswa. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini akan diadakan pendampingan guru dan dosen dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran yang merupakan salah satu bentuk pemberian materi yang dilaksanakan saat ini. Pada pendampingan ini diberikan materi tentang pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligent (AI) pada aplikasi Capcut dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran. Dalam pendampingan ini guru dikenalkan penggunaan aplikasi Capcut dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran. Setelah itu guru dan dosen diberikan cara pemanfaatan AI pada fitur aplikasi Capcut yang mana bisa memberikan efisiensi waktu dalam pengeditan, keramahan dan kemudahan dalam penggunaannya, menghasilkan video yang berkualitas, mempunyai fleksibilitas pemanfaatan yang dibutuhkan oleh siswa dan mahasiswa. Dengan adanya pemanfaatan tersebut, maka guru dan dosen lebih mudah dan kretif dalam pemanfaatan AI pada fitur aplikasi Capcut untuk membuat video pembelajaran. Brambang Village, Karangawen District, experienced damage to infrastructure due to flash floods, while village officials lacked the capacity and knowledge to manage it. The purpose of this community service program is to improve village officials' ability to manage infrastructure through field reviews and Forum Group Discussions (FGD). The exercises improved the village officials' understanding and proficiency in assessing the state of the infrastructure, preparing repair plans, and overcoming damage due to disasters. Awareness of the importance of community participation also increased. This program produced concrete recommendations for repairing damaged infrastructure and is expected to be followed up immediately. With this increased capacity, Brambang village officials can manage infrastructure more effectively, delivering long-term advantages for the local community's well-being. This Community Service Program has succeeded in achieving its goals and helping to raise the community of Karangawen's standard of living.

Noise can be defined as a sound or noise that can disturb comfort and health and can cause deafness. Noise that occurs continuously with high intensity can unconsciously affect the health of the Crew (ABK) who are on duty on the ship. Health problems can occur because the ABK are required to be in the ship's engine room which can last a very long time according to the route of the ship's voyage. This study aims to determine and analyze the noise in the engine room and accommodation room on the ferry. The data analysis technique used in this study is noise measurement and analysis of measurement data. The results of the study showed that there was 1 room on the MT. Suchaonugnum ship that did not meet the standards of the Indonesian Classification Bureau and MSC.337(91), including the engine control room. The highest noise source produced in the engine room is produced by the auxiliary engine. While in the lounge room, passenger accommodation room and VIP Room the highest sound source is produced by the sound system. The sound system that is always turned on when the ship is operating is one of the sources of noise that makes the noise level in the passenger accommodation room not in accordance with the MSC.337(91) standard because the sound pressure is too high. The noise level in the passenger accommodation space can be overcome by reducing the sound pressure on the sound system.

Pemberdayaan perempuan merupakan strategi dalam meningkatkan peran perempuan dalam mengembangkan potensi diri agar dapat mandiri dan bahkan dapat berkontribusi positif terhadap pendapatan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan keluarga. Program pemberdayaan perempuan dan keluarga dapat melalui pelatihan keterampilan, salah satunya adalah pelatihan digital marketing. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan digital marketing yakni memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan perempuan maupun ibu-ibu Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) agar dapat memotivasi untuk menjadi womenpreneure, bahkan mengembangkan bisnis di era modern. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK Kelurahan Meteseh, Kecamatan Tembalang, Semarang. Pelatihan ini diberikan pemahaman secara teori mengenai pentingnya digital marketing dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya saing bisnis. Peserta pelatihan juga melakukan praktik untuk pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam mempromosikan produk dan jasa. Keberhasilan pelatihan diukur dari peningkatan pengetahuan yaitu mampu menjawab soal dengan benar dengan nilai diatas 81 sebesar 100%, rerata tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap kegiatan pelatihan sebesar 90%.

Customer segmentation is an important strategy in a company, it affects good customer relationships which will result in increased profits. Grouping customers in data mining can use several algorithms, but K-Medoids is the right choice because it can reduce noise and outlier sensitivity. However, the selection of cluster centers is still random and has an effect on the results of clustering, so it is necessary to improve the k-medoids algorithm so that the resulting cluster value can be optimal. Particle Swarm Optimization is an optimization algorithm that is often used and has been proven to improve the results of a clustering. In this case, optimization using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) in the selection of the initial cluster center needs to be applied to the k-medoids algorithm so that the results of the cluster can be optimal. The results of the study showed the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) value for K-Medoids K 2 = 0.379, K 3 = 0.283, and K 4 = 0.593, while the DBI value PSO + K-Medoids K 2 = 0.088, K 3 = 0.226, and K4 = 0.363. The DBI value shows that PSO optimization on K-Medoids to determine the initial centroid is proven to improve the results of clustering than standard K-Medoids.

<p><em>Vocational High School (SMK) graduates are prepared to be able to compete in the world of work. To be able to compete, vocational school graduates are expected to have hard skills and soft skills. Likewise, Sakti Gemolong Vocational School tries to provide skills to its students through training. The problem is that to fulfill this, SMK Sakti Gemolong must collaborate with other agencies. Seeing this, the Community Service Team tried to help by providing MS Project training. The aim is to increase knowledge and skills in using project scheduling software. The target is students of Class XI Sakti Gemolong Vocational School, Department of Construction and Property Business (BKP) in Sragen. Activities are carried out in two stages, namely problem identification (preliminary survey to find out the curriculum and competencies), problem-solving approach (using presentation techniques as a lecture method, demonstration and direct practice on the computer as well as evaluation to find out the level of absorption of the material). In carrying out Community Service activities, before training a pre-test is carried out. The results obtained were that 95% of students did not understand how to use MS Project software. Meanwhile, after training, a post-test is carried out. The result was that 91% of students understood how to use MS Project software. From the evaluation results, it shows that there has been an increase in understanding and skills by 86%.</em></p>

Media pembelajaran saat ini telah berkembang, salah satu contohnya adalah media pembelajaran digital atau biasa disebut literasi digital. Literasi digital dapat berupa teks, audio, atau video. Cara mendapatkannya dapat melalui berbagai sumber seperti media sosial dan halaman web. Keuntungan dari media pembelajaran digital adalah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa. Guru juga dapat menggunakan berbagai sumber seperti teks, gambar, audio dan video dalam materi pembelajaran. Maka program kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dari Udinus menawarkan pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia dengan Canva. Metode yang digunakan dalam program kemitraan Masyarakat adalah praktek dengan Canva. Dalam praktek tersebut, para guru diawali membuat slide presentasi kemudian diubah menjadi video pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan asset yang disediakan oleh Canva.

Online lending services such as Peer to Peer (P2P) loans provide convenience for lenders to transact directly without involving banks as intermediaries. Identifying potential loan recipients who are at risk of default is a crucial step in preventing financial losses, as lenders are responsible for default risk. However, predicting default risk becomes a challenge when P2P lending datasets have various complex features. Some features in P2P lending are redundant, while others do not significantly contribute to an effective solution. Therefore, feature selection is an important process to choose a relevant subset of features from input or target data. Traditional feature selection methods often fail to provide optimal results. A better approach is to use heuristic search algorithms capable of finding suboptimal feature subsets. We employ the Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) technique, inspired by the hierarchy of leadership and grey wolf hunting mechanisms. Combined with Random Forest (RF), which has limitations in classifying data with very high dimensions, our GWO+RF combination has proven to enhance classification performance better than previous research. It achieves an accuracy score of 97.31%, compared to previous research with scores of only 67.72% for RBM+RF, 64% for Binary PSO+ERT, and 92% for GA+RF.

In this research report, welding is carried out and combined with grade A steel which is usually used for sappots. the conveyor is combined with low carbon grade B steel in the construction of the PLTU sapot. Where welding is carried out 3x why this needs to be done is because to know the characteristics of low carbon grade A steel and low carbon grade B steel, whether the characteristics are the same or not because they are used in When grade A steel material runs out in the industry, the testing process uses 3 tests, namely to determine NDT testing (Non Destructive, test), tensile testing, and micro testing for the testing process.
