This study aims to analyze the implementation of Management by Objectives (MBO) as a performance assessment method in startup companies in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach that examines in depth MBO theories, implementation  principles, and practices that have been applied in startups, especially in Sigerhub Lampung. The results of the study indicate that the implementation  of MBO through Objective Key Results (OKR) helps companies in setting specific, measurable, relevant, and time- bound targets. In addition, the use of 360 Degree Feedback supports a more holistic performance assessment by involving superiors, coworkers, and subordinates. The implementation  of MBO can also increase work motivation, accountability, and employee involvement in achieving organizational goals. However, the implementation  of MBO in startups still faces challenges, such as non-uniform assessment standards, potential assessor bias, and the need for training for managers. This study is expected to be a theoretical and practical contribution to the development of an adaptive and effective performance management system in startup companies in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze market sentiment towards Gold Financing Products (PKE) in Islamic banking before and after the Trump Effect phenomenon using the text mining method. This technique involves extracting information from unstructured text data to then be visualized and analyzed using the Natural Language Processing (NLP) approach and a RoBERTa-based classification model. Data was collected through web scraping from the X application with the help of API and processed using Google Colab. From a total of 4,074 tweets analyzed, it was found that the majority of public sentiment was neutral (59%), followed by negative (24%) and positive (17%). This reflects the public's tendency to discuss informatively rather than emotionally, although there was a spike in negative sentiment in certain periods indicating sensitivity to global dynamics, especially the impact of the Trump Effect on gold prices. The resulting wordcloud reveals key topics such as gold prices, buying and selling activities, and institutions such as Pegadaian Syariah and BSI. Terms such as "sharia", "riba", and "principles" emphasize the importance of Islamic financial values ??in public perception. The results of this study indicate that text mining-based sentiment analysis is effective in capturing the dynamics of public opinion in real-time and can be a strategic tool for Islamic financial institutions in responding to market changes.

Musa acuminata Colla var. Mulu Bebek is a high-quality banana from Ternate, North Maluku. Its conventional cultivation faces challenges due to Fusarium wilt, reducing productivity. In vitro culture offers a solution for rapid, disease-free seedling production. This study aims to examine the effect of BAP and picloram on shoot induction using a CRFD at various concentrations (0–3 ppm) and evaluate the percentage of live explants, emergence time, and number and length of shoots and roots. Results show that 1 ppm picloram accelerates root emergence, while 0 ppm promotes the fastest shoot emergence, the longest shoot and root lengths. 1 ppm BAP increases shoot numbers. The interaction of picloram and BAP has a significant effect on the parameters of the fastest root emergence time, namely 1 ppm picloram + 0 ppm BAP, 1 ppm and 3 ppm, the fastest shoot emergence time, namely without the addition of PGR, and the longest shoot length, 0 ppm picloram + 2 ppm BAP. The combination of 0 ppm picloram + 1 ppm BAP is the optimal condition for a percentage of 100% live explants, the fastest time for root emergence, the highest number of shoots and roots, the longest shoot and root length and the optimal condition for the fastest time for shoot emergence is 0 picloram + 0 ppm BAP. This study provides insight into the role of BAP and picloram in inducing banana shoots that has not been reported before. The micropropagation media formula obtained in this study is an effort to improve the quality of healthy banana seedlings in the future.

Business legality is something that MSMEs must have. Business legality is a business identity and a form of protection provided by the government for perpetrators MSMEs. Another benefit of legal business ownership is to expand access to MSME financing provided by the government and access to financing from banks. Problems that occur is that many MSME players do not understand how important it is to have business legality the. Apart from that, there is an opinion that managing complicated business legalities is one of them the reason why MSMEs are reluctant to take care of their legality. This service activity has the aim of:educate regarding the urgency of business legality for MSMEs. This activity was carried out in Sengon Village, Bendungan subdistrict. The results of this activity can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in participating technical guidance activities on the legality of MSMEs and increasing their knowledge.

Fenomena dalam penelitian ini terletak pada nilai Hutang Lancar maupun Total Hutang pada PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk yang terus mengalami peningkatan sejak tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2022 fenomena kenaikan Hutang ini berpotensi mengurangi Profitabilitas (Return On Equity) perusahaan. Hal ini menjadi landasan dan tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh  Current Ratio Dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Return On Equity pada perusahaan PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling pada pemilihan sampel, dan penelitian ini juga menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Current Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Equity, dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Equity. Sedangkan secara simultan Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Equity

The practice of nepotism in the employee selection process at Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in North Sumatra, which has an impact on transparency, fairness and organizational effectiveness. BUMDs have an important role in regional economic development, but nepotism practices often damage the integrity of the recruitment process. Through a qualitative approach and case studies, this research reveals that nepotism creates inequality in employee selection, reduces the quality of human resources, and reduces public trust in BUMD. This article also identifies the factors that cause nepotism and offers solutions in the form of selection transparency, anti-nepotism policies, independent supervision, and outreach to build a culture of meritocracy in BUMD. By overcoming nepotism, BUMD is expected to be able to create a fair and professional recruitment system, thereby supporting the achievement of optimal performance.

Pertumbuhan laba adalah peningkatan presentase keuntungan bisnis. Perubahan profit yang baik menunjukan bahwa keadaan keuangan perusahaan baik, serta meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Kinerja perusahaan dapat membaik seiring meningkatnya profit perusahaan. Penelitian ini memiliki maksud untuk memahami hal apa yang mempengaruhi Debt to Equity Ratio (DER)  dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini memakai Solvabilitas (DER), Aktivitas (TATO), terhadap Pertumbuhan laba Sampelyang digunakan yaitu 11 tahun mulai dari tahun 2012-2022. Penentuan sampel memakai teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang dipakai ialah Uji asumsi klasik (Uji normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heterokedastitas, Uji autokerasi), Regresi linear berganda (Koefisien Korelasi, Koefisien Determinasi ) Uji hipotesis ( Uji T dan Uji F ). Hasil observasi menerangkan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Total Asset Turnover tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Debt to Equity Ratio dan Total Asset Turnover secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero)
