This study aims to examine the relationship between religiosity and self-esteem with premarital sex behavior among Gen-Z in Yogyakarta. The study involved 100 respondents with the characteristics of being university students aged 17-24 years, residing in Yogyakarta, and having a tendency toward casual sex behavior. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling. The data analysis technique applied in this study was multiple linear regression. The results showed that casual sex behavior is significantly influenced by religiosity and self-esteem (p=0.029<0.05). However, religiosity alone does not have a significant relationship with casual sex behavior (p=0.078>0.05), while self-esteem has a significant relationship with casual sex behavior (p=0.012<0.05). Based on these findings, it is crucial to internalize religious values among Gen-Z. Additionally, building healthy self-esteem should be positively directed through character education that emphasizes self-achievement, thereby reducing the tendency toward casual sex behavior among Gen-Z.

Understanding scientific concepts in elementary school, particularly the topic of Earth's layers, remains a challenge due to its abstract nature. Low student interest and difficulty in visualizing geospheric structures highlight the need for more contextual and engaging learning media. This study aims to examine the effect of using audiovisual media on fifth-grade students' understanding of science concepts. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design was employed, involving two groups: an experimental class using audiovisual media and a control class using conventional methods. The analysis revealed a significant difference in concept comprehension between the two groups. Students exposed to audiovisual media demonstrated greater improvement in understanding compared to those taught through traditional methods. These findings suggest that audiovisual media effectively support students in grasping abstract concepts through engaging visual and auditory presentations. The study implies that integrating interactive learning media is essential to enhance the quality of science education in elementary schools.

Cancer is a chronic disease that poses a major challenge to global health, with increasing mortality rates. Although conventional chemotherapy has been the mainstay of treatment, this approach has limitations, including non-selectivity leading to severe side effects. Therefore, the development of longer-term cancer therapies, such as targeted therapy and immunotherapy, is of great importance. Medicinal chemistry plays a role in the discovery of bioactive compounds, including xanthones from Garcinia mangostana, which exhibit anticancer activity. This article reviews the contribution of medicinal chemistry to cancer therapy through the analysis of molecular signaling pathways and ligand-target interactions, as well as the use of computational techniques in drug design. With this approach, it is expected to improve the effectiveness of therapy and the quality of life of cancer patients.

This study explores the evolution of Islamic economic thought from its classical roots to contemporary interpretations, highlighting significant paradigm shifts and the contributions of influential figures throughout its history. During the classical era, Islamic economic thought drew heavily from the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith, as interpreted by scholars such as Abu Yusuf, al-Ghazali, and Ibn Khaldun. At the heart of this thinking are the principles of social justice, the prohibition of usury, and the need for a fair distribution of wealth. Recently, there have been important updates in Islamic economic thought, shaped by the global socio-economic context and the imperative to address modern economic problems. Key figures such as Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr and Umar Chapra have played an important role in developing a more relevant Islamic economic theory, combining concepts such as Islamic banking, macroeconomics, and entrepreneurship based on Islamic ethics.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan Kepala Sekolah juga harus memiliki keterampilan manajemen yang baik untuk mengelola dinamika tim. Dengan menangani konflik secara konstruktif, pimpinan sekolah dapat mendorong staf untuk bekerja lebih kreatif dan produktif. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan yang efektif tidak hanya menyelesaikan konflik namun juga membangun budaya sekolah yang positif. Konflik dalam lingkungan pendidikan merupakan fenomena yang kompleks dan sering kali tidak dapat dihindari. This study aims to describe the creativity of children in Group B at TK State Pembina Ki Hajar Dewantoro I Kindergarten, Kota Selatan District, Gorontalo City. The research employed a qualitative method focusing on children's creativity in Group B. The study involved 24 children from Group B and one teacher as subjects. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that the creativity of children in Group B at TK State Pembina Ki Hajar Dewantoro I Kindergarten, Kota Selatan District, Gorontalo City, could develop optimally based on several indicators. The first indicator, fluency, showed that most children were able to generate numerous ideas quickly and complete specific tasks efficiently. The second indicator, flexibility, indicated that children could create diverse ideas, provide varied answers, and explore alternative solutions. The third indicator, originality, revealed that children could produce unique and unconventional ideas or solutions and solve problems in an original manner. The fourth indicator, elaboration, demonstrated that children could expand their ideas and provide detailed descriptions of an object. The fifth indicator, redefinition, showed that children were capable of revisiting an object and solving problems related to it effectively.

The Elderly is a stage where organs reach a process of decreasing size and function over time. The elderly's ability to carry out daily activities and measure independence can be done with an Activity Daily Living (ADL) examination. ADL is an activity carried out routinely daily and included in the main activities of self-care. ADL is one of the benchmarks for assessing functional capacity by asking questions about daily activities. The purpose of the examination was to find out and identify the number of elderly people with a level of independence and dependence in the KNDJH Wonokoyo nursing home. The method used is to carry out physiotherapy examinations regarding ADL using the Katz index instrument. The results obtained mostly have a level of total independence to the lightest dependence. However, some elderly people have a level of mild dependence to full dependence.

This research aims to improve public health and economic education in Ciantra Village through stunting counseling programs, health checks, and MSME development. The methods used include counseling at Posyandu to increase awareness about stunting and the importance of routine health checks, as well as MSME bazaars accompanied by marketing training to strengthen the local economy. The results of the study showed an increase in public understanding of stunting prevention and early detection of health problems, as well as an increase in sales of MSME products after rebranding. This program is not only successful in overcoming existing health and economic problems, but also strengthens the status of Ciantra Village as an independent village. The implementation of this program can be a model for other villages in an effort to achieve community independence and welfare.

Hence, software quality becomes an important consideration as it directly affects the website's performance. For this reason, testing needs to be conducted on the DISKOMINFOTIK Bengkalis website. This research addresses 11 factors in McCall, namely Correctness, Reliability, Usability, Integrity, Efficiency, Reusability, Portability, Interoperability, Maintainability, Flexibility, and Testability. Testing is done in two ways: with testing tools and with questionnaires submitted to users and system developers. The results of testing conducted with questionnaires yield quality scores of Correctness 77,66%, Reliability 77,8%, Efficiency 79,01%, Integrity 77,31%, Usability 77,67%, Portability 77,31%, Maintainability 90%, Testability 90%, Flexibility 93,3%, Reusability 95%, Interoperability 90%, so the average quality is 84%.

IUD is highly affective non-hormonal contraceptives. This research aims to analyze the relationship between the knowledge of PUS and husband's support with the choice of IUD contraception at the Senori Tuban Community Health Center. This research is a cross sectional correlational analytic study, involving 61 respondents selected through a stratified random sampling technique. The independent variable is knowledge of PUS and the husband's support, while the dependent variable is the choice of the IUD contraceptive method. Data were collected using a questionnaire and checklist, and the relationship was analyzed using the chi square test with a significance level of α 0.05. The results showed that most 32 (52.5%) couples had good knowledge about IUD contraception, most 35 (57.4%) husbands provided support, and 35 (57.4%) couples chose the IUD as their contraception method. The analysis concluded a significant relationship between the knowledge of PUS and the husband's support with the choice of IUD contraception. It is recommended that husbands provide positive support to their wives who are KB acceptors. Additionally, they are encouraged to actively seek reliable information directly to health care providers or other sources about their family planning.
