This community service program is designed to address the need for digitalization in administrative management and improve digital literacy in schools. The main focus of the activity is training on the use of Google Workspace as an integrated knowledge management system to improve work efficiency and collaboration among staff. Problems faced by schools include the continued use of manual administrative systems and a low understanding of how to use digital platforms. The training was conducted as a workshop with a learning-by-doing approach, allowing participants to learn directly and contextually. The training material covered the operation of various Google Workspace features, such as Google Forms, Sheets, Calendar, Docs, Drive, and Meet. This activity was designed so that participants not only understand the function of each application but also are able to integrate them into daily administrative activities. The training evaluation was conducted through pre- and post-tests, which showed a significant increase in participants' technical understanding. In addition to improving digital competency, this training also encouraged a shift in work culture towards a more collaborative, efficient, and data-driven one. The program's success demonstrates that digital transformation in educational environments can be achieved through an educational, participatory approach tailored to local needs. With positive results, this activity has the potential to be replicated in other educational institutions as a sustainable strategy for cloud-based administrative management. This training is proof that adopting digital technology in schools can strengthen administrative governance comprehensively and sustainably.

The complexity of financial decision-making has intensified in the digital era due to data saturation, market volatility, and the inability of conventional models to respond to real-time and non-linear dynamics. Addressing these challenges requires the integration of intelligent systems capable of adapting to evolving financial environments. Smart finance, which combines artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, blockchain, and automation, offers transformative potential across financial services. This study synthesizes scholarly findings from 2019 to 2024 across five domains: AI-based modeling, robo-advisory applications, behavioral finance integration, decentralized finance (DeFi), and real-time risk analytics. Results indicate substantial gains in efficiency, accuracy, and personalization, yet also reveal persistent challenges, including algorithmic opacity, ethical concerns in data use, and regulatory ambiguity. Advancing smart finance demands development in explainable AI, hybrid advisory systems, and inclusive, adaptive regulation for decentralized infrastructures. The scope of the analysis is limited to peer-reviewed academic literature published in English, excluding industry reports and grey literature.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran, hambatan dan upaya yang dilakukan Inspektorat dalam penerapan Standar Audit Intern Pemerintah (SAIP) pada Inspektorat Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif yang tidak dapat diukur dengan skala numerik atau data yang disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif atau berbentuk deskripsi. Pendekatan kualitatif lebih menekankan pada proses dan makna (perspektif subjek) dalam memahami suatu fenomena yang diteliti. Topik yang diangkat memerlukan analisis berdasarkan keadaan/fakta/fenomena alam dan tidak dapat diukur dengan angka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih terdapat beberapa penerapan standar audit internal pemerintah pada Inspektorat Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara yang belum sesuai dengan Peraturan Nomor: PER-01/AAIPI/DPN/2021 tentang Standar Audit Internal Pemerintah Indonesia.

The “AntriSmecone” queuing system was implemented in the PPDB process at SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto to improve efficiency by up to 70%. However, the system encountered several issues, such as race condition conflicts in queue numbers and code execution errors caused by automatic translation. This study employs the IT-IL V3 framework, focusing on the Service Operation domain to analyze IT service management, particularly in the subdomains of incident management and request fulfillment. The research methodology includes interviews, observations, questionnaire distribution, and literature studies. The analysis results indicate that the system's maturity level is at level 4 (Managed and Measurable), with an average score of 3.74. The system has structured and monitored procedures, allowing deviations to be effectively addressed. Recommendations were formulated to optimize incident management and fulfill user requests. This study contributes to the development of the “AntriSmecone” system to ensure service quality and efficiency in the PPDB process.

This research aims to identify and analyze the role of the community in encouraging a clean and perception-free bureaucracy through collective awareness in Landbaw Village, Gisting District, Tanggamus Regency. This service is carried out through participatory methods, including counseling and outreach involving village officials and the community. The research results show that increasing collective community awareness can support the realization of a more transparent and accountable bureaucracy, as well as strengthening collaboration between the community and village officials.

Isu-isu yang berkaitan dengan perempuan masih menjadi topik menarik dalam tulisan ilmiah. Selama satu dekade terakhir, penelitian mengenai ketidakadilan gender diminati di kalangan peneliti kajian gender. Mereka menyoroti peran budaya patriarki yang tidak terelakkan. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi stereotip tentang perempuan, dan secara khusus dalam konteks Minangkabau yang menganut budaya matrilineal. Tujuannya adalah untuk mendalami dampak stereotip gender dan pengaruh budaya matrilineal terhadap peran perempuan dalam masyarakat. Artikel ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode penelitian berupa Library Research. Temuan kajian mengungkapkan bahwa stereotip gender membatasi potensi individu dalam hal akses pendidikan, partisipasi pekerjaan, dan peran dalam keluarga serta masyarakat. Ketidakadilan gender juga terlihat dalam budaya matrilineal, dengan dominasi laki-laki dalam pengambilan keputusan rumah tangga, pembagian kerja tradisional yang meletakkan beban domestik hanya pada perempuan, dan akses terbatas pada kesempatan kerja di luar rumah. Hal ini menyebabkan perempuan Minangkabau sering terjebak dalam dominasi laki-laki dan mengalami eksploitasi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan keluarga.

This research will reveal the implementation of business management using the media of literary works carried out with the aim of knowing what management functions are carried out on the business. The literary work that will be used as a source of research data is a novel entitled Kedai Bunga Kopi Karya Rere. The problem presented is about how to apply management functions to business in the novel Kedai Bunga Kopi. This research is a type of qualitative research using hermeneutic methods or interpreting texts. Researchers can check their findings by utilizing the use of existing sources, methods, and theories. The conclusions obtained show that in this study there are four management functions applied in running a business, namely planning, organizing, directing, and controlling.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of education level, business age, accounting knowledge, and accounting training on the use of accounting information in fashion SMEs in Surakarta. This research method uses quantitative methods. In this study, the data obtained was from distributing questionnaires to fashion SMEs in the city of Surakarta. The research sample collection method used the slovin method as many as 75 fashion MSME owners or managers in Surakarta City. The data used in this research is primary data. The analytical method was processed using the SPSS 25 software. The results showed that partially, education level and business age had a positive effect on the use of accounting information on fashion SMEs in Surakarta. The variables of accounting knowledge and accounting training have no effect on the use of information on fashion SMEs in the city of Surakarta.
