This research aims to determine the effectiveness of village und management in improving the development of mendalo indah village, jambi luar kota district, muaro jambi regency. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Furtherore, the research result are analyzed using the descriptive percentage ratio for the effectiveness of village fund management in the field of physical development of mendalo indah village. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research is to calculate he comparison of village fund realization with the village fund expenditure target multiplied by 100%. Based on the result of this research, the affectiveness of village fund management in improving village development in mendalo indah in 2017-2022 is the effective category. Because the level of effectiveness each year is at 90-100%

This Thesis aims to determine the effectiveness of village fund allocation in simbur naik village, muara sabak timur district, tanjung jabung timur regency. One of the goals is to find out how the village fund allocation is in simbur naik village, muara sabak timur district, tanjung jabung timur regency. This study uses a qualitative approach using a quantitative approach with data collection methods by conducting observation, interview, documentation. Effective village fund allocation management in simbur naik district in 2017-2021 is in the quite effective category. The conclusions are as follows: (1) The level of effectiveness from year to year is 2017 totaled (100%), 2018 amounted to (100%), 2019 amounted to (100%), 2020 amounted to (85,19%), year 2021 amounted to (96,06). (2) The obstacles faced by the simbur naik village government, muara sabak timur district, tanjung jabung timur regency are as follows: a). Community understanding of the allocation of village funds. b). Lack of communication between work units. c). Disbursement of village fund allocations is hampered.d). Covid-19 virus. (3). Solutions reganding the obstacles faced are as follow: a). Conducting training related to the allocation of village funds. b). Improve coordination between work units. c). Make a reserve fund.

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the perception of risk and knowledge of students on interest in Islamic stock investment in students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University Jambi. This study uses a quantitative approach to the data analysis method of Multiple Linear Regression. The results show that the perception of risk (X1) has no significant effect on investment interest (Y), so it can be concluded that Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted. Knowledge (X2) shows a significant effect on investment interest (Y), so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Meanwhile, risk perception (X1) and knowledge (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on investment interest (Y), so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The influence of these two variables is 41.1% while the remaining 58.9% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Evektifitas Alokasi Dana Desa di Desa Simbur Naik Kecamatan Muara Sabak Timur Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Sebagai tujuan diantaranya adalah mengetahui bagaimana Alokasi Dana Desa di Desa Simbur Naik Kecamatan Muara Sabak Timur Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif akan untuk menemukan ke Evektifitasannya menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. evektifitas pengelolaan alokasi dana desa di desa Simbur Naik Kecamatan Muara Sabak Timur tahun 2017-2021 berada pada kategori cukup efektif. Hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Tingkat evektifitas dari tahun ke tahun yakni Tahun 2017 dibuka (100%), Tahun 2018 dibuka (100%), Tahun 2019 dibuka (100%), Tahun 2020 dibuka (85,19%), Tahun 2021 kembali (96,06%). (2) Kendala yang dihadapi pemerintah desa Simbur Naik Kecamatan Muara Sabak Timur Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur adalah sebagai berikut: a). Pemahan masyarakat terhadap alokasi dana desa. b). Kurangnya komunikasi antar unit kerja. c). Pencairan alokasi dana desa yang terhambat.d). Virus Covid-19. (3) Solusi mengenai kendala yang dihadapi yakni sebagai berikut: a). Mengadakan pelatihan terkait alokasi dana desa. b). Mengingkatkan koordinasi antar unit kerja. c). Membuat dana cadangan. (3) Solusi mengenai kendala yang dihadapi yakni sebagai berikut: a). This study was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of firm size, leverage, and firm growth on profitability in Islamic health sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. This study was tested using 3 independent variables, namely: company size, leverage, and company growth. The dependent variable is profitability. The population used in this study is the health sector Islamic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The sample used in this study were 50 samples. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression and assisted by the Eviews 9 analysis tool. The data used is panel data. The results of this study are that the size of the company partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability, leverage has a positive and significant effect on profitability, while company growth has no effect on profitability. From the results of the simultaneous test company size, leverage, and company growth have an influence on profitability.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah financing on the profitability of Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk period 2014-2021. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%, the sample is used in this study as many as 32 data samples taken from the quarterly report of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank. The results showed that partially, mudharabah and murabahah had no effect on profitability and musharaka had no effect on profitability. Simultaneously shows that the variables mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah have an effect on profitability at Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk period 2014-2021. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that the financing of mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah on profitability has an effect of 50.2% and the remaining 49.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam which is always equated with prayer in accordance with the verse of the Qur'an Surah Al Baqarah verse 43. Zakat as a social aspect, hopes that zakat can reduce and even overcome the income gap for the rich and the poor. In addition, zakat is also expected to be able to increase or grow the economy, either at the individual level or at the social level of society in general. Zakat in the moral aspect can erode greed and greed for the rich. Whereas in the economic aspect, zakat can prevent the accumulation of wealth for a handful of people, zakat is distributed before wealth increases and is dangerous in the hands of the owner. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Jambi City. This study discusses the strategy of collecting, distributing and impacting zakat funds. This is in order to increase the potential of zakat funds collected by BAZNAS Jambi City.

The success of a business is the result that entrepreneurs want to achieve in running abusiness. A business can be said to be successful if it able to countinue to grow and generate incresed profiyd, this is certinlu influenced by factors such as how the perception of enterpreneurs in running a business. This research was conducted to see how the influence of the perception of enterpreneurs and the use of sharia principels on the success of UMKM in Bangko district, Merangin. The technique used in sampling is saturated sampling, which uses the entire population as a sample of 34 samples. The data used are primary data obtained directly through respondents using a questionnaire. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regresision using SPSS. The ruslt showed that the entrepreneurs perception had an effect on the success of UMKM and the use pf sharia principles had an effect on the success of UMKM in Bangko sub district.

ABSTRACT
                This study aims to determine how the influence of asset and debt management on firm value in the technology sub-sector on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2020. In this study, in general, explaining the total assets and total debt of several companies turned out to be fluctuating which could harm the company. This study uses a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis tools with panel data. results Based on data that has been managed using the eviews 8 application. Total assets partially affect firm value, total debt partially has no effect on firm value, total assets and total debt have a simultaneous effect on firm value.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengelolaan aktiva dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sub sektor teknologi di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Dalam penelitian ini secara umum menjelaskan Total aktiva dan total hutang dari beberapa perusahaan ternyata mengalami fluktuasi dimana dapat merugikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda dengan data panel, melakukan pengelolaan data dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang berjumlah 7 perusahaan papan utama yang menjadi sampel peneliti. Total aktiva secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, total utang secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, total  aktiva dan total utang berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
