This study aims to examine the relationship between healthy food consumption and character development in students. The research is based on the premise that healthy eating plays a vital role not only in physical well-being but also in shaping students' behavior and moral values from an early age. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, employing a theoretical and conceptual analysis design. The findings indicate a strong relationship between healthy eating habits and the development of positive character traits such as discipline, responsibility, and honesty. Based on a regression analysis simulation, healthy food consumption was found to contribute approximately 46% to character formation. These results highlight the importance of integrating healthy eating patterns into character education programs both in schools and at home. The study recommends collaboration among schools, parents, and government bodies to promote healthy eating as a foundation for building strong and positive character in young generations.

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan jumlah siswa yang mencapai ratusan ribu, guru-guru di sekolah-sekolah ini memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk generasi masa depan. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru ini adalah kurangnya akses dan pelatihan dalam menggunakan teknologi terkini, seperti AI generatif, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran mereka. Dalam konteks penulisan artikel ilmiah, banyak guru yang merasa kesulitan dalam menyusun 'State of The Art' yang merupakan bagian penting dari artikel ilmiah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pelatihan dan pemahaman tentang bagaimana cara menyusun 'State of The Art' yang baik dan benar. Selain itu, dengan semakin majunya teknologi dan informasi, guru-guru perlu memperbarui metode pengajaran mereka agar tetap relevan dan efektif. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan memanfaatkan AI generatif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Untuk mendukung peran Universitas Negeri Surabaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas literasi digital, Tim PKM Fakultas Teknik Unesa mengadakan pelatihan tentang 'Penyusunan State of The Art Artikel Ilmiah dengan Generative AI' sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru-guru SMK. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membantu guru-guru dalam menyusun 'State of The Art' yang baik dan benar, serta memanfaatkan AI generatif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dengan demikian, kualitas pengajaran di SMA dapat ditingkatkan, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak positif pada kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia.

The effort to implement good governance reflects the government's desire to apply good governance in the administration of regional government. A good government SPI can also influence the actions and activities carried out continuously by the leadership and all staff to provide adequate assurance of the achievement of organizational goals. This research was conducted to determine the effect of good governance on the performance of local government, to determine the effect of the internal control system on the performance of local government,  to determine whether the internal control system moderates the effect of good governance on the performance of local government and to understand the Islamic Economic perspective on the effect of good governance on the performance of local government  in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province. The method used employs a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, and the sample taken was 46 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. In this study, it is shown that poor governance will not affect the performance of the regional government at the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province. But the higher the internal control system in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, the more it will be able to improve the performance of the regional government, and the higher the internal control system in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, the more it will strengthen the influence of good governance on the performance of the regional government.

Push Up is a physical activity carried out by individuals that aims to strengthen the muscles of the body, namely the muscles of the arms, shoulders and chest. Designing an IOT-based detection and monitoring system with the aim of making it easier for tool users to know the number of repetitions and the number of calories used automatically. Detectoring with the help of four proximity sensors to detect motion when doing push-ups and monitoring using an android application made specifically for the device. The component used is NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller. The parameters displayed in the application include a column of push-up repetitions, a column for the number of calories used, and a graph of increasing push-up repetitions. The tool testing method was carried out 15 times for data collection with 20 push-up repetitions for each data collection. The results of the test, obtained an error percentage of 1.33%. So that this tool can help users to monitor the repetitions that have been done and find out the amount of calories used.

This study focuses on the Siberut forestry conflict in Saliguma Village, Siberut Tengah District, Mentawai Islands Regency. The Provincial Government reserves ± 20,030 hectares of land for PT-Biomass Andalan Energi for Calliandra (Calliandra Calotthyrsus), gamal (Gliricidia Sepium), and lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala) Industrial Plants. The purpose of the study was to describe the framing and basis for framing of the Saliguma Village people in the conflict with PT. BAE. Using the Symbolic Interactionism theory developed by Herbert Blummer with a qualitative research approach. Researchers collected and analyzed data in the form of words, human actions, interviewed Traditional Leaders, Village Heads, Sikebukkat Uma, land cultivators, and sympathizers of the Saliguma Village people. The results of the study rejected the investment plan to develop Industrial Plantation Forests in Saliguma Village. The Saliguma Village people framed the land as ancestral land, sacred land, land as a source of livelihood, customary land, their village is prone to flooding, and they were deceived by the company. The basis for the framing of the Saliguma Village people is the ancestral rights to the land and the sustainability of the lives of the Saliguma Village people.Letak geografis serta pola pertumbuhannya belum pernah tersentuh campur tangan manusia membuat hutan Mentawai memiliki komposisi yang khas. Implementasi pertumbuhan ekonomi penguasaan tanah melalui mekanisme pasar dan intervensi Negara. Intervensi negara bidang pertanahan dan kehutanan merubah peta penggunaan lahan di pulau Siberut. Membatasi hak warga dalam pengelolaan, memanfaatkan sumber daya alam, dan pemilikan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan framing dan dasar framing orang Desa Saliguma dalam konflik dengan PT. BAE. Menggunakan teori Interaksionisme Simbolik dikembangkan Herbert Blummer dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Peneliti mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data berupa kata-kata, perbuatan manusia, mewawancarai Pimpinan Adat, Kepala Desa, Sikebukkat Uma, penggarap tanah, dan simpatisan orang Desa Saliguma.  Hasil penelitian menolak rencana investasi mengembangkan Hutan Tananaman Indutsri di Desa Saliguma. Orang Desa Saliguma memframing tanah tersebut tanah leluhur, tanah sakral, tanah sumber mata pencarian, tanah adat, Desa mereka rawan banjir, dan mereka ditipu oleh perusahaan. Dasar framing orang Desa Saliguma adalah hak leluhur atas tanah dan keberlajutan kehidupan orang-orang Desa Saliguma.

The implementation of Sustainable Management Accounting (SMA) in developing nations is examined in this paper along with its prospects and obstacles. To achieve long-term sustainability, SMA incorporates social, economic, and environmental factors into business decision-making. SMA adoption in underdeveloped nations is hampered by issues like a lack of funding, a lack of environmental consciousness, and a lack of training and technology. SMA does, however, also have a number of noteworthy advantages, including increased operational effectiveness, better risk management, and higher standing in a global marketplace that is becoming more and more concerned with sustainability. This study examines the challenges and tactics in implementing SMA using a qualitative methodology and case studies of businesses in underdeveloped nations. It is anticipated that the results will help businesses and policymakers create and implement SMA in a way that promotes social, economic, and environmental sustainability.

The ups and downs of employee performance are due to the presence of co-workers lack of support, unpleasant bosses and demanding employees against benefits that are not met by the company. Condition This makes it difficult for the company to grow rapidly. This research aims to determine the effect between compensation and work stress on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. This research was conducted at Perum Damri Cabang Lampung Branch This study consists of independent variables, namely compensation and work stress, and the dependent variable is employee performance. Number of samples used in this study amounted to 42 respondents using the method slovine sample. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Multiple method Regression (Multiple Regression) . Data analysis using software SPSS statistics 20.0. The results of this study show in the F test (simultaneous) that compensation and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig F value of 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount of 66.041. The results of the t (partial) test of compensation have a positive effect and significant to employee performance with a sig t value of 0.003 < 0.05 and tcount value is 3.163, while work stress has no significant effect with a sig t value of 0.937 > 0.05 and the tcount value is 0.079. So it can be concluded that only variables compensation that has a significant effect on employee performance while the work stress shows the opposite result.
 

Dewasa ini perkembangan teknologi sangatlah masif terjadi. Dunia pendidikan tidak luput terkena dampak dari kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi ini. Kemajuan teknologi ini membuka potensi-potensi sumber pembelajaran lain dan tidak hanya terpusat pada guru saja. Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat ini memaksakan pembelajaran mengenai literasi digital menjadi suatu kewajiban, termasuk bagi siswa SMK. Penguasaan literasi digital akan membantu siswa SMK untuk memahami dan mengoperasikan teknologi dengan baik. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi yang sedang banyak diperbincangkan adalah ChatGPT. ChatGPT jika digunakan dengan tepat dapat membantu siswa dalam mengakses informasi, menjawab pertanyaan, dan memecahkan masalah yang terkait dengan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi siswa SMK untuk meningkatkan literasi digital mereka agar dapat memahami dan menimbang segala penggunaan teknologi yang sedang sangat berkembang. Dalam rangka mewujudkan peran serta UNESA untuk meningkatkan kualitas literasi digital, maka PKM dengan tema literasi digital dilakukan. Dengan memperhatikan permasalahan mitra mengenai dampak negatif perkambangan teknologi, termasuk chatGPT, maka PKM akan diadakan dengan format seminar. Seminar yang dilakukan berisi materi mengenai literasi digital, Artificial Intelligence, dan ChatGPT. Melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, kegiatan ini telah memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan pendekatan pembelajaran. Penggunaan teknologi terkini ini membuka pintu untuk pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan relevan dengan siswa.

The Indo Pacific region is an area rich in natural resources and has great economic potential. However, rapid economic growth and lack of awareness of environmental protection and social sustainability have led to negative impacts on the environment and society in the region. To overcome this problem, the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) concept has been widely recognized as a framework for encouraging sustainable economic growth by considering environmental, social and good governance factors. The purpose of this research is to examine how the ESG concept is applied in the development and development of the blue economy in the Indo Pacific Region, especially during Indonesia's tenure as chairman of ASEAN in 2023. In this research, we will identify the concrete steps taken by Indonesia in implementing the concept. ESG and promoting the blue economy in the region. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method. Data was processed and collected using questionnaires and library literature. The research object consisted of 50 STIE Ganesha student respondents. By analyzing the policies and initiatives launched by the Indonesian government during their leadership in ASEAN. Relevant data will be collected through literature reviews and official documents. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of Indonesia's efforts to implement ESG concepts and promote the blue economy in the Indo Pacific Region. This research limits the scope by using students' perspectives regarding the ESG concept in developing the blue economy in the Indo Pacific region. This research can also provide insight into the challenges faced and the opportunities that exist in developing a sustainable economy in this region. Relevant policy implications will also be identified to support the future development of the blue economy.

This research is a type of quantitative research with non-probability methods. The population of this study is unknown, so it uses the Lemeshow formula, and the number of samples used is 100 respondents. The data collection technique used convenience sampling with the distribution of questionnaires that had been tested for the validity and reliability of the data. The data analysis method used consisted of descriptive analysis, evaluation of the outer model, evaluation of the inner model, and evaluation of indirect effects (mediation). The data analysis tool in this study uses the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that perceived of usefulness has a positive and insignificant effect on online purchasing behavior with a significance value of 1.326 < 1.96. Perceived of usefulness has a positive and significant effect on e-wallet user satisfaction with a significance value of 2.685 < 1.96. E-wallet user satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing behavior with a significance value of 3.794 < 1.96. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on e-wallet user satisfaction with a significance value of 8.397 < 1.96. E-wallet user satisfaction has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between perceived of usefulness and online purchasing behavior with a significance value of 2.685 < 1.96.
