Abstrak:
Stick exercise training is a form of community fitness intervention aimed at improving motor skills, particularly among adults. This community service activity was carried out in RW 06, Kalibanteng Kulon Village, involving 20 participants, mostly women. The method used was direct training through a participatory approach, beginning with problem identification, followed by a pre-test, stick exercise session, and post-test. The evaluation results showed a significant improvement in participants’ motor understanding and skills, with scores increasing from 52% in the pre-test to 82% in the post-test. The 30% increase indicates the effectiveness of training methods using simple equipment like sticks. This program not only provides physical benefits but also encourages active community participation in fun, accessible, and healthy activities. Stick exercise training has proven to be an appropriate educational and preventive medium for sustainably developing motor capacity within the community.

Abstrak:
Learning assessment in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) has tended to focus on cognitive or academic aspects, while strengthening students' character has received less attention. In fact, character education is very important to shape children's personalities from an early age. This study aims to develop a learning assessment model that not only assesses aspects of knowledge, but also measures the development of students' character, such as honesty, responsibility, cooperation, and discipline. The method used is research and development with stages of needs analysis, instrument design, trials, and revisions. The results of the study show that character-based assessments can be integrated into teaching and learning activities effectively, and receive positive responses from teachers and students. The development of this assessment is expected to be a solution to support the overall goal of character education in MI.

Abstrak:
Learning assessment at the primary school and madrasah level plays an important role in supporting a holistic education process. This study aims to explore teachers' understanding of formative and authentic assessments and the challenges they face in implementing them. Data shows that around 60% of teachers still rely on written test-based summative assessments, which tend to measure limited cognitive abilities and can cause stress in students. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research involved interviews with teachers and analysis of learning documents. Results show that teachers' understanding of formative and authentic assessments greatly affects the effectiveness of their implementation. Teachers who understand the importance of formative assessment are better able to provide constructive feedback, while an understanding of authentic assessment allows them to design tasks that are relevant to the real context. Challenges such as limited training and the habit of using traditional methods are still obstacles. This study recommends the need for continuous training for teachers to improve their understanding and skills in designing more diverse and effective assessments. Thus, it is expected that assessments can create more engaging learning experiences and support students' holistic development.

Abstrak:
Character education in elementary schools (SD) is an important aspect in shaping a young generation that not only possesses intellectual intelligence but also strong moral values. This article aims to explore how the integration of character education can be applied within the context of learning in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, reviewing various sources on character education in SD and its implementation practices. The research findings indicate that character education integration can be carried out through a thematic approach in the curriculum, active learning models, and the role of teachers as role models. Challenges faced include time and resource limitations, as well as a lack of cooperation with parents and the community. As solutions, there is a need for the development of a character-based curriculum, teacher training, and the enhancement of synergy between schools, parents, and the community.

Abstrak:
Background: Dermatological conditions remain a concern worldwide, especially in Indonesia. In 2016, data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia revealed that, out of a population of 216.6 million, the prevalence of scabies varied between 4.60% and 12.95%. Adolescence is a phase in which individuals develop and show their first secondary sexual characteristics until they reach sexual maturity. Personal hygiene is an effort to live a healthy lifestyle, which includes public health and hygiene in various activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies among adolescents at Pon.dok Pesa.ntren Putri Al-Iz.zah Band.ungrejo Mrang.gen D.emak... Method This study used a cross-sectional design with 242 female students as subjects. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Spearman rank test was used to evaluate the relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies among adolescents at the Al-Izzah Islamic Boarding School, Bandungrejo, Mranggen, Demak... Results: Spearman rank test study revealed a relationship between personal hygiene and the prevalence of scabies among adolescents at the Al-Izzah Islamic Boarding School, Bandungrejo, Mranggen, Demak, with a p value of 0.000. This indicates a statistically significant correlation between personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies. The calculated R value of 0.54 indicates a moderate correlation between these variables at the institution. Conclusion There is a relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies in adolescents at the Al-Izzah Islamic Boarding School, Bandungrejo, Mranggen, Demak.

Preterm infants have suction and swallowing reflexes that are not well coordinated so that they are prone to aspiration which is characterized by a decrease in oxygen saturation during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding can be given using OGT until the baby has the full ability to switch to Direct Breastfeeding and Cup Feeding. This study used quantitative approach method with quasi experimental research design with two-group pre-test post-test control group design. Data collection was done by direct observation. The research sample amounted to 22 respondents with 11 babies in each group using consecutive sampling. Data were tested using Paired t-test and the test of differences between groups using Unpaired t-test. The results showed a significant effect between direct breastfeeding and cup feeding in premature infants (p value = 0.018; p value = 0.034). And there is no significant difference between breastfeeding through the two methods on oxygen saturation in premature babies (p value = 0.590). In conclusion, this study found that direct breastfeeding is more recommended because it has a higher impact on the oxygen saturation value of preterm infants than cup feeding. Although both have a positive effect on infant oral motor skills in preterm infants

Abstrak:
Anemia in pregnancy is a condition of pregnant women with hemoglobin (Hb) levels <11 mg/dL in the first and third trimesters while in the second trimester Hb levels <10.5 mg/dL and can be a major cause of maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. One of the causes of anemia in pregnancy is chronic energy deficiency (CED). This study aims to analyze the relationship between chronic energy deficiency and anemia in the first trimester of pregnancy. This research method is observational analytic with a cross-sectional design. The number of samples was 91 respondents with a total sampling technique. The independent variable is chronic energy deficiency. The dependent variable is anemia in pregnant women. The instrument used was a maternal cohort register. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank statistical test. The results of the study were obtained from 91 respondents who experienced chronic energy deficiency as many as 12 people. Of these, 7 mothers (58.3%) experienced anemia and 5 mothers (41.7%) did not experience anemia. Based on the results of the Spearman Rank statistical test, a significance value of 0.000 was obtained, a correlation coefficient of 0.590 with a positive direction, which means that there is a significant relationship between chronic energy deficiency and the occurrence of anemia in the first trimester of pregnancy with a fairly close relationship and a positive relationship direction. It is hoped that women of childbearing age will pay more attention to nutritional intake in order to prevent the occurrence of chronic energy deficiency as a cause of anemia during pregnancy.

The social environment of MI Al-Mahmud Kumpulrejo in recent years has been identified as having cases of verbal bullying. The school has tried to prevent verbal bullying by giving sanctions and education in every lesson, but there are still cases of bullying. The solution offered is the Formation of Petty Police to reduce verbal bullying through peer group and peer counselor methods. One of the tasks of the Petty Police is to help create a safe and comfortable school environment by maintaining order and security in the school, as well as reporting to teachers or providing counseling if cases of bullying are found so that prevention and handling can take place more quickly. The formation of the Petty Police was attended by 12 students who were selected based on criteria that had been determined together with the teacher. The PKM activities showed decreased cases of verbal bullying in the school environment through the active role of the Petty police, who carried out their duties well. In conclusion, the formation of the petty police was considered quite effective in efforts to optimize children's mental health in schoolsABSTRAKLingkungan sosial MI Al-Mahmud Kumpulrejo dalam beberapa tahun terakhir teridentifikasi memiliki kasus bullying verbal. Pihak sekolah telah melakukan upaya pencegahan bullying verbal melalui pemberian sanksi dan edukasi di setiap pembelajaran, namun masih terdapat kasus bullying verbal di sekolah. Solusi yang ditawarkan ialah Pembentukan Polisi Kecil untuk menurunkan kasus bullying verbal melalui metode peer group dan peer counselor. Salah satu tugas Polisi Kecil adalah membantu menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan nyaman dengan menjaga ketertiban dan keamanan di sekolah, serta melaporkan ke guru atau melakukan konseling jika ditemukan kasus bullying agar pencegahan dan penanganannya dapat berlangsung lebih cepat. Pembentukan Polisi Kecil diikuti oleh 12 siswa yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan bersama guru. Hasil kegiatan PKM menunjukan adanya penurunan kasus bullying verbal di lingkungan sekolah melalui peran aktif dari polisi kecil yang telah menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik. Kesimpulan, pembentukan polisi kecil dinilai cukup efektif dalam upaya optimalisasi kesehatan mental anak di sekolah.

Abstrak:
This research aims to explore and analyze the relationship between Pancasila, as the foundation of the Republic of Indonesia, and international principles of justice and equality. Pancasila, which consists of five precepts that reflect the basic values of the Indonesian nation, is expected to serve as a guideline in the application of the principles of social justice and equal rights in the international context. This study uses an analytical approach to evaluate how Pancasila aligns with various international conventions and standards related to human rights and social justice. It also discusses the challenges and opportunities in integrating Pancasila values with global norms, as well as its impact on Indonesia's public policy and international relations. The results show that while there is significant alignment between Pancasila and international principles on justice and equality, there are some challenges in its implementation that need to be addressed to ensure better harmonization between national and international norms.

This research is motivated by a lack of knowledge about sexual education and gender issues in early childhood, especially elementary school (SD) students. Sexual education and gender issues are also topics that are currently still hotly discussed and continue to be an important concern in society. Many parents and local communities still consider sexual education to be taboo for young children, especially elementary school (SD) students. The aim of this research is to find out how to change students' views about gender through comprehensive sexual education, to find out sexual education learning methods, and to find out the role of teachers and parents in supporting the success of comprehensive sexual education. This research is based on literature study, namely a series of activities related to collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing research materials. The results of this research show that comprehensive sexual education can be a very important tool in changing elementary school students' views regarding gender by providing detailed and comprehensive information. Effective learning methods in teaching comprehensive sexual education are lecture, discussion and question and answer methods. The role of parents in supporting the success of comprehensive sexual education is that parents are ready to provide sexual education to their children, providing role models and guidance, accepting questions from children and providing appropriate responses, emphasizing always respecting privacy. Meanwhile, the role of teachers includes as instructor, guide, mediator and evaluator.
