Abstrak:
The effectiveness of hypertension treatment is closely linked to blood pressure control. Ineffective treatment can lead to uncontrolled blood pressure, increasing the risk of serious complications, such as stroke, heart disease, and kidney failure. The rationality of treatment is an important factor that influences the effectiveness of therapy. Rational treatment, which is tailored to the patient's condition, can help achieve optimal blood pressure control and reduce the risk of complications. This review article aims to summarize and review the evaluation results of antihypertensive drug use in hypertension patients treated at healthcare facilities. The review process involved searching for relevant articles on Google Scholar using keywords such as evaluation, rationality, and hypertension treatment, published over the past 10 years. The review results showed that the evaluation of hypertension treatment should be assessed from four main aspects: right patient, right indication, right drug, and right dose. Hypertension treatment, whether with comorbidities or without, may involve single therapy or a combination of three drugs. Based on the data obtained, the majority of the treatments were rational in terms of right patient and right indication. However, there were still instances of inaccuracy, particularly in selecting the right drug and appropriate dosage. Inaccurate drug selection and dosing can reduce the effectiveness of treatment and increase the likelihood of adverse side effects. It is crucial to ensure that the therapy provided is suitable for the patient’s medical condition, with appropriate drug selection and dosage. Education on treatment rationality for healthcare professionals and patients is essential to optimize hypertension treatment outcomes. This approach will help improve hypertension management in the community and reduce the burden of complications caused by uncontrolled hypertension.

Abstrak:
This research report titled The Influence of Brand Image and Price on Purchase Decisions through Purchase Intention as a Mediating Variabel (Survey on McDonald’s Consumers in Surakarta). Aims to analyze the impact of brand image and price on consumers purchase McDonald’s products in Surakarta. The research untilized a quantitative descriptive method, collection data through questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents. The findings indicate that brand image does to not significantly influence purchasing decisions, whili price has a positive and signicant effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, purchase intention positively and significantly affects purchasing decisions. This research contributes to the understanding of consumer behavior in the fast-food industry, particulary in the context of McDonald’s.

Abstrak:
In the current digital era, technological advances have brought considerable changes, which can be seen in the way individuals gather information, interact, and play an active role in social life. The concept of citizenship is no longer limited to the physical world, but has expanded to the digital. In the digital sphere, everyone has rights and obligations, including maintaining communication ethics, protecting personal privacy and others, and taking part in more positive activities. As in the Islamic view, in the digital world, people must always participate and be based on sharia principles, such as honesty, responsibility, and respect for the rights of others. This study aims to examine the role of digital citizenship in the perspective of Islamic law, which uses a qualitative approach and normative analysis. The results of this study also show that there are several aspects that are influential in the digital era such as the importance of protecting personal data as part of the main objective of sharia, maintaining communication ethics by prioritizing the principles of politeness and honesty, and preventing the spread of hoax information. Islam also strongly emphasizes the importance of hate speech and bullying among virtual communities. In addition, freedom of expression in the digital sphere must be accompanied by moral responsibility to anticipate conflicts.With this understanding, Muslims are expected to contribute to creating a digital space that is safer, healthier, harmonious, and in accordance with sharia teachings

Abstrak:
This research aims to increase UMKM opportunities in Mojopilang Village. In this increasingly modern and sophisticated era, technology, especially social media, is growing rapidly and making things easier for its users. This is very profitable for looking for business opportunities, one of which is affiliate. This research uses an outreach method which includes training on how to create an affiliate account, mentoring to ensure that the training carried out can be applied, correct make-up procedures to maximize affiliate content, as well as evaluation in the form of questions and answers. This activity was carried out on December 13 2024, involving village communities, especially women and Mayjen Sungkono University students. Initial observation results show that several people in Mojopilang Village have the mindset that if they want to open a business, they must spend capital and have very little knowledge about affiliates. Through this outreach about affiliate make up, it is hoped that the village community, especially women, will understand and be interested in doing affiliate work, especially in the field of make up. The results of this evaluation can be seen from the enthusiasm of the socialization participants who were excited about the material presented and some of them even wanted to try becoming affiliates.

Reading is a highly beneficial activity for gaining information, knowledge, and insights. When the children are encouraged to develop reading habits from an early age, they are likely to grow into individuals who enjoy reading. During this crucial and education phase, children exhibit creativity, imagination, and honesty in their thoughts and emotions. However, according to UNESCO, the literacy rate in Indonesia remains relatively low. Through the use of interactive storytelling in childrens’s education, thin community service projecta aims to promote a culture of reading. The first step in the initiative involves providing media that highlight the benefits of interactive storytelling in enhancing children’s reading interest. This method is expected to offer a fun and engaging learning experience while fostering children’s creativity, imagination, and critical thinking skills. Interactive storytelling also serves as an effective teaching strategy to support the holistic development of children.

Cattle farming on the slopes of Mount Merapi is a livelihood sector that has existed for a long time, and is a tradition inherited from generation to generation. Cattle farming on the slopes of Mount Merapi or more precisely in Cangkringan District, Sleman Regency not only requires green food, but also concentrates and supplements. The provision of concentrates and supplement has been carried out by bombardment. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce another way to provide nutritions for cows, which has several advantages compared to feeding, namely giving concentrate candy. concentrate candy has several advantages, such as, it can be made using ingredients found around the farmer, and portions of the candy can be used to provide nutrition for a certain period of time, for example one month, so the farmer does not have to bother with bombardment everyday. This is the basis for carrying out community service in the form of training in making concentrate candy for cows. This community service program is implemented through a series of activities which includes socialization, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and training/simulation. The socialization was carried out with explanations by an animal nutrition expert about the ingredients and contents of the candy, and continued with discussion and practice in making candy with facilitation and supervision from the community service team and cow feed expert. With this program, it is hoped that the community will be developed, empowered, and independent, so that they can implement this program in a sustainable manner.

There are so many food and beverage (fnb) businesses competing in Indonesia, one of which is Haus! that is still surviving today. The aim of this study is to assess the impact of Brand Image, Co-Branding, and Celebrity Endorsement on purchasing decisions. The population under investigation consists of consumers of Haus! Graha Raya in South Tangerang. This study utilizes a survey method involving 96 respondents selected using non-probability sampling techniques, specifically purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26. All variables tested have met validity and reliability standards and have passed classical assumption tests, making the study deemed appropriate. The research findings reveal that Brand Image, Co-Branding, and Celebrity Endorsement have a significant impact on the purchasing decisions of Haus! Graha Raya consumers in South Tangerang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi mahasiswa tentang harapan orang tua terhadap pendidikan dengan ketakutan akan kegagalan pada mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi Universitas Negeri Semarang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi UNNES, sejumlah 38 mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala persepsi tentang harapan orang tua terhadap pendidikan terdiri dari 36 item (? = 0,971) dan skala ketakutan akan kegagalan yang terdiri dari 46 item (? = 0,943). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mempersepsikan harapan orang tuanya dalam kriteria tinggi. Adapun ketakutan akan kegagalan mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi UNNES termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan nilai r = 0,66 dengan p = 0.00 (p < 0.05) berarti ada hubungan positif antara persepsi tentang harapan orang tua terhadap pendidikan dengan ketakutan akan kegagalan pada mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi UNNES. Semakin tinggi harapan orang tua yang dipersepsi oleh mahasiswa maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat ketakutan akan kegagalan. Sumbangan efektif persepsi terhadap harapan orang tua dalam penelitian ini sebesar 43,6%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut peneliti memberikan saran bahwa orang tua diharapkan untuk lebih terbuka menerima harapan, keinginan dan ketakutan mahasiswa mengenai kehidupan akademiknya dengan cara memberikan dukungan positif berupa motivasi, perhatian dan pemahaman terhadap kelebihan dan kekurangan anak serta memberikan pemahaman bahwa orang tua mengharapkan prestasi sebaik-baiknya sesuai dengan kemampuan anak, bukan tuntutan untuk selalu unggul dan cepat menyelesaikan studi.

Indonesia faces challenges and opportunities in the digital era, where industry becomes a threat if human resources do not have sufficient skills to support this change. The digital industry offers great benefits if people have sufficient skills to engage in it. Many entrepreneurs have emerged in the digital era, generating income through online businesses or e-commerce. The use of this industry can provide optimal benefits, especially because the needs of modern humans are fast-paced and practical. Even though many people use gadgets with an internet connection, being just a spectator without actively participating in the digital era can cause losses. Sidingkat Village, which is rich in natural resource potential, especially ibus plants, has not utilized the internet optimally for development and marketing. Karang Taruna youth in this village have free time that has not been used productively. The aim of this Real Work Lecture (KKN) is to develop marketing of ibus plants and provide an understanding of online marketing media to Karang Taruna youth. The method used is the Participation Action Research (PAR) approach, which aims to increase public awareness of the potential and problems they have, as well as providing solutions through change programs. Through this approach, it is hoped that young people can be more productive and use their free time more effectively in the digital era
