Learning outcomes are a series of skills, knowledge, attitudes and values ??obtained by students in their thinking process during learning activities. This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of class X-4 students on opportunity material by applying the problem based learning model assisted by wordwall media. To see an increase in learning outcomes, classroom action research was carried out for two cycles using the method of observation and analysis of test results with research instruments in the form of pretest posttest questions in the 2023/2024 academic year. The subjects of this classroom action research were 34 students from class X-4 at SMA Negeri 9 Surabaya. The research results showed a consistent increase in learning outcomes over two cycles in the opportunity material. Before the action was taken there were 18 students who had not reached the KKM and only 16 students had completed it so the percentage of completion was 47.05% with an average learning outcome of 67.76. In the first cycle, the number of students who completed their learning outcomes reaching the KKM increased to 28 with a completion percentage of 82.35% and an average learning outcome of 78.23. In cycle II, the number of students whose learning outcomes achieved the KKM consistently increased so that there were 31 with a completion percentage of 91.17% and an average learning outcome of 89.54.

German language learning in High School (SMA) holds significant importance in the current era of globalization. The complexity of German grammar, including gendered nouns and article usage, demands innovative approaches in the learning process. This research explores innovative learning methods, focusing on the implementation of Game Based Learning (GBL) and the teaching of Nomen materials, to enhance the effectiveness of German language learning in SMA. The primary goal is to increase student participation and equip them with strong communication skills in German. Research findings indicate that integrating innovative learning methods, such as GBL, can serve as effective tools in achieving improved German language learning outcomes in SMA.

GPA (Grade Point Average) is a reflection of a person's performance while at university which is described in the form of numbers. There are several factors that influence the size of a person's GPA. One factor that may have an influence is the length of study time, because studying in any form is closely related to all lecture activities that support grades. The aim of the research is in response to the desire to understand how certain factors can influence a student's academic achievement and whether there is a relationship between GPA and length of study time. The research method used is the chi-square test of independence as a statistical method and field studies for data collection and processing. The source of research data used by researchers is students from Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University who were collected through questionnaires. Respondents will be given the choice of a GPA level of more than 3.5 or less than 3.5 and also the length of study time at a level below 2 hours and above 2 hours. Then the answers from the respondents have been collected, then the answers will then be processed and analyzed again to find conclusions. Thus, from the survey, the results of H0 were not rejected and it can be concluded that there is no association between GPA and length of study time.

This research employs an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The study is motivated by the objective to analyze the Service Quality (X1) and Patient Perception (X2) on Outpatient Patient Satisfaction (Y) at Muji Rahayu Hospital, Surabaya, involving 151 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis is conducted using statistics with the assistance of SPSS software. Based on the results of the data analysis using the t-test, it is found that partially, the variables Service Quality (X1) and Patient Perception (X2) have a significant influence on Outpatien Patient Satisfaction (Y) at Muji Rahayu Hospital, Surabaya. Then, based on the results of the data analysis using the F-test, it is revealed that simultaneously, the variables Service Quality (X1) and Patient Perception (X2) have a significant influence on Outpatient Patient Satisfaction (Y) at Muji Rahayu Hospital, Surabaya.

This research was conducted to see the impact of personal relationships on job satisfaction at Cv Permata Karya Jaya. Researchers use quantitative techniques. Quantitative research, the sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample, all employees 64 workers from all departments as a sample. The results of the study show that personal relationships (X) have a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y). In this case it proves that one way to increase employee satisfaction is by providing good interpersonal relationships. With good relationships and interactions, job satisfaction is created.

The aim of this research is to determine appropriate investment decisions for infrastructure companies listed on the IDX in 2018–2022, based on intrinsic value calculations using the P/E Ratio (PER) approach. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, using the company's annual financial report data in calculating the company's intrinsic value. This study analyzes ten company stocks, including IPCM, LINK, NRCA, PBSA, POWR, TBIG, TLKM, TOTL, TOWR, and WEGE. The results of this research show that all shares of infrastructure companies selected as research objects are declared undervalued, so buying or increasing the ownership portion of these shares is the right investment decision.

The goal of this study is to ascertain the impact of advertising attraction location choice and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on interest in purchasing condominium units in Gunawangsa Tidar Surabaya. A quantitative approach is taken in this investigation. Source data were used, as well as questionnaires for data collecting. As can be observed from the results of the multiple linear regression analysis, the analytical findings of this study demonstrate that advertising attractiveness has a substantial impact on location choice and interest in purchasing an electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) unit. Y = 5.602 0.039 0.143 0.247 . According to the linear model, location preference and interest in purchasing electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) devices grow in response to favorable advertising.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist facilities and service quality partially on customer satisfaction for travel services C.V Gass Adventure, Sidoarjo.  As well as to find out between the Tourism Facilities and Service Quality significantly influence Customer Satisfaction of C.V Gass Adventure Travel Services, Sidoarjo.  This research was conducted using a questionnaire method using a sampling technique on 100 customers who are or have used C.V Gass Adventure travel services, Sidoarjo.  The results of this study indicate that tourist facilities (X1) have a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.02 which is smaller than the significance value of ? of 0.05.  Service Quality (X2) has a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.04 which is smaller than the significance value of ? of 0.05.

Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive technique. The results of this study are based on the ratio of the number of sales after the application of social media in digital marketing runs effectively and makes sales increase.

M.PD The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee work productivity at PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) warship division. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The population that is the focus of the research is 122 employees who have worked permanently in the Warship Division of PT. PAL Indonesia (Persero). Observation data collection techniques, questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that work training (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.
