This study aims to examine the effect of effectiveness, accountability, and transparency of the management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) on the successful procurement of school facilities and infrastructure. The object of this research is all students of class XI of SMKN 6 Sukoharjo who use facilities and infrastructure at school. This study uses primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula from the total population of grade XI students, with an error rate of 5%, so that 179 respondents were obtained. Data analysis techniques used in this study include descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the effectiveness of BOS Fund management had no significant effect on the successful procurement of facilities and infrastructure, with a significance value of 0.318 > 0.05 and tcount 1.001 < 1.973. Accountability has a positive and significant effect on the successful procurement of facilities and infrastructure, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount 4.418 > 1.973. Transparency also has a positive and significant effect on the successful procurement of facilities and infrastructure, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and tcount 3.295 > 1.973.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of price and brand image on Mixue consumer loyalty in Yogyakarta.  Employing a quantitative approach with 50 respondents, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression.  Validity and reliability tests demonstrated a robust research instrument. Classical assumptions were met.  The F-test indicated a significant simultaneous effect of price and brand image on consumer loyalty (p < 0.05).  However, the t-test showed that only brand image had a significant partial effect (p < 0.05), while the effect of price was insignificant (p > 0.05).  This finding has implications for Mixue's marketing strategy in Yogyakarta, emphasizing the importance of a strong brand image.

This paper examines the influence of financial education on personal financial management practices of Generation Z. A quantitative method with a survey approach was used, involving 30 Generation Z respondents (aged 17-25 years) through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate a significant influence of financial education on wise financial management practices. Generation Z with adequate financial education tends to be more able to budget, save, invest, and avoid impulsive debt. Conversely, the lack of financial education makes them vulnerable to unwise financial decisions. This paper highlights the importance of integrating financial education into the curriculum and self-development programs to improve literacy and healthy financial practices among Generation Z. This study also discusses the challenges faced by Generation Z in managing finances in the digital era, such as a consumptive lifestyle influenced by social media and e-commerce.

Cancer is one of the medical conditions that causes many deaths in different parts of the world. Based on information obtained from GLOBOCAN, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) in 2022, there were at least 19.976.499 individuals diagnosed with cancer, and the disease caused death in 9.743.832 people. The detection of breast cancer malignancy relies on the prognosis process, requiring forecasting and automated detection to mitigate diagnostic errors. This facilitates swift and comprehensive analysis of medical data. The study employs the Neural Network, specifically the Artificial Neural Network model, implemented using python and the backpropagation algorithm. Utilizing data from the WDBC Database at the University of Wisconsin, the research achieves a 96,49% accuracy in breast cancer prediction, with an area under curve (AUC) value of 0,992, demonstrating the model's overall efficacy in accurate predictions.

The effort to implement good governance reflects the government's desire to apply good governance in the administration of regional government. A good government SPI can also influence the actions and activities carried out continuously by the leadership and all staff to provide adequate assurance of the achievement of organizational goals. This research was conducted to determine the effect of good governance on the performance of local government, to determine the effect of the internal control system on the performance of local government,  to determine whether the internal control system moderates the effect of good governance on the performance of local government and to understand the Islamic Economic perspective on the effect of good governance on the performance of local government  in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province. The method used employs a quantitative approach. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, and the sample taken was 46 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. In this study, it is shown that poor governance will not affect the performance of the regional government at the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province. But the higher the internal control system in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, the more it will be able to improve the performance of the regional government, and the higher the internal control system in the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province, the more it will strengthen the influence of good governance on the performance of the regional government.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pelayanan pajak kendaraan bermotor di Samsat Jember melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan triangulasi sumber untuk menguji keabsahan temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya transparansi diwujudkan melalui digitalisasi layanan, pemanfaatan media sosial, call center, dan sosialisasi di luar kantor, yang memberikan akses informasi lebih terbuka kepada wajib pajak. Sementara itu, akuntabilitas diperkuat melalui audit berkala, bukti pembayaran elektronik, pelatihan pegawai, dan evaluasi publik berbasis ulasan daring. Langkah-langkah tersebut menunjukkan adanya komitmen dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan integritas layanan pajak, serta membangun kepercayaan publik terhadap institusi pemerintah. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pelayanan Samsat Jember berperan penting dalam menciptakan sistem perpajakan yang adil, terbuka, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.

People with diabetes often experience ongoing anxiety due to concerns about possible complications. This condition can have a negative impact on physical, psychological, and social health. This anxiety can develop into depression. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the risk of depression in elderly people with diabetes mellitus in the Bandar Baru Health Center Working Area, Pidie Jaya Regency. The type of research used is analytical with a cross-sectional approach, while data analysis used univariate and bivariate. The population in this study amounted to 473 elderly people and the sample was 83 people with a purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the majority of respondents experienced a risk of severe depression (48.2%), there is a significant relationship between the level of family support (p value = 0.000), family function (p value = 0.000), and family role (p value = 0.000) to the level of depression in elderly people with diabetes mellitus in the Bandar Baru Health Center Work Area, Pidie Jaya Regency, so it can be concluded that family support, family function and family role are related to the risk of depression in elderly people with diabetes mellitus in the Bandar Baru Health Center Work Area, Pidie Jaya Regency.
 
 

Globally, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in 2019 was 35.6%. The prevalence of anemia in developing countries is relatively high, such as Southeast Asia at 47.8%, compared to developed countries such as America at 18.9%. Efforts that can be made to prevent anemia include education, giving pregnant women biscuits and giving Fe tablets. This activity was carried out at the Bangun Rejo Village Health Center, Dusun VII, Tanjung Morawa District. The method used in this service is to provide education directly to pregnant women at the Bangun Rejo Village Health Center. The results of this activity were carried out in stages starting from preparation to evaluation. After implementing health education, giving pregnant women biscuits and giving Fe tablets, there was an increase in knowledge and consumption of Fe. Therefore, with this community service project, it is hoped that all pregnant women can increase awareness and Fulfill nutrition and balanced nutrition, regularly consume Fe tablets.

Incidents of sexual violence in Batam City continue to pose a serious concern for both the government and the local community, demanding immediate and comprehensive responses. Despite various efforts by the government to address this issue, the prevalence of such incidents highlights the need for more effective prevention, intervention, and legal action. This article aims to assess the government's legal handling of sexual violence cases in Batam City, focusing on the legal framework and strategic actions designed to address the problem. By utilizing a legal analytical approach, this study will explore the measures implemented by the government to combat sexual violence, evaluate the role of the law in protecting victims, and analyze how the judicial system penalizes offenders. Furthermore, the article will discuss the collaboration between government authorities and the community in enhancing public awareness and addressing the root causes of sexual violence. The research emphasizes the importance of both preventative strategies and efficient legal processes to create a safer environment for all residents. The findings of this study aim to contribute to the broader discourse on combating sexual violence and improving legal responses in urban settings, with a particular focus on Batam City.

Anemia in pregnant women is the main cause of bleeding and infection which is a major factor in maternal death. A woman who experiences bleeding after giving birth can suffer from severe blood deficiency (anemia) and experience long-term health problems. With a rate of 305 per 100,000 live births, Indonesia has a high maternal mortality rate (MMR) when compared to other ASEAN countries. The MMR target is 70 per 100,000 live births in 2030, in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), 2017; WHO, 2022). Currently, the rate of anemia in pregnant women is still high. Based on 2018 RISKESDAS data, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women is 48.9%, meaning that 4-5 out of 10 pregnant women suffer from anemia. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) or Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR) is an important indicator of the level of public health and is a sensitive indicator in describing the welfare of society in a country. . This research uses a cross-sectional strategy, using numerical data through a retrospective survey with a sample of 35 people. Research Results Based on the results of statistical tests, it was found that p.value = 0.003 and α = 0.05, where the P.value (0.003) < α (0.05) there is a relationship between maternal parity and the incidence of anemia.
