Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) is a serine protease produced by the prostate epithelium. PSA is a product of prostate epithelial cells that functions to liquefy semen, thereby enhancing sperm motility. This study is an analytical study with a cross-sectional design, utilizing secondary data from the medical records of patients who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) at Dr. Achmad Mochtar General Hospital, Bukittinggi, from 2022 to 2023. The results of the study showed that the most commonly found PSA range category was 4-20 ng/ml, with a percentage of 40.2%. Furthermore, the study found that the highest average PSA levels were observed in patients with prostate cancer, with a mean value of 53.39 ng/ml. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that monitoring PSA levels plays a crucial role in the early diagnosis and management of prostate cancer and can serve as an important reference in future prevention and treatment efforts.

Dental and oral health problems are still a major challenge for early childhood, especially due to the lack of knowledge and skills in brushing teeth properly. This study aims to determine the effect of the snakes and ladders game as an educational method in improving the knowledge and skills of brushing teeth of early childhood at Ar-Rahimah Kindergarten, Jambi City. This study used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample was 40 Ar-Rahimah Kindergarten students. The research instruments were knowledge questionnaires and skill observation sheets. The intervention given was a snakes and ladders game that had been modified with educational content related to dental health, accompanied by a demonstration using a tooth phantom. Analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test showed that there was a significant effect between before and after treatment on knowledge (p = 0.000) and skills (p = 0.000). The conclusion of this study is that the snakes and ladders game media can improve the knowledge and skills of brushing teeth of early childhood. It is recommended that the use of snakes and ladders game media can be used as an innovative approach in children's dental health education.

Background: Low back pain (LBP) is still one of the health problems, including in the dental profession. Doctor Dentists have a risk of experiencing Low Back Pain (LBP) when viewed from their static work activities. work activities that are static. The purpose of this study was to determine relationship between ergonomic factors and complaints of Low Back Pain (LBP) in general dentists practicing independently in Jambi City. general dentists practicing independently in Jambi City. Methods: This study is a quantitative study with an observational observational research design and using a cross sectional research design. The study population was general dentists practicing in Jambi City, totaling 204 people. Respondents in this study 70 people. Data collection using the ODI questionnaire for measurement LBP measurement, fingertip pulse oximeter for measurement of workload, Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) for work posture measurement, vibration meter for vibration measurement, and lux meter for lighting measurement. Data analysis using chi-square statistical test version 24. Results: The results showed the prevalence of complaints of Low Back Pain (LBP) in dentists was 60%. dentists amounted to 60%. The statistical test results show that the variables workload (p=0.000 <0.05), work posture (p=0.000 <0.05), length of work (p = 0.000 < 0.05), repetition (p = 0.003 < 0.05), lighting (p = 0.415 > 0,05). Dental and oral health problems in early childhood in Indonesia are still a serious concern. This study aims to determine the effect of audiovisual media on improving the knowledge and skills of brushing teeth of early childhood in An-Nahl Kindergarten, Jambi City. The research method used a quasi-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample of this study was 40 children aged 4-5 years, taken using a total sampling technique. The research instruments included a knowledge questionnaire and an observation sheet for brushing teeth skills. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge scores from 3.03 to 7.33 and skills from 2.43 to 6.80 after being given an intervention in the form of audiovisual media. In conclusion, audiovisual media is effective in improving the knowledge and skills of brushing teeth of early childhood.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebutuhan siswa dan guru terhadap e-book bermuatan kearifan lokal proses pembuatan batu bata sebagai tambahan perangkat pembelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode survei. Pengumpulan data manggunakan kuesioner analisis kebutuhan dan wawancara. Angket analisis kebutuhan diberikan kepada 107 siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Cepu dan 15 guru fisika SMA/MA se-Kota Cepu. Wawancara dilakukan kepada tiga orang guru fisika yang terdiri dari; 1 guru fisika SMA Negeri 1 Cepu, 1 guru fisika SMA Negeri 2 Cepu, 1 guru fisika SMA At-Tajdid Cepu. Teknik analisis data kuesioner menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif sementara untuk analisis data wawancara menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini pada indikator kesulitan yang dialami oleh siswa pada materi pembelajaran fisika sebesar 87% menurut guru dan 70% menurut siswa, sehingga hasil belajar hanya 10% guru merasa puas, namun sebanyak 70% siswa merasa puas. Sebanyak 25% guru berpendapat bahwa materi fisika yang terdapat dalam buku teks kurang menarik, sementara 45% siswa menyampaikan menarik. Sebanyak 100% guru belum pernah mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal batu bata dalam pembelajaran fisika, dan 100% siswa mengungkap belum pernah mendapatkan materi fisika yang menjelaskan terkait hal tersebut. Hasil berikutnya 79% guru mengetahui mengenai e-book yang bersifat interaktif, namun jarang di terapkan pada siswa. Sehingga 95% guru dan 87% siswa sepakat untuk menggunakan e-book fisika yang bermuatan kearifan lokal proses pembuatan batu bata

Dengue fever is still one of the main health problems that threaten people in Indonesia, including Jambi City. Tahtul Yaman neighbourhood, Jambi Province is one of the residential areas that has dengue fever data. In general, most residents use water tanks, the environment looks less clean, and there are still puddles and water reservoirs in the homes of some residents. This activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding to the community about dengue fever and its mitigation strategies, with an emphasis on prevention through vector control, especially the Aedes aegypti mosquito. This counselling will be focused on the Tahtul Yaman Village community. The method used was lecture method and interactive discussion using powerpoint, posters and leaflets on DHF and 3M Plus. After the education, there was an increase in knowledge reaching 89.25%. It is suggested that prevention efforts should focus on controlling the larval population and minimising mosquito breeding sites. Mosquito eradication programmes such as 3M Plus need to be carried out routinely and involve the active participation of the entire community. Effective dengue prevention will create a healthier and safer environment for the community.

Hypertension is a chronic disease characterized by increased arterial blood pressure. Hypertension cannot be avoided, including in vulnerable groups such as the elderly because as age increases, the risk of hypertension increases so appropriate treatment is needed. Hypertension treatment can be done pharmacologically or non-pharmacologically. Non-pharmacological therapy in this case is foot soak therapy in warm water mixed with salt and lemongrass. The aim of the research is to implement warm water foot soak therapy with salt mixed with lemongrass for hypertensive patients into nursing care. The method used was descriptive with a killing process approach in 3 patients with a one group pretest posttest research design. The results of the warm water foot soak therapy mixed with salt and lemongrass showed a reduction in blood pressure, namely Mrs. N from 148/72mmHg to 138/64mmHg, Mrs. /85mmHg. In conclusion, there was a decrease in blood pressure after the foot soak therapy in warm water mixed with salt and lemongrass.

Education is something that is considered important in everyone's life. Unfortunately, many people are not fortunate enough to receive an education. This is due to poverty. From this, the government finally set regulations through Law No. 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education which authorizes the government to realize justice, affordability, and equity in obtaining quality higher education related to the benefits of social progress, prosperity, and independence. Therefore, the government finally issued the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) policy to overcome this problem, because there are still many students who are still in school but drop out because of financial problems. The purpose of this research is to see how the management of the KIP Lecture scholarship at IAKN Tarutung. This research method was conducted with the philosophy of postpositivism, investigating the state of natural objects and using a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling. The KIP college scholarship at IAKN Tarutung provides an opportunity for students who excel but have economic limitations to get higher education in college.
