Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong generasi milenial dan Gen Z di Indonesia untuk aktif berinvestasi melalui instrumen berbasis teknologi. Namun, keputusan investasi mereka masih dipengaruhi oleh bias perilaku seperti overconfidence, herding, dan loss aversion, yang berdampak pada tingkat toleransi risiko keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh ketiga jenis bias tersebut terhadap toleransi risiko serta membandingkan perbedaannya antara Milenial dan Gen Z. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei kepada 500 responden dari kedua generasi, menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert 5 poin. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui SmartPLS, termasuk uji multi-group analysis untuk membandingkan antar generasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa overconfidence meningkatkan toleransi risiko, sementara loss aversion menurunkannya. Pengaruh herding bervariasi di antara kedua generasi, menunjukkan perbedaan karakteristik perilaku investasi. Temuan ini memperkaya literatur perilaku keuangan dengan konteks lokal dan menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan edukasi keuangan yang disesuaikan dengan profil generasi. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini membuka peluang pemanfaatan teknologi, termasuk kecerdasan buatan (AI), untuk membantu investor muda dalam mengenali dan mengelola bias perilaku serta meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan keuangan yang lebih rasional dan adaptif di era digital.

Savings and loan cooperatives play an important role in strengthening the community's economy, especially in the micro and small sectors. However, many cooperatives face various challenges related to proper financial management and recording. Limited human resources and lack of understanding of relevant accounting standards are the main obstacles. This community service aims to increase understanding and application of SAK ETAP (Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability) in the Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Inti Dana Semarang.  The methods used include training, mentoring, and evaluation of the implementation of  SAK ETAP. The results of this program show an improvement in the quality of financial reports and transparency in cooperative management. This initiative has a positive impact on member trust and the sustainability of cooperative businesses

Employee engagement is a crucial factor in organizational success, particularly in the dynamic and competitive technology sector. Traditional approaches, such as financial incentives, often fail to create sustainable intrinsic motivation, necessitating innovative solutions such as gamification. This study aims to analyze the role of gamification in enhancing employee engagement through the implementation of digital platforms in medium-sized technology companies. The research employs a case study methodology with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with 15 informants, including employees and managers, as well as user activity data analysis from the gamification platform. The findings indicate that gamification significantly improved employee engagement, with the proportion of employees exhibiting "High" engagement levels increasing from 25% to 60%, and "Very High" levels rising from 10% to 35%. Conversely, the "Very Low" category decreased from 15% to 5%. These results suggest that gamification elements such as rewards, challenges, and team collaboration fulfill employees’ psychological needs and create a more dynamic and productive work environment. This study contributes to the literature by providing insights into the effectiveness of gamification in the technology sector and offering practical recommendations for organizations to design relevant and sustainable gamification platforms. In conclusion, gamification is a promising strategy for enhancing employee engagement, provided that its elements are tailored to individual preferences and the technological readiness of the organization

This study examines the implementation of machine learning (ML) in predicting sales performance and managing inventory in manufacturing companies. The results indicate that ML, particularly neural networks, significantly improves sales prediction accuracy, reaching 92.5%, while enhancing operational efficiency through a 20% reduction in storage costs and faster distribution. The study also highlights the positive impact of ML on profitability, with companies reporting a 15% increase in net profits after adopting ML. However, challenges such as data quality and system integration remain, requiring companies to focus on data cleansing and technological infrastructure. The results suggest that ML can provide substantial long-term benefits in improving business operations, especially when quality data and appropriate algorithms are used, making it a crucial tool for companies aiming to enhance competitiveness in the digital era.

In the current digital age, the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into organizational communication has gained growing significance as a means to improve employee productivity and overall performance. This study aims to evaluate the impact of AI implementation on workplace communication processes and how it affects productivity as well as collaboration across divisions. The method used in this research is an experimental approach, involving the analysis of company conditions before and after AI implementation, along with a survey to gauge employees' perspectives on the effectiveness of this technology. The findings show that AI adoption significantly improves decision-making speed, communication effectiveness, and employee productivity. Furthermore, the study identifies challenges faced by employees in adapting to new technology, such as resistance to change and the need for training. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that while AI offers many benefits, the success of its implementation largely depends on the organization's readiness and the support provided to employees. This research provides valuable insights for companies in designing effective AI adoption strategies to improve communication quality and organizational performance.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan dan manakemen keuangan  dalam beberapa hal mencatat transaksi keuangan antara lain harga beli pertama kali, harga waktu djual, selisih kerugian jika tidak laku, dan serta menghitung laba rugi keuntungan atau kerugian sederhana bagi para pelaku UMKM di sekitar Kelurahan Pendrikan Lor, Semarang Tengah, Kota Semarang. Pendekatan ceramah yang menggunakan media visual sebagai alat pendukung, dan dilengkapi dengan sesi tanya jawab, terbukti sangat efektif dalam menyampaikan materi tersebut.

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan oleh STIE AKA Semarang yang bekerja sama dengan Desa Duren Kecamatan Bandungan Ungaran dengan sasaran perangkat pemerintahan desa adalah bentuk ceramah dengan media visual. Hasil ceramah pengabdian pada masyarakat mengungkapkan bahwa Desa Duren masih memiliki pengetahuan yang minim tentang pengalokasian dana desa.
