This study aims to analyze the effect of certification and motivation on teacher performance. The location of this research was carried out at public high schools in the Kayuagung District. This type of research is quantitative research with a research design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was a total of all teachers in public high schools in the Kayuagung District, consisting of 122 teachers. data collection technique using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptive quantitative analysis techniques, and multiple regression. The results of this study state that 1) there is a significant influence between school teacher certification on the performance of public high school teachers in the Kayuagung District; 2) there is a significant influence between motivation on the performance of State Senior High School teachers in the Kayuagung District; 3) there is a significant effect of teacher certification and motivation together on the performance of teachers in public high schools in the Kayuagung District. These results suggest that the higher the qualification of a certified teacher, the higher the performance. Then, motivation within the teacher will have an impact on teacher performance.

The issue of plastic waste in Indonesia has reached a critical level, with an annual production of 64 million tons. To address this challenge, an educational approach that integrates practical and meaningful aspects, especially for the younger generation, is necessary. This study implements Project-Based Learning (PjBL) with an upcycling approach to enhance students' environmental awareness, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit. The methods used include socialization and hands-on practice, where students are encouraged to create economically valuable products from plastic and paper waste. This activity involved 36 teenagers divided into groups to produce upcycled products such as plant pots and pencil holders. The results of this project indicate an increase in students' awareness and skills in waste management, as well as the creation of upcycled products with market value. This study further confirms that project-based learning can positively impact environmental and entrepreneurial education in schools, aligning with the goal of nurturing a generation that is both environmentally conscious and economically self-sufficient.

Currently, corruption is a very worrying problem. The rampant acts of corruption not only affect adults, but also students. Apart from curative action, in the form of providing sanctions, both criminal and administrative, to perpetrators of corruption. It is also important to take preventive action against acts of corruption. This preventive action is taken to prevent corruption in the future. Preventive measures can be taken for adults and students. Providing education on anti-corruption values among students is one of these preventive steps. Starting from this, the authors who are members of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) group organized anti-corruption values education for students at SMA Negeri 109 Jakarta. Through this education, the author also conducted research on the effectiveness of corruption education in terms of preventive measures for corruption. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. This research involved 80 respondents from students at SMA Negeri 109 Jakarta. The majority of respondents expressed the effectiveness of the education that the author held.

Corruption has been a well-known problem in Indonesia for a long time. News of corruption cases often becomes a hot topic, especially in this digital age where information spreads rapidly. Unfortunately, statistics show that public reaction to corruption cases in 2024 was more permissive than in the previous year. This is undoubtedly a hindrance in realizing the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045. Therefore, as one of the efforts, a socialization on law enforcement and anti-corruption was conducted at SMA Negeri 34 Jakarta on October 15, 2024, aiming to create a young generation that is law-abiding and anti-corruption. In this activity, students were invited to understand corruption in depth, including the legal basis, the impact of corruption, and how to prevent the seeds of corruption from an early age. Using an interactive and engaging approach, as well as examples of familiar corruption cases, students not only learned about the law, but also developed an awareness of the importance of maintaining integrity in their daily lives.

This research aims to analyze the role of Driving Teachers in helping to make the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum successful in the 19 Peninjauan Elementary Schools (SD). The Independent Curriculum is an educational policy that aims to provide freedom to educational units in designing learning that is more flexible, meaningful and in accordance with the needs of students. Mobilizing Teachers, as agents of change, are expected to play an important role in the successful implementation of this curriculum. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a literature review approach. The results of the research show that the Mobilization Teacher at SDN 19 Peninjau acts as a learning facilitator, leader of change, and motivator for his colleagues in the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Mobilizing Teachers not only focus on teaching in the classroom, but also play an active role in developing the professionalism of other teachers and establishing a school culture that supports the principles of the Independent Curriculum. However, challenges such as limited resources, uneven understanding of the Independent Curriculum, and resistance to change are still the main obstacles.

Data security is an important aspect of information systems, especially in the widely used windows operating system environment. Modern encryption technology offers a variety of ways to increase data protection from security threats. This method utilizes literature insights and comparative analysis of various cryptographic techniques applied to the Windows operating system. Data sources were obtained from academic journals, books and technical documents from Microsoft and cyber security institutions. This article describes various modern cryptographic techniques that can be applied to the Windows operating system, including symmetric and asymmetric algorithms and end-to-end encryption. Protocol implementation security. This research also examines the effectiveness of cryptographic techniques in overcoming cyber security threats and provides the best recommendations for improving data security. It also provides a comparative analysis of various cryptographic techniques implemented in Windows operating systems. This study shows that evaluating encryption techniques can help overcome cyber threats and provide optimal solutions to improve data security. Since technology revolutionized the world, business transformation has been total, especially in developed countries. As a result, the country's leaders adopted an unprecedented policy of implementing technology in all areas. This has resulted in almost all activities in the world using technology to continue operations, even though it is not yet fully ready. Including the application of technology in increasingly digital education, enabling the education industry to be sustainable, more affordable, and achieve optimal goals. Specifically, this research aims to understand how technology is applied in the governance of Islamic education. For this purpose, we used electronic data searches via Google Scholar and other applications. Analysis is carried out using system coding, evaluation and in-depth interpretation of the data to produce valid and reliable findings. This study used a qualitative data review design on publications published between 2010 and 2021 to obtain the most recent data. Based on the discussion of the data findings, it can be concluded that the management of Islamic educational institutions appreciates the use of digital technology or websites in graduate preparation programs that balance world interests and preparation for the hereafter, with a focus on shared knowledge and skills improvement (upskill).

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profit persistence, book tax differences, and capital structure on the earnings response coefficient in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research time period used is 5 years, namely the period 2018-2022. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Based on the established criteria, 13 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that Profit Persistence influences the Earning Response Coefficient. Book Tax Different and Capital Structure have no effect on the Earning Response Coefficient.
 
 

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of Geogebra learning media in solving math problems among students. The method used in this study is the literature review method with a qualitative approach, which involves a literature review of library sources such as books, articles, journals. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting literature studies and distributing questionnaires and test questions given to 10 students from class 4C in the 4th semester of Mathematics Education at Indraprasta University PGRI, who were considered to represent the entire research subject. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analytic by collecting data then compiling, analyzing and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Geogebra is less effective in solving mathematical problems due to lack of knowledge about Geogebra and low interest in using Geogebra.

In Indonesia, wage differences often occur between men and women, people of different religions/beliefs, and people of different skin colors, this wage difference is called the wage gap. This wage gap can occur when two people in the company do the same job at the same level of skill/position but the amount of wages received is not the same, this type of arbitrage situation is considered discriminatory. Even so, the wage gap is still rife in Indonesia. The purpose of this article is to understand the causes of wage gaps, to know the Tax Law that Regulates Gender-Based Taxation, and to find out wages for workers in view of the legal perspective in Indonesia. The research method used by the author in this study is normative juridical, which is carried out by examining literature materials or secondary data, and analyzed with a qualitative approach.  Gender differences exist in almost every country in the world, but with these gender differences there is a wide range of discrimination. One of the widespread discrimination is related to wages or income obtained from a job. Men and women do the same job but generate different incomes. In the context of wages, Indonesia is still unable to set wages that are in accordance with the principles of living wages based on human rights. It can be concluded that the wage gap and differences in tax payments between genders are complex issues and must be addressed through a holistic approach involving various factors. Through the joint efforts of all parties, we can create a more just and equitable society for all people, regardless of gender.
