Abstrak:
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecemasan dan dukungan sosial dengan resiliensi pada taruna tingkat 1 Akademi Kepolisian dengan koping stress sebagai variable intervening. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 76 Taruna tingkat 1 Akademi Kepolisian usia 18-21 tahun yang sedang menjalani masa awal pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif potong lintang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampel purposive sampling. Perihal pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menggunakan Skala kecemasan Ignatia, Skala dukungan sosial Yuventa, Skala resiliensi Reivich dan Shatte, dan Skala koping stres Lazarus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis atau analisis jalur. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada hubungan negatif antara kecemasan dengan koping stress, (2) Ada hubungan positif antara dukungan sosial dengan koping stress, (3) Ada hubungan positif antara koping stress dengan resiliensi taruna tingkat 1, (4) Ada hubungan negatif antara kecemasan dengan resiliensi taruna tingkat 1 yang dimediasi dengan koping stress, (5) Ada hubungan positif antara dukungan sosial dengan resiliensi yang dimediasi dengan koping stres. Terdapat hubungan antara kecemasan dan dukungan sosial dengan resiliensi pada taruna tingkat 1 Akademi Kepolisian dengan koping stress sebagai variable intervening.Kata kunci: dukungan sosial, kecemasan, koping stres, resiliensi.

<em>This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between parenting perception and emotional regulation in regional students of the Faculty of Psychology class of 2020, Semarang University. In this study, the hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between the relationship between parenting perception and emotional regulation in regional students of the Faculty of Psychology, class of 2020, Semarang University. The more positive the perception of parenting in regional students, the higher the emotional regulation in regional students. This research involved regional students of the Faculty of Psychology class of 2020 as research subjects. The data analysis used in this study used the Product Moment Correlation Technique. This research data was collected using two scales, namely the emotion regulation scale and the parenting perception scale. Data analysis was carried out using the person correlation test obtained using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program version 20. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between parenting and emotional regulation in regional students of the Faculty of Psychology batch 20. With a correlation person = 0.001 with a correlation value of 0.336. Thus, the hypothesis in this study is accepted</em>.

Abstrak:
<em>This research aims to determine the relationship between self-adjustment and happiness in adolescent students at the Asy-Syarifah Mranggen Islamic Boarding School. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that there is a positive relationship between self-adjustment and happiness in the students of the Asy-Syarifah Mranggen Islamic Boarding School. The more adaptive the adjustment, the higher the happiness of the students at the Asy-Syarifah Mranggen Islamic Boarding School, and vice versa. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The characteristics of the respondents in this study were students at the Asy-Syarifah Mranggen Islamic Boarding School with an age range of 12-15 years and a maximum length of stay at the Islamic boarding school of 1 year. Data collection was carried out using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Research data was collected using two scales, namely the Happiness Scale and the Personal Adjustment Scale. The data analysis method was carried out using Product Moment and the results of the research showed that there was a positive relationship between self-adjustment and happiness in the students of the Asy-Syarifah Mranggen Islamic Boarding School and the correlation coefficient value r?? = 0.551 with a p value < 0.001 was obtained, so the hypothesis in this study was accepted.</em>

Abstrak:
<em>This research aims to determine the relationship between peer conformity and emotional regulation with aggressive tendencies in students. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that there is a positive relationship between peer conformity and aggressiveness. The higher the peer conformity score, the higher the aggressiveness, and vice versa and there is a negative relationship between emotional regulation and aggressiveness. The higher the emotional regulation, the lower the aggressiveness, and vice versa. The subjects in this research were 75 students, including 25 students from Diponegoro University, 25 students from Semarang State University, and 25 students from Semarang University. Likewise, the characteristics of student respondents who have been aggressive, aged 18-25 years. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Research data was collected using three scales, namely the Aggressiveness Scale, Peer Conformity Scale, and Emotion Regulation Scale. Data analysis was carried out using hierarchical correlation analysis. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between peer conformity and emotional regulation and aggressive tendencies with a value of R square = 0.143 and p = 0.004 (p<0.05), so the hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between peer conformity and emotional regulation and aggressive tendencies in student.</em>

<em>This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and psychological well-being in mothers who have children with special needs at the Klinik Tumbuh Kembang Yamet CDC Semarang. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between social support and psychological well-being in mothers who have children with special needs at the Klinik Tumbuh Kembang Yamet CDC Semarang. The higher the social support, the higher the psychological well-being for 41 mothers who have children with special needs at the Klinik Tumbuh Kembang Yamet CDC Semarang, and vice versa. The respondents in this study were mothers who had children with special needs who were being treated at the Semarang Growth and Development Clinic. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique (simple sampling). The research data was collected using two scales, namely the Psychological Well-Being Dimension in Mothers Who Have Children with Special Needs and the Social Support Scale. Data analysis was carried out using the Product Moment Correlation technique. The results showed that there was a negative relationship between social support and psychological well-being in mothers who had children with special needs with rxy values = -0.507, p = 0.001 (p< 0.01), so the hypothesis in this study was rejected</em>

<em>This study aims to empirically examine the effect of emotion regulation on work stress in employees of the Nutrition Installation of Telogorejo Hospital Semarang using quantitative research methods. The hypothesis proposed in this study is the negative influence between emotional regulation and employee work stress. The higher the emotional regulation, the lower the employee's work stress, and vice versa. The sample was taken as many as 55 employees, with saturated sampling techniques. The research data was collected using two scales, namely the Work Stress Scale and the Emotion Regulation Scale. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression test processed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) for Windows Version 20 program. The results showed that there was a negative influence between emotional regulation and employee work stress, with Y = -7.523. Thus, the hypothesis proposed in the study was accepted</em>

<p><strong>Abstract. </strong>The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the need for powe) and cyberbullying behavior in high school adolescents in SMAN 1 Boja. The population in this study were teenagers in Boja. The sampling technique in this study used a cluster random sampling technique and obtained a research sample of 116 people. The measuring instrument in this study consisted of two scales. The cyberbullying behavior scale consists of 64 items with a reliability coefficient of 0.938 and the toxic parenting consists of 32 items with a reliability coefficient of 0.695. The analysis technique in this study uses product moment correlation. The results of the analysis of the hypothesis can be seen that there is a significant positive relationship between the toxic parenting and cyberbullying behavior, namely by knowing rxy = 0.448 with significance = 0.000 (p <0.01). The result of the effective contribution of toxic parenting on cyberbullying is 20.1%. while the remaining 79.9% is explained by other factors outside the study that can influence cyberbullying behavior. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the toxic parenting can increase cyberbullying behavior in high school teenagers in the city of Semarang.</p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> toxic parenting, Cyberbullying, highschool teens</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong>Abstrak. </strong>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara toxic parenting dengan perilaku cyberbullying pada remaja SMA N 1 Boja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja di Boja. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dan didapatkan sampel penelitian 116 orang. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua skala. Skala perilaku cyberbullying terdiri dari 64 aitem dengan koefisien reliabilitas 0,938 dan toxic parenting terdiri dari 32 aitem dengan koefisien reliabilitas 0,695. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis terhadap hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara toxic parenting dengan perilaku cyberbullying, yaitu dengan diketahui rxy = 0,448 dengan signifikansi = 0,000 (p<0,01). Hasil sumbangan efektif toxic parenting terhadap cyberbullying adalah sebesar 20,1%. sedangkan sisanya 79,9% dijelaskan oleh faktor lainnya di luar penelitian yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku cyberbullying. Berdasarkan dari hasil ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa toxic parenting dapat meningkatkan perilaku cyberbullying pada remaja SMA di kota Semarang.</p><strong><em>Kata kunci:</em></strong><em> toxic parenting, perilaku cyberbullying, remaja SMA</em>

Abstrak:
<p>This study aims to determine the relationship between social support with stress through positive thinking in patients with hypertension. The population in this study was patients with hypertension in the Salatiga City Hospital with a total of 50 subjects through incidental sampling. The measuring instrument used is a scale. The results of the correlation test showed that was is a significant effect between social support variables on the stress scale variable (β=-0.541) because it has a p value of (0.002) which is smaller than the significance value of (0.05). Social support is able to influence positive thinking by having a regression coefficient (β) of 0.394 and very significant for positive thinking with a P-value of 0.01 which means <0.05. positive thinking has a positive effect by having a regression coefficient (β) -0.565 and very significant to stress with a P-value of 0.00 which means > 0. The social support variable is able to significantly influence the stress variable with and without the positive thinking variable so that it can be said that the positive thinking variable is a partial mediation variable on the social support variable.</p>

Abstrak:
<p>Quarter life crisis umumnya dialami pada masa dewasa awal, ketika seseorang berusia antara dua puluhan sampai dengan tiga puluhan, namun kenyataannya tidak menutup kemungkinan juga bagi dewasa awal yang berusia lebih dari tiga puluh tahun untuk masih dapat mengalami fase ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris berbagai gambaran manifestasi dari perilaku-perilaku akibat pengalaman masimg-masing individu dalam menghadapi fase quarter life crisis mereka serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang memungkinkan dapat memicu munculnya problem-problem baru sehingga menyebabkan quarter life crisis tidak kunjung berakhir pada dewasa awal akhir dengan rentang usia 25 hingga 35 tahun terutama pada perempuan yang belum menikah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan case study dimana data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan subjek penelitian beserta informannya. Subjek penelitian adalah perempuan berusia dewasa awal antara 25 hingga 35 tahun yang belum menikah berjumlah tiga orang dengan informan penelitian masing-masing subjek berjumlah tiga orang. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa quarter life crisis yang dialami oleh keseluruhan subjek termanifestasi dalam perasaan terjebak pada permasalahan yang sama dan tidak kunjung berakhir terkait dengan permasalahan kemapanan, kemandirian, pencarian pasangan, serta kesulitan dalam mewujudkan idealisme diri sendiri sedangkan faktor-faktor yang dapat memicu munculnya problem baru bagi mereka pada fase ini diantaranya karena kurang percaya pada kemampuan diri sendiri, adanya persepsi yang negatif terhadap diri sendiri serta pengaruh dari penggunaan media sosial yang mengakibatkan munculnya perilaku membandingkan pencapaian diri dengan pencapaian orang lain.<br /><br /></p>

<p><strong>Abstrak. </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirirs hubungan antara dukungan sosial orangtua dengan kedisiplinan pada peserta didik SMP Hasanuddin 10 Kota Semarang. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan sosial orangtua dengan kedisiplinan pada peserta didik SMP Hasanuddin 10 Kota Semarang. Semakin besar dukungan sosial dari orangtua, maka semakin tinggi kedisiplinan pada peserta didik, demikian pula sebaliknya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 107 orang yang merupakan peserta didik dari SMP Hasanuddin 10 Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Analisis dara dilakukan menggunakan teknik Spherman’s rho Corellation. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan adanya korelasi sebesar 0,333 dengan p = < 0,01. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan sosial orangtua dengan kedisiplinan pada peserta didik, sehinggga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.</p><p><strong><em>Katakunci: Kedisiplinan pada Peserta Didik, Dukungan Sosial Orangtua</em></strong></p>
