An important effort to preserve the ecosystem is the replanting of mangrove seedlings in Wonorejo Village, Surabaya. This activity not only focuses on environmental preservation but also seeks to increase economic potential through processing mangrove products, such as mangrove syrup. The purpose of this activity is to increase public awareness of the importance of protecting the environment and the use of mangrove fruit as a basic ingredient for making syrup, which is very nutritious and economically beneficial. The method used is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. This method includes location selection, selection of mangrove types, socialization, and community involvement and training during the planting and processing process. The results of the activity show that the community is more aware of the importance of preserving the environment and improving the local economy through the use of mangrove syrup products, which helps the sustainability of the mangrove ecosystem and progress in local products.

The purpose of this study is to design and build a garden fence made of wood and recycled bottles in an effort to develop an environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution. In addition to functioning as a room divider, this garden fence can also be used as a decorative component to add to the aesthetic appeal of the garden. This study examines the structural strength, material durability, and aesthetic value of the fence building using wood and recycled bottles. The method used in this activity is the ABCD method, the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach method which is a mentoring method that prioritizes the utilization of assets and potentials around the community. This research method also evaluates the environmental impact and cost efficiency of using recycled materials. The results of the study show that a fence made of wood and recycled bottles can be a practical and attractive choice for a garden plan. This fence not only supports the management of plastic bottle waste, but also provides a smart solution that is financially efficient and affordable.

Leadership in education plays a crucial role in creating an environment that supports the development of both character and academic quality in students. One relevant leadership model is that of Prophet Muhammad SAW, who emphasized moral values, closeness to the community, consultation, and setting a good example. In this era of globalization, education that is both character-driven and competitive requires leaders who focus not only on academic aspects but also on integrating noble values to shape superior individuals. Therefore, it is essential to explore the principles of Prophet Muhammad SAW’s leadership as a solution to the challenges in today’s education. This study aims to analyze the principles of Prophet Muhammad SAW’s leadership that can be applied in building character-based education that is also competitive. Additionally, this research provides recommendations for educational leaders, especially school principals, on how to implement these leadership values. The study employs a qualitative approach with a literature review methodology, gathering data from hadith, tafsir, and literature related to the leadership of Prophet Muhammad SAW, as well as educational leadership theories. The findings are expected to provide new insights into the development of value-based educational leadership, creating a competitive education system on a global scale.

Rotating Task Program to Replace Memorization Nadzam Stickers to Instill Responsibility Values ??in Students of At-Taroqqi Karongan Sampang Islamic Boarding School is an effort to shape the character of students through responsibility for memorization of nadzam in the Islamic boarding school. In implementing this activity, students are given the task of rotating to replace memorization nadzam stickers every week which is a symbol of strengthening memorization and discipline. This program aims to instill the values ??of responsibility, discipline, and cooperation between students, while improving the quality of memorization of nadzam as part of religious education at At-Taroqqi Islamic Boarding School. This activity is expected to have a positive impact on the development of students' character, strengthen their attachment to the values ??of the Islamic boarding school, and increase their success in memorizing and studying nadzam. The implementation of this program involves supervision from the Islamic boarding school supervisor and active participation from students in every process. Through this program, it is expected that students can develop maturity, a sense of responsibility, and a disciplined attitude that will be useful for their lives in the future.

The urgency of the current generation is that it is necessary to improve the character of children so that they are ready to become young people who are ready to build the nation. Improving character requires strong education, especially in religious education, one of which is reciting the Koran. The aim of this service research is to increase interest in reading in young children. This service is described qualitatively using observational and documented data collection along with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data analysis is carried out by collecting, presenting, condensing and drawing conclusions from the data. The results of this service show that there is a need for strategies to increase interest in studying the Koran in young children. Children are instructed by the author to read, understand and apply the contents of the Koran in their daily lives.

Orphans often face obstacles in obtaining proper education. This program provides support through scholarships and participation in Qur'anic and Mathematics Olympiad competitions. Through this program, orphans can access quality education, increase their confidence, and develop their potential. The community service method was conducted through observation and documentation. The results show an increase in academic achievement and moral character development of the orphans. In conclusion, this program plays an important role in supporting orphans in achieving their right to education and developing their potential through educational competitions. Al-Qur'an recitation assistance at TPQ Saroja Kutisari Tenggilis Mejoyo, Surabaya, is key in improving the quality of Al-Qur'an recitation among students. This research explores the implementation of Tahsin Tilawah Al-Qur'an activities as a step to perfect the recitation of the Al-Qur'an in the neighborhood. Through a qualitative method with participatory observation, the results show that this activity is effective in improving the recitation of the Qur'an of the students. Factors such as direct guidance from the ustadz, a conducive learning atmosphere, and interaction between fellow students play an important role in the success of this program. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the role of Qur'an recitation mentoring in religious education in Indonesia, as well as making important contributions to the development of similar programs in the future.
