The purpose of this research is to analyze the opinions and perceptions of the community around the Medan Area District regarding the role of Pegadaian Syariah as a non-usury practice in increasing public financial access. This research is quantitative research. Data analysis was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the community around the Medan Area District both via E-Form and in person.  This research was carried out at Sukaramai Market, Medan Area District. The data collection instrument consists of interview observation and documentation. Collecting data, researchers also used several measuring tools to determine the interests of Sukaramai market traders, Medan Area District, namely Knowledge, Information, Interest. To find out what the surrounding community thinks in this research, the researcher used interviews, namely by interviewing 3 people from the community around the Sukaramai market who are customers of the AR Hakim Branch Pegadaian Syariah.

Community Service Lecture (KKN) is a program held by the campus to serve the community by students with the aim of helping the local community to solve problems in the village. The socialization activities were carried out in Mojowiryo village, Kemlagi sub-district. The activity aims to foster a sense of enthusiasm for cleaning small things, especially taking care of shoes. This socialization is also intended for young people to open business opportunities to reduce unemployment in the village with a shoe laundry business. In the implementation of these activities carried out by means of questions and answers and presentations by the KKN team. The results obtained from these activities are that the community can find out how to take care of their shoes properly and correctly with makeshift tools to make a profitable business field.

The goal of this study is to ascertain the advantages of Augmented Reality as a novel technology in relation to marketing and consumer happiness. Approaches to the potential and difficulties of augmented reality were discovered using the literature review technique in a number of business domains, including property, MSMEs, and e-commerce. Augmented reality lowers return rates for specific items, boosts trust, and enhances real-time product presentation. The integration of IT Governance and expert system design offers transformative benefits for enhancing library user services. This research employs the COBIT 5.0 framework to align IT strategies with library objectives while developing an expert system tailored for personalized recommendations. The findings indicate that the expert system significantly improves operational efficiency, service accuracy, and user satisfaction by using user profiles to recommend relevant materials and streamline the borrowing process. Testing revealed high user satisfaction levels, with 96.6% finding the system effective and 100% confirming its efficiency. Additionally, IT Governance ensures strategic integration between technological infrastructure and service quality objectives, enabling data-driven decision-making. The study also highlights challenges, such as the need for robust data management and user training, suggesting areas for future improvement. Recommendations include incorporating machine learning to enhance system intelligence, conducting regular evaluations to maintain system relevance, and testing the scalability of this approach across various types of libraries. By integrating IT Governance with an expert system, this research sets a strong foundation for modernizing library services to better meet user expectations in the digital era.

Information Technology (IT) service management plays a critical role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of business intelligence processes within modern organizations. This study aims to evaluate IT service governance in Bank Rakyat Indonesia using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. This approach focuses on improving operational efficiency, service management, and aligning IT services with business needs. The research method involves a detailed analysis of service processes and activities based on ITIL stages, ranging from service strategy to continuous improvement. The findings indicate that ITIL implementation significantly enhances IT service management and promotes business intelligence effectiveness within the organization. Recommendations for further development are also provided to improve the quality and speed of IT services in the future.

This study examines the impact of nationality on civil legal status in mixed marriages, particularly in Indonesia and several other countries. Mixed marriages, involving two individuals of different nationalities, often present complex legal issues, especially concerning property ownership, inheritance rights, and the nationality of children. In Indonesia, foreign nationals face various restrictions regarding land and property ownership, and there are temporary provisions for dual nationality for children born from mixed marriages. In a global context, differences between countries following jus soli and jus sanguinis principles also affect the status of children and inheritance rights. This research uses a comparative approach by analyzing civil law regulations in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Saudi Arabia. The findings show that Indonesia’s civil law system requires reforms to be more accommodating to the globalization phenomenon and the increasing number of cross-national marriages. Recommendations include harmonizing national regulations with international law, implementing more flexible dual nationality policies, and strengthening protections for the rights of mixed couples in property ownership and inheritance.

This research is clossroom action research (Classroom Action research) which aims to deretmine tha improvement in student learning outcomes in the informatics subject class X.1 SMA Negeri 14 Maros. The research subjects were students in class X.1 of SMA Negeri 14 Maros for the 2023/2024 academic year with a tital of 36 students. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of 4 meetings. The results of this research show that the application of kahoot game-based media can increase student activity and learning outcomes in informatics subjects. Quatitative analysis shows that learning outcomes in the initial test were 33.33%, in cycle i there was an increase of 55.55% and then in cycle II it became 88.88%. This means that there is a significant increase in student learning outcomes.
 

Pengajaran bahasa Arab, seringkali efektif jika dilaksanakan di luar kelas. Hal inilah yang menjadikan pondok pesantren memiliki nilai tersendiri dalam membuat lingkungannya aktual untuk pembelajaran bahasa. Karena, pondok dapat mendisiplinkan santri dalam membiasakan diri berbahasa. Satu sisi yang perlu dikuatkan, adalah unsur literasi dan pendampingan bagi pengurusnya. Khususnya dalam menyusun bahan ajar, yang akan berkaitan dengan bahasa yang diajarkannya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melihat sisi potensial dari ponpes al-Ishlah Paciran Lamongan Jawa Timur yang telah memiliki program bahasa, dengan berbagai kelebihan yang bisa ditingkatkan kembali. Hal inilah yang mendorong pengadaan program pengabdian, yang bekerjasama dengan sekolah tinggi sekitar pondok. Pembelajaran di pondok pesantren al-Ishlah menggunakan metode langsung. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan, yakni: 1) pembelajaran bahasa Arab di luar kelas harus didesain materinya semudah mungkin, khususnya mengenalkan terlebih dahulu hal-hal empiris di sekitar santri. 2) dalam menyusun bahan ajar, sangat perlu pendampingan hingga sesi penyampaian kosakata.

                                            ABSTRAK Jasa konstruksi adalah salah satu sektor yang memiliki resiko. Maka dari itu diambil penelitian tentang penerapan Keselamtan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung Tahap II Kanwil Dirjen Bea dan Cukai Jawa Tengah dan D.I Yogyakarta yang berada di Jl. A. Yani No. 139 di kota Semarang dan dikerjakan oleh kontraktor KSO. PT. Satriamas Karyatama-PT. Gala Tama. Karena proyek tersebut memiliki tingkat kerawanan yang tinggi terhadap kemungkinan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3 ). Pada Pekerjaan Pembangunan Gedung Tahap II Kanwil Dirjen Bea dan Cukai Jawa Tengah dan D.I. Yogyakarta. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 35 responden.. Setelah menyebarkan kuesioner dan didapat data dari responden selanjutnya dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus IKR. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebagian besar responden adalah pekerja dengan presentase 62.8% dan berpengalaman lebih dari lima tahun dengan usia 20-50 tahun dan sebagian besar berpendidikan SMA sederajat dengan presentase 60%. Untuk jaminan K3 yang paling besar cukup baik dan penyebab timbulnya kecelakaan kerja yang paling banyak adalah kurangnya kesadaran pekerja itu sendiri sedangkan aturan yang diterapkan cukup baik. Untuk fasilitas APD yang sering digunakan helm proyek sampai dan taat pada rambu-rambu K3. Artinya program-program penerapan K3 pada proyek sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik.
